Amalfi Coast Day Tour: Positano, Amalfi & Ravello From Sorrento

It as awesome, went by bus because my original day was going to be rained out so trying to schedule for next day, it was booked. But did still get to do a boat along coast once we arrived in Almafi. Our tour guy was great, weather was great. It was an amazing day

Can make it worthwhile even I the rain. The driver was friendly knowledgeable and very respectful of multiple cultures. He made our trip enjoyable. His driving skills were excellent and we cared about safety first. Well done!

A must see to get a taste of the Amalfi coast. Positano was beautiful! Amalfi was pretty but more touristy than expected. Views were gorgeous. Tour guide (Antonio) gave us an option to take a boat ride up & down the coastline. It was a great way to see the houses. He also gave us an option to have lunch looking over the coastline. Delicious meal & stunning view of the sea. Ravello was beautiful with some cute shops. He was so kind to drop us off at our hotel. Antonio gave great commentary along the way. Great tour!

Beautiful scenery nicely presented with winding roads and exciting picturesque settings .We visited Positano , Ravello and Amalfi . The scenery is breathtaking. And unique .

Our driver Flo was amazing to work with. He skipped what we wanted to skip and made sure we had time to see and do what we wanted to do. We traveled from Sorrento to Ravello with stops along the way. We had a great lunch at an amazing restaurant and he made sure I had plenty of time to check out all the amazing pottery!

Antonio was so much fun! He taught us so many things and made sure we were well taken care of the whole day. From the drive through the windy roads, boat around the coast and the lunch at the restaurant it was an amazing day!

We had originally booked a boat tour but due to the weather it was cancelled. I quickly rebooked the driver tour and it was fantastic.

Fantastic day. Antonio was a brilliant guide and very knowledgeable. Small group tour so everyone engaged with one another and Antonio was great at breaking the ice. We all sat down to dinner together to find out a little more about each other. Plenty of stops along the way to break up the journey.We done an additional boat tour which made the tour even better, as Amalfi is best viewed from the sea. We met up with other groups at different locations, so in all, we had three guides who all went out of their way to make everyone’s experience the best they could. Alessandro was an amazing tour guide! He was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the area. We all had a great time at all our stops and enjoyed the picturesque view. I highly recommend!!

We were able to sit back, relax and enjoy the views. Antonio made the trip so easy. He drove with ease, provided background Information on the areas and arranged the stops around our interests. We had plenty of time to wander around the small towns at our leisure. Highly recommend the trip.

Lino, our driver from Cioffi Tours was polite, knowledgeable, and a great driver through the windy roads of the Amalfi coast. We would highly recommend this tour to all. Lino was fun and very friendly and made sure that all of us in the group were well cared for throughout the day. There were also other opportunities during our tour to take a boat trip on the Amalfi coast and have lunch in a beautiful restaurant in Scala that were wonderful and well worth the extra time and money. We rented a car for our trip to Italy which was worth it; however as we got to Sorrento, we recognized that driving was challenging and taking this tour was the best decision we made. Overall again we would recommend this tour to all!

We chose this tour because the weather forecast was grim, and we thought that a day in the car would be a good way to see the area. We were very pleasantly surprised when our guide/driver rearranged the stops on our tour so that we could avoid touring Positano in the rain! The sun came out, the temperature went up, and our day turned out beautifully - thank you!

Our trip was nothing short of spectacular. It was very rainy and some roads were closed but because of our exceptional tour guide “Antonio”we were able to have what I would call one of our most memorable trips yet. His knowledge of the area and history were 10/10. His driving was excellent and he kept us feeling safe the entire time. Because of the rain my family was the only tour today and maybe that was part of what made it special but I also have to believe it was due to the hospitality showed to us by Antonio. We got to have a special meal in the mountains of Ravello at Le Querce a true farm to table. Such an amazing meal if this is an option for you go there without question. Thank you Antonio!

Vincenzo was our tour guide. He was absolutely fabulous. He was full of information and knowledge. He was kind enough to take photographs of us. We went to Positano and saw the beautiful dishes and fine shops. We enjoyed short cuts through the city center of Amalfi and were able to take a short boat tour of the coast. He took us to a quaint restaurant in Skala and enjoyed a real Italian meal and wine. We finished off the trip in the piazza of Ravello and enjoyed cafe. Most importantly he got us home safe through the windy roads of the Amalfi Coast! We love Vincenzo! Ciao Bello!!!!

Enzo was a brilliant guide, we had plenty of stops for views, enough time in each location and a lovely group too. Definitely recommend as a great way to see the Amalfi Coast

Our driver/guide was Enzo and he was perfect. Very kind, helpful, excellent driver and he gave us information on things to see and great tips (for example for photo locations and even recommended short boat tour in Amalfi). We've enjoyed our visit to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello, as well as few photo stops on the way. We would highly recommend this trip and Enzo for stresless yet very fulfilled day at Amalfi coast :)

Antonio was amazing. Our tour was great saw everything we wanted and more. Got a wonderful lemon drink and he took us to a great place for lunch and got amazing saltimbocca sandwich. We had plenty of time to roam in the locations shop, get a snack and lots of pictures. Antonio was highly knowledgeable. So glad I booked this rather than a scooter. Saw more than I would have on a vespa and safer the roads are busy and small.

We just got back from our tour today. The experience was amazingly fabulous! Our guide Enzo Dolfi was top-notch! He was very helpful with my mom, knowledgeable, funny, and offered suggestions, places to stay, and eat. Highly, highly recommended.

Great tour.,Antonio made the experience special. It was so much better being in a small van instead of large bus. No way I would ever attempt to drive the roads we took on my own.

The tour was excellent. Our driver (cum guide) Enzo, was super! We were in a small group of eight people, with his comfortable car, tour around amalfi. We stopped at scenic spots for pictures, had time to tour around the towns and tasted the local dishes. Wonderful trip and highly recommended. Enzo did a great job!

We had an absolutely wonderful day trip from Sorrento to the Amalfi Coast, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Our driver, Alessandro, was amazing. Not only did he navigate the winding coastal roads with skill and confidence, but he also shared fascinating insights about the area, its history, and culture throughout the journey. His recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore were spot-on, and he made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy each stop. Had a great guided semi-private van tour with Alesandro today. It was our family of four and another couple. The drive along the coast was beautiful. Alesandro was an excellent guide and driver. We were in a brand new and very comfortable van. Alesandro stopped off at scenic spots for photo shoots, told us about the countryside, and answered all our questions along the way. Positano was beautiful but not much was open the 1st week of March. Amalfi was a great stop. The church was beautiful and the majority of stores and eating places were open. What a beautiful setting. We were able to fit in time for a short harbor cruise around Amalfi as well. Ravello was almost completely closed the first week of March unfortunately. We ended our trip with a late lunch at a wonderful restaurant - Le Cuerce - in the mountainside with very fresh ingredients and home made wine, pasta, and limoncello. Highly recommend, Alesandro and this tour group.

We had a fantastic tour around the Amalfi Coast with Enzo as our guide. We visited Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello, with Ravello being our favorite stop. Enzo was very accommodating, allowing us to spend extra time in Ravello, which we appreciated as Amalfi was quite busy. The people carrier was spacious and comfortable, and Enzo’s driving was excellent on the winding coastal roads. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this tour!

Absolutely stunning scenery, amazing transport and very professional driver. Enzo was so welcoming, very informative and tailored our needs and wants for our trip. Ravello was my favourite bit on the tour and would definitely recommend this trip.

Enzo was fantastic, took his time, re-arranged the order of the tour due to bad weather / pouring rain at the start, to magnificent weather to see the glory of the Amalfi Coast. Well worth the tour, amazing scenery, amazing location, amazing vibes, won’t be disappointed. Enzo explained key points of interest along the way, very personable, a delight of a tour operator. Explained the best locations of each region to explore when dropped off.

Our favourite day of our trip! Our driver Vincenzo was absolutely amazing. Charming, friendly, and so knowledgable about all of the areas we visited as well as the history of his country. He made us feel very safe whilst in his car even on the busiest of roads. Nothing was a problem. Lots of stops for photographs, and plenty time to explore each town. Ravello was our favourite - absolutely stunning! This day could not have been any better - all thanks to Enzo!

I took my 19 year old daughter on this day trip. Antonio was incredible. Amazing views. Each coastal Village was unique and had Wonderful things to see and shop. Antonio knew all the places and arranged an incredible lunch with lemon pasta! Great way to see the coast and get a taste of the area. Not a lot of time at each place. This tour is more to get to see each village.

Me and husband had Antonio as our guide! He picked us up from our hotel in Sorrento and we had a private tour and airport drop off with him! He was very informative and we had a great experience with him! Would definitely recommend!

This is the only way to see the whole of the Amalfi Coast! Gennaro was a great driver and made our day so special. He did a great job of stopping and showing us great photo opportunities. We started in Sorrento and drove to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello - at each place we were able to walk around and take in the local culture...We stopped for lunch at the most beautiful restaurant overlooking the water - I would highly recommend this tour and Gennaro. We would never have been able to drive this stretch of road and enjoy ourselves as much -

Great tour!!! Antonio was our driver and was fantastic. He took us to all three cities and allowed us to explore. He gave us a little history of each place. Everything he recommended was great. Antonio was so fun and a pleasure to be with. We were his five gals! He became part of the crew. I would 100% recommend using this company. Easy to work with, allowed us to customize what we wanted to do!!

We had an incredible day with Antoni as our driver. He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He avoided the throngs of people by timing our destinations and recommending less traveled spots. He also brought us to a lovely restaurant for lunch that was truly one of the best meals on our trip. If you are going to splurge, this is the tour to take because when you are in paradise in don’t want to be trapped on a bus with 50 other people.

A fabulous day with a very knowledgeable driver, Michele, who provided us with excellent information and tips that made the day a memorable experience. We were able to adjust the itinerary to suit our interests and time frames. It was a magical day and could not have asked for better. Definitely recommended.

We were staying in Sorrento for a few days and we’re unsure how to get to the Amalfi coast. We booked this tour with Antonio who took us to Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello. The tour was so much more than just seeing the sights. Antonio took us to places that were away from the crowds. He catered to our specific interests. He took us to a ceramic factory that was so much better than the tourist trap ceramic places and a restaurant that no tourist could ever find. Initially it was our intent to just see the towns quickly, but we got so much out of this tour. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour. It was one of the best travel days I’ve ever had in my life. It is well worth the money we spent.
