TOUR OVERVIEW: The tour may depart from Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento or Salerno depending on the selected option (availability may vary by date). The route and order of stops will vary accordingly. Half-day options depart from Amalfi or Positano and focus on cruising and swimming along the stretch of coast between the two towns. Full-day options depart from Sorrento or Salerno and include approximately 1.5 hours of free time in Positano and 1.5 hours in Amalfi, during which guests may enjoy lunch at their leisure (not included), in addition to the coastal cruise and swimming stops. --- ITINERARY: Cruising near Amalfi, you'll pass beaches, sea caves, and ancient watchtowers, with chances to swim or snorkel in crystal-clear waters. Highlights along this stretch include the vast Saint Andrew’s Grotto, the striking Arc of Lovers, and the scenic village of Conca dei Marini, where you’ll spot Sophia Loren’s villa and the historic Il Saraceno hotel.
The picturesque bay of Conca dei Marini opens into panoramic views of Furore, Praiano, and the islands of Li Galli and Capri, with a glimpse of the iconic Faraglioni Rocks. Here, you’ll stop near the Runghetiello Grotto, a charming little sea cave with a tiny beach — perfect for swimming or snorkeling. During the break, enjoy fresh fruit served on board with a selection of drinks, including prosecco, Limoncello, beer, and soft drinks.
Nearby lies the dramatic Furore Fjord, Italy’s only natural fjord. Towering cliffs surround a narrow inlet, over which stretches a high bridge — the site of the international diving competition MarMeeting, where athletes from around the world plunge 28 meters into the sea below each July.
Continuing along the coast, the boat cruises past the quiet village of Praiano, offering a close look at the Africana Grotto. Inside this larger sea cave, the water takes on an intense blue hue thanks to a unique play of light and underwater rock.
As you cruise past Capo Sottile toward Positano, you’ll marvel at its colorful cliffside homes and beautiful beaches. A stop at La Porta, a peaceful, boat-access-only beach, offers another chance to swim or snorkel in uncrowded waters. During this break, relax and enjoy fresh fruit along with a variety of drinks, including prosecco, Limoncello, beer, and sodas.
Fun boating trip up and down the coast. Snorkeling was not great, but the trip, guides, and boat were top notch. We had plenty of drinks and a good time exploring the coast.

We got to swim, drink on board & met some awesome people. We are young newlyweds and this was an amazing experience for us.

Our anniversary boat tour was absolutely magical. We cruised past each little coastal town from Amalfi to Positano, and the views were breathtaking. Our host shared stories about the towns and made everything feel personal and special. We even jumped into the ocean near Positano, which felt surreal and joyful. They made us feel so welcome and even took photos so we could just soak it in. Truly one of the highlights of our whole trip.
It was a great boat ride and snorkel stops. Paulo was great! Kept us safe as we hit weather on the way back.

We are so glad we did this half day tour instead all day trip. We started in Positano and cruised down to Amalfi at a pleasant pace, 2 swim stops, max of 8 on the boat, relaxing music, plenty of stops foe good pics..best way to see the coast!
What a fantastic experience. The captain and crew were wonderful. The boat was in great condition and very fast on the return from Amalfi back to Sorrento. Both swimming spots were surprisingly good… especially the second spot where we swam out to a cave. This is really the best way to see the Amalfi Coast. A+ experience.
It was fun I was just disappointed they are not very accommodating. We booked for 4 people but one of our friends got really sick the morning the excursion and was not able to attend, we were not given a refund. They mentioned that I could not get a refund because it was not within 24 hours
What an incredible experience! We were taken to a couple of different swimming spots with the amenities for snorkeling, finishing over near positano. During the trip the captain stopped the boat a few times to point out some sights. All finished with some limoncello! A great afternoon if you like time on the water
An absolutely amazing experience to see the Amalfi coast by boat. There were two spots where we got to jump in and snorkel and it was insane!! So beautiful and so many fish. Masks and snorkels are provided. The boat crew was friendly and fun! We were given some melon and some drinks throughout the day. We stopped at Amalfi and Positano. Would do it again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better cruise along the Amalfi coast. The shore crew lined up everyone well upon our arrival. The vessel Captains were super chill yet kind and informative of the sites you see along the coast. They provided Prosecco, a cold beer, and of course Limincello at the end. We got to swim and snorkel along a cave and also outside of the Amalfi marina. Water was about 81F, perfect. You also get to meet great folks from all over the globe you can enjoy the cruise with. We enjoyed every moment.

Such a fun 4 hours. We learned about different parts of the coast and had 2 long swimming stops. They offer pool noodles and snorkeling gear. Our guides made the trip for sure! Would definitely book this tour if you want a half day. Pack Dramamine if you get motion sickness though!

Fun time had on the water mainly because of the great small tour group we had onboard. Sun was shining, laughs were happening and Captain Domenico explained and showed a few of the local landmarks along the coast between Amalfi and Positano. Snorkeling was great but we seemed to be in the same place as every other tour group out that afternoon in both locations. Not sure we got good value for money but definitely had a fun time.
Gorgeous cruise around the Amalfi coast, and very comfortable boat with padded area to lounge as we cruised. Worth it for the sights alone. Two spots for snorkeling, first was best, nice fish, and second was Positano and the rocky beach shore. The ride back was fast with lots of wet spray from the sea! Be prepared with rain gear/ cover :)
A fabulous afternoon boating and swimming down the Amalfi coast. Our captain was wonderful and seeing the coast from the water was breathtaking. When we had a last minute change, the company was flexible and helped us rebook easily.
Wonderful trip. Very nice boat, well timed stops, pretty wavey the day we went out. Didn't bother us, but one other passenger got seasick. Bring your own meclizine if prone to seasickness. Would recommend to family, worth the time and money.
Missed my morning scheduled boat due to issues with Sorrento/Naples area transportation unreliability. Contacted the company and they immediately got back to me and offered 2nd chances (provides there is space) including later that afternoon. Made it to Positano for the afternoon departure and they kindly took me aboard. The ride itself was spectacular, absolutely must see The Amalfi Coast by the sea. The captain and mate took great care of guests and ensured we had an informed and fun time. They also are very personable and enjoyed chatting with and learning about guests. Absolutely a must do tour while on the Amalfi Coast. To see the coast from the water is extraordinary and our boat captain Christian was fantastic. Professional all around. He even retrieved AirPods for us when we accidentally dropped them off the dock boarding the boat!! The swimming and snorkeling stops are soooo much fun too. Plenty of fun fish to see underwater and then a snorkel experience into a cave which was very cool. Absolute must-do experience!!

A great way to see the coast with plenty of time to swim and then explore on shore. Our Captain Nick was very professional and skilled, making the boat ride most enjoyable, taking the time to ensure that we could all get great views of the caves and other view points along the coast. Our hostess Layla was also great, making all of the guests feel comfortable, bringing around drinks and snacks on a regular basis (they were always available if requested). She also ensured that we all knew what we were looking at along the coast, telling us brief stories and history of the area. Overall, one of the highlights of our holiday.
Our guide, Emanuella and our boat driver, John Paulo were SO LOVELY. Despite some travellers being late, they both ensured that all guest made it on the boat. We had such a great time thanks to our two guides and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone!!

Had a great time seeing the Amalfi coast on this boat tour. The snorkeling part wasn't overwhelming but the boat ride and swimming was lovely. The captain was great and I always felt safe on the boat and we had a great crew of guest that made the day even better. Would recommend to others for a day out exploring!
This was one of my favorite excursions ever! Hostess Ginerva & Captain Nick were the best. The swimming on the Amalfi coast is amazing and the boat you travel on is very nice. I think this is the best way to see the Amalfi coast without staying in the busy towns. We will definitely do this excursion again in the future.
An amazing tour of the Amalfi coast! Our tour guide was very knowledgable and fun. The pit stops in Positano and Amalfi were timed really well so we felt like we had a nice chance to explore without being too rushed. The snorkelling was also very fun, not a ton of fishes but we did see a few :)
Easy to find and onboard. Staff was super friendly and helpful. A bit long in my opinion and the return was not enjoyable on the back due to noise, and fuel burn smell.

Awesome time with Christian. We did the early (930am) trip in September. We thought a later time would be too hot. I think we were right! Great vibes. Would 100% do again. Was able to swim in an actual cave, saw a baby octopus. We would do this again

We took the 8 hour tour from Salerno, our experience and yours will probably differ depending on what tour you pick and where it picks you up from. Our captain and guide were fun and informative, as well as prompt in picking us back up from our stops in Amalfi and Positano. The stops were 2 and 1 hour, respectively. We wish there had been more time to explore Positano, but both Positano and Amalfi were very crowded in early September. We got two swimming stops and wish there were more, and in between each stop we were offered beer, coke, and lemon soda. Wish there would have been a wine option, even if it was paid. Loved seeing the Amalfi coast towns from the boat. Traveler’s photos are a better representation of the trip.
