Capri Day Tour With A Local Guide - Hidden Gems & Stunning Views

We had an amazing tour with an extra boat tour of the island. We were able to see the Blue Grotto, which was a treat! We would highly recommend this tour

The guide was very cheerful and friendly, making the entire tour enjoyable. It felt like they remembered each participant’s face, and the program itself was well-organized and fulfilling. We arrived at Blue cave first, allowing us to finish the main part of the tour quickly and enjoy the rest of the time at leisure. The optional activities — the Anacapri chairlift and the boat tour — were unforgettable experiences and absolutely worth it.

We are not typically fond of group tours, however we took this tour on the advice of our travel agent and some friends. We had a great time! Our guide Stephy was incredible - super knowledgeable and fun. Capri is quite chaotic and she knew how to maneuver through it all! We got lucky and the blue grotto was open - it’s beautiful and worth the visit. Great fun to watch the fisherman maneuver the boats. We added a boat tour of the coast at the end which was a highlight! If you want to spend a lot of time shopping or dining, this tour is not for you. If you want to see the main highlights of the island it’s a great option.

We really enjoyed this tour! Our guide Tiziana was knowledgeable and made great recommendations of things to do in Capri during our free time. We took the chair lift to Monte Solaro during our free time in Anacapri - 100% recommend as the views from the top were stunning. Unfortunately the Blue Grotto was closed due to choppy water but we did an hour long boat ride around the island instead which ended up being so fun and informative. If you want a mixture of guided tour and free time, this is the excursion for you!

Our tour guide "Terry" was the best I could hope for. She had a lovely energy, let me be her second-in-command, told a lot of interesting stuff and we had possibly the greatest day to be around. The Blue Grotto was closed, but that's not their fault. The 1 hour round trip around the island was breathtaking though. And please go to Monte Solare with the chairlift (wow!) and visit La Chiesa di San Michele in Ana Capri if you would like to see one of the most intriguing floor paintings ever. Never seen anything like it. Make sure to climb upstairs to view it from the top.

The guide Teresa was very experienced and our experience was amazing. Very well communicated and well planned. I would like to give her a 5 Star Rating for her efforts.

The guide Giorgio was excellent and since these places get crowded was able to organise the tour very well. Great views, awesome seafood and limon sorbet a must try.

Worthwhile day trip!! Everything was well organised and the tour guides were super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone who’s thinking of going to Capri as it covers all the highlights and more!

The tour was great and would recommend to those looking to see the blue grotto without having to boat over and wait (accessed via land) along with the entire island while having free time in the villages for drinks and shopping. The tour itself was punctual, well organized and Teressa was a wonderful guide! She was so friendly, informative, gave great recommendations and really made the experience.

This was probably the best tour that I’ve ever had ! Serena was amazing ! There wasn’t any bad parts of any of it ! I would recommend this tour to everyone ! Just loved it ! ❤️

Seeing Capri, AnaCapri and the Blue Grotto with Marcella as our guide was a lovely experience. I would recommend anyone to have her as their tour guide. She was fun, warm, helpful , engaging, knowledgeable and having someone who knows the system of the Blue Grotto and the history of city makes it all the better. I have been on several tours in Italy and it’s unfortunate she wasn’t the guide for all of them. You can tell how different her tour was from the other tour groups. Marcella was fantastic-10/10 experience!

This small group tour to Capri, including a visit to the Blue Grotto, was the highlight of our trip to Italy! From the moment we were picked up, everything was so smooth and well-organized. Our guide Tiziana was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. The blue grotto was absolutely magical! We were lucky with timing and got in with a little wait. The glow inside the cave is something you truly have to see to believe. Highly recommend this tour, worth every penny!!

This was the best tour we booked during our trip to Italy! Everything was perfectly organized—from the ferry ride to Capri to the magical experience at the Blue Grotto. Our local guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we skipped the long line. We also had enough free time to explore the island at our own pace, grab a gelato, and enjoy the views. Highly recommended if you want a stress-free way to see the best of Capri in one day!
