The tour was poorly organised, and we waited 30 minutes because the tour leader arrived late. We were also charged an additional €90 for the island buses. The Blue Grotto was cancelled due to weather, but we were offered only $16.50 AUD per person, which I am still yet to receive. Tours without the Blue Grotto are at least $50 AUD cheaper per person. As two people, we paid around $100 AUD extra for an experience we did not receive. We therefore request a refund of at least $100 AUD for the two of us, in addition to the promised refund.

Scammers. Be aware with booking with this company. Better to book yourself by going on the Ferry and paying for a tour around Capri through a booth by the Marina. It is cheaper too.
What a horrible experience, first the y take you on a boat tour you hardly understand their language after swimming for half an hour the sea was very choppy and currents they didn’t care for our safety. After the drop you in the Island of capri without a guide just with a map and in top of all we had to pay $60 euros to ride in a bus from both island ridiculous. I don’t recommend this company is a rip off so unprofessional and also rude personal.
Easy to book and great tour and well worth it
It’s rather quiet here in winter. Despite theres only me and my mom for the day trip on the day, Nello companied us all along and recommended a great route for us to walk around in our free time. The boat rides were fantastic, really couldn’t think of a better way to learn about the island in a short frame of time!
All was worth it, but due to sea level or other business reasons the Blue Grotto was closed. And souvenir stores closed on the island as well.
It was me, my husband and our 4 year old and it was the perfect outing. It kept our son’s attention the entire time. The boat tour was great! The views were fantastic and our tour guide Gaetano was fabulous!
The experience was great and the duration was perfect. The guide was great however it feel like coordination and not guided tour
We had a beautiful day sailing to Capri with Michele our guide he was attentive knowledgeable friendly and very caring my husband has heart & breathing problems and Michele took the time to come to us making sure he was ok at different stages of our trip thank you so much for making our day so enjoyable ☀️😀👍💯.. we would definitely recommend the chair lift it's fantastic with breath taking views dont miss it !!.
We had a great trip to Capri organised for us by HP Travel. We picked the blue grotto option and it was definitely worth it. First we got the boat to Capri from Sorrento and then we went on another boat to the blue grotto. It only took an hour with the early tour. After this we went back to capri and we decided to go to Anacapri and do the chair lift which we had a few hours to do and get food. Then at 13:30 we had the boat tour around the island which was really nice to see the island from the sea. Then after this we went back to Capri and transferred to another boat which brought us back to Sorrento. It was an amazing day out!
This is a chaotic disorganized trip. You will be packed onto a ferry at the beginning of the trip, the shifted to another huge boat for the blue grotto, where you must wait for all the 100+ passengers to do the the blue grotto and then another packed boat around the island and back to the ferry to go back. We only had 1.5 hours in capri, not a half day so it is also false advertising. With 1.5 hours you cannot do anything. They kept forgetting to give us tickets and the ferry owners wouldn’t let us on the boat, so they would go get tickets and we would be left without seats. The entire thing was just such a mess, go with a smaller operator.
Not a cheap tour. Had to buy a bus ticket when we arrived which basically takes you to the chair lift and back...50 euros for two of us. We also paid for the blue lagoon which was shut... promised a refund but never got it after sending 2 messages. Our tour guide was very nice.
Island is beautiful and the views from boat were great our guide for the day Sofia was very good would recommend this tour
This was our favorite place of our trip to Naples and the almalfi coast areas. Capri is beautiful. We didn’t book the blue grotto part of the tour because we have not had good experiences elsewhere with that and I’m glad we didn’t. It gave us time to explore this beautiful island before the crowds got there. I would really advice not taking the blue grotto tour unless you have a real desire because those we spoke to that did felt it was worth the time and money.
Easier than trying to navigate by ourselves, the tour included a boat ride to Capri, Blue Grotto, boat ride around the island, and ride back to mainland. Also got tips on restaurants and where to visit on our day. Blue Grotto was definitely worth it, we got lucky to be able to get in quickly!
Haiqua and Elena were very helpful in providing support with directions, local transport, and information about sites in Capri. It was good to see the Blue Grotto at last! (although cost €€€). All in all, and amazing adventure.
Unfortunately, we were unable to go on this tour. So the 5* review is on the company (HP Travel) and Ilaria, their customer service rep. This could have been a bad experience for us, but Ilaria, with her upbeat personality made it a positive to where both parties were happy with the outcome. Thank you! My husband and I look forward to taking the tour when we return to Sorrento!
This tour was advertised as an 8 hour tour with 5 hours on the island. We got 2.5 hours on the island, 20 minutes of which was wasted listening to the tour guide telling us nothing was open. We thought this was boat that would pick us up from Sorrento and take us around the island and drop us off for the 5 hours but what we got was the ferry and a separate boat tour later. We then waited for the bus (recommended to us) and paid 14 euros only to find that the bus service stopped for 3 hours so we had to get a taxi back to get to the boat tour at 3pm, so a lot of wasted time. You are better off booking the ferry (20 euros each way) and boat tour (23 euros) yourself and saving some money and going at your own pace rather than paying the extra for absolutely no added value. Also, don’t go to the sandwich shop recommended by the guide as there is nothing there. Head to the white cafe at the end of the port for some nice paninis etc. The boat tour was nice and the Spanish tour guide tried her best and the island is lovely but the tour itself really isn’t worth paying for.
Maddalena is a very nice and good guide. She provided a lot of useful information. The experience is smooth
The guide was so nice, overall it was a very nice trip. Because of the season (winter) pretty much everything was closed, so I would recommend taking this trip during season on Capri. Beautiful Island, I recommend to see the Gardens of Augustus, easy to take the Funicolare to the top and nice walk down to the marina afterwards. Worth the money to get the tour around the Island to see the grottoes and lighthouse
Bernadetta was an excellent guide. She made sure we knew what we were doing throughout the day. She was on hand if we needed any advice or assistance. The trip was very well organised and we particularly enjoyed the boat trip around the island. Thanks Bernadetta.
Amazing boat tours. Great staff (we were accompanied by Martina) that were always there to help us during the tour. Gave us helpful tips to explore the island. Only flaw is there were waiting times on some activists due to high number of people. Overall fantastic! 🙏🏼 highly recommend!
Very well organized which is always a plus for us . Tour was early so less crowded to get started .The chairlift to Ana Capri was amazing which is something you can purchase when you land on the island which our guide set up .The boat was not overly crowded. The sights were magnificent Our guide Benedetta was so helpful and lovely Grazie Mille
The best tour of the trip so far. Top tip the early start means you don’t have to fight the crowds! We also did the chair lift which was the highlight for an additional €14. Our guide was amazing…the young girl who’s name I can’t remember but she looked so young but controlled the group so well and provide info in more then one language so made everyone feel included.
Very good trip , we were little delay in arrival but benedetta ensured to wait for us . Boat tour with guide was too good . They provided end to end details when we arrived in Capri about how to explore in best possible way.
We decided on this tour based on availability with our schedule. I am so glad we did this tour. Our tour guide, Benedetta, was friendly and knowledgeable. This is NOT a guided tour of Capri. It did include a ferry tour around the island. Unfortunately due to weather conditions (rain) we decided not to take the tour. The island of Capri is beautiful. We challenged ourselves and walked to the top where are the shops were. The views were beautiful and the food was delicious. As a reward we took the lift back down. If you like to explore without a guided tour of Capri, I recommend this tour. This worked for us because we had so much free time to explore.
We had a great experience with this organized tour , Benedetta , the tour guide made it very special , she was nice , knowledgeable, kept contact with us texting the group to remind us not to forget the meeting points and the recommended places to visit while we were in Capri and Anacapri, she showed us important historical and geographical points , we were pleased to shar a wonderful trip with her
It made it easy to get to Capri we met at 730 and did a ferry to the island then Went directly to chair lift first and was not crowded at 10 am. Then an hour boat ride around the island after spending about 4 hours of free time on the island in the afternoon.
Our ‘guide’ met us at the office and escorted us on the ferry then took us to the office in capri where she briefly told us about the buses and where to go We met back at the office for the boat trip - couldn’t hear the commentary most of the time Then finally she took us to the ferry back There were only 4 of us- I felt she could have spent more time chatting with us and giving us some island info Capri was lovely - Anacapri and the boat trip particular May as well not had a ‘guide’
Superb attention by the guides Eliana and Gerardo. The island was a bit crowded but they organized the groups very well so we didn't miss a thing
The chair lift in AnaCapri was spectacular! Well worth the price. Our tour guide was Martina and she was very knowledgeable and accomodating. This was a great experience!
The tour was amazing, we had a great time cruising the island. The island was very picturesque. The guides were helpful, they gave us suggestions on how to spend our free time on the island. Especially Allesandro , he was amazing. Fully recommend !!!
Great day in Capri, everything worked perfectly from pickup, ferry, tickets for onsite attractions incl bus and of course the boat tour across capri. very nice guides, multi language (italian, english, spanish).
It was amazing!! We had such a fun time on the island out tour guides we're amazing, especially Salvatore.and we loved the limoncello
Stefania e Marlene have been such excellent guides. It was a pleasure. We had the Opportunity to collect all sights on one day with such lovley people and the most beautiful view.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to know the island of Capri and also take a boat trip around the island and swim in the blue waters. The boat tour is really worth it, the stop for bathing was the best part despite being quick. Our guide Francesco was very friendly and did the boat tour in 3 languages, which helps a lot. Worth the price-quality, nice day ;)
Very pleasant trip, especially the Boat round trip around the Island, so many pretty views. Also staff - Marlene helpful in every way! Very satisfied. Thank you very much.
The tour was great! Giuseppe and Marlene were the greatest guide tour! The experience discovering the island by boat and sea was amazing. Full recomended!!!
Thank you to Marlene for the warm welcome and kind concern . She dit make it up for the early morning start .
The boat tour was really good. Our guides were extremly kind and helful. And the Capri Island is the most beautiful place I ever have been. ❤️
Thank you for this amazing day. I really enjoy the smiles, the professionalism of the whole team and the fun we had with our guide. You made this day special. Highly recommended 🤩
The tour takes you to Capri where you spend an hour on a boat touring around the island and then you have 4 hours free time on the island. Pick up and drop off on time and the guide Marlene was very friendly and helpful. Recommend taking the chairlift to the mountain, amazing views and fun experience!
Very good service, convenient pick up and drop off at the hotel in Naples, very nice boat guided tour around Capri. Marlene the guide was very helpfully and knowledgeable with her explanations and attention to the group. Definitely recommend this day trip.
We did a Napoli to Capri tour including boat tour around the island. We got picked up at the pickup point by a taxi driver that was holding a sign with our name on it, so he was easy to find. We got dropped off at the dock where our tour guide for the day, Marlene, gave us our boat tickets. The boat was on time and on the boat Marlene gave us all the information we needed. When we arrived at Capri I got a bit sea sick and Marlene offered that we could take the boat tour around the island a bit later and take their bus service on the island so I could recover a bit and see the island. Their bus service is well organized as well. At one point they got us a taxi bus so you never have to wait long. We did the boat tour after that which was beautiful and the skipper had a sense of humor :-). Our way back was just the same, the boat left on time and the taxi back to Napoli was organized. A special thanks to Marlene who really took time to take care of us and help us make the best of our day. She was really kind and helpful. I would definitely take another tour with them if I'm in the area and will recommend people to do the same. They're very costumer oriented and I didn't experience that often during our Italy trip.
Lovely weather, fun sights, Italian music on the boat and a cheerful welcoming tour guide Anastasia!
We did with them the round of the island by sea and access to the blue grotto, and everything perfect. The tour lasts an hour and the explanations are in English and Italian; at the end of the tour you return to port and take a smaller and faster boat that leads to the Blue Grotto; access is made through a rowing boats and we had a wait of 45 minutes; the blue of the grotto, even if it is less than a minute what is inside, compensates the wait.
La traversée s’était magnifique mais moyennement organisé à l arrivée difficile de trouver le personnel dans un paquet de monde et d agence différentes, la taxe demandée a l arrivée un par un alors que tout au long de la traversée de plus d une heure on a vu personne
Very impressive island. Super organization by HP Travel, would go back anytime. Thanks to Maria for the excellent support on the day.
Everything is very well organized. Taxi ride from the campsite to Torre El Gréco. Then shuttle boat. Then tour of the island with explanation in English. Italian and Spanish. Then 4 hours on the island and autonomy. The hostesses are very friendly. Thank you very much to Marlene for making the effort to explain to us in French.
A highly recommended excursion. The agency has everything under control and they report great to you in all languages. Our guides Marlene and Salvatore did an excellent job both on the island and on the return to the island by boat.
