From the moment we inquired about the private boat tours, the service was outstanding and all of our questions were answered very quickly. On the day of the tour, communication with our skipper was seamless, and finding the meeting point was very easy. We were incredibly fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a higher-category boat that was larger and newer, which made our tour an unforgettable experience. I would definitely recommend Sunrise Sorrento, and if we ever return to the Amalfi Coast, we will not hesitate to contact them again.

Great tour! Fabio was great! It was good way explore different places, get in the water, and end up in a different different port with our luggage and not having to get on a ferry.

Sunrise Sorrento was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. My husband and I chartered a private boat for the day with our two daughters, ages five and seven, traveling from Sorrento to Capri and then on to Nerano for lunch at Conca del Sogno. From beginning to end, the experience was fantastic. Our boat was beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained, and the service throughout the day was excellent. There were thoughtful little extras onboard that made the experience feel special, and our girls absolutely loved stopping to swim in the Mediterranean. It was such a fun and relaxed way to experience the coastline with young children. Teresa was wonderful to work with and made the entire day incredibly easy to arrange. In addition to the boat charter, she organized our lunch reservation at Conca del Sogno and helped arrange a private taxi transfer from the Naples cruise port. Having everything coordinated through one person took so much stress out of the planning. If you’re looking for a private boat charter from Sorrento for Capri or the Amalfi Coast, I would highly recommend Sunrise Sorrento. The combination of beautiful scenery, swimming, Capri and an incredible seaside lunch made this one of the most memorable days of our entire trip. We would absolutely book with them again.

Had an absolutely wonderful time with Sunrise Sorrento! We did a boat day pretty early into our trip and it was the best idea. We spent a day relaxing, seeing popular sites, swimming in the best water, enjoying local areas, learning so much from the captain, drinking and just enjoying life. We had the best time and will certainly continue to book when we return! Having a lower section and bathroom was also great!

What an experience- the day was simply perfect, the temperature was lovely and the sea was refreshing- We enjoyed the experience and conversation with our Captain, Carmine and boating completely around the island of Capri was fabulous! The views were spectacular! We enjoyed a lovely lunch and a visit to the Marina area instead of going into busy Anacapri - the day was full! Sunrise Sorrento was very easy to work with and the company was very quick to respond - highly recommend!

We had an incredible experience. We set out from the Marina Grande in Sorrento at 9am, spent an incredible day around and in Capri, and then cruised all the way to Nerano and Positano where they dropped us off at directly on the pier of our hotel. Nello was extremely nice, and he knew his ways at the Grotta Azzurra to give the right tips to the right paddlers so that they picked us up and got us in within minutes of arriving! Thank you!

Perfekt timing and the most wonderful trip around Capri with several swimming stops. Delicious antipasto, prosecco, cake and everything for children. I researched many boat companies for a private tour of Capri and Teresa at Sunrise Sorrento was the most communicative and so thorough and helpful in her communication than the other companies. She worked with us on another private boat tour of Positano as well and gave us a good deal for both boats. Both experiences were our favorite of our entire European vacation! The boat was beautiful, Fabio our guide was so sweet. Fabio made it so we didn’t have to think about anything, he made our lunch reservations. He provided us with lots of different drinks and dry snacks. The only thing I felt that I missed out on was being able to go inside of a grotto and swim. Next time I will say that is one of my goals is to swim INSIDE the blue grotto. Thank you Fabio and sunrise Sorrento, I hope we meet again.

We had one of our best day on the boat of Sunrise Sorrento. Teresa was amazing in her communication and logistics. We got clear directions on where to pick up the boat and the captain contacted us to confirm all the details and ask for our preference on drinks and food on the boat. Teresa even gave us a list of recommendations for lunch at Nerano and made the reservation for us. And the restaurant happened to be one of the best meal we had in Italy it was sooo good. The boat was gorgeous and extremely comfortable for 7 of us . There was shade if we wanted as well as lounge sofa at the rear to enjoy the wind and the sun along with a lounge area at the front of the boat. The captain was friendly and fun and expertly took us through the beautiful indescribably blue oceans around Capri taking us through the various grottos and stopping at different swim spots. All in all an unforgettable experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Sunrise Sorrento! You won’t regret it!

All I have to say is W O W! 10000/10 experience from start to finish. As an executive assistant going on my honeymoon, I did my research well and far in advance. The owner Teresa did not bat an eyelash with me booking a boat in December for June - quick replies always and she answered all of my questions with kindness and professionalism. Fast forward to the boat day itself - easily the highlight of our entire 2+ week trip across all of Europe. Our skipper Stefano is a man of the sea, and truly he made the experience what it was today. Professional, kind, an incredible tour guide with great English and he really is a wonderful boat driver as well. Swimming and all the sites were amazing. When I wasn’t feeling well great motion sickness he really stepped up. My husband and I had one of the best days of our lives today - thank you so much Stefano if you’re reading this! And huge huge thank you to the amazing Teresa and her staff too! What a treat!

Our cruise with Nello was the best day we have had in Italy. Nello is an excellent captain, a very nice man and super fun to be around. The new boat is absolutely amazing we enjoyed all seating areas and the ease in and out of the water from the deck. The cruise around all the archipelagos and Capri was beautiful, the grottos and the landscape are all stunning. We would definitely book again when back.

The day was amazing and exceeded my expectations.The skipper Antonio was incredible. He reached out prior to confirm all was on schedule. We got to see the entire island of Capri, stopping to take pictures at some stunning locations. He arranged an incredible lunch with beautiful views. We rented a private boat from Sorrento to Capri for a day trip. My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon and we were very happy with our experience! Our skipper was Nello and he was fantastic! He showed up on time and it was easy to find his boat in the port. He was knowledgeable and it felt like we had a friend who was local to the area to help us out along the way. We saw all the sights and even had some time to jump in the water for a swim a few times. Would recommend this boat tour!

We visited Sorrento and had the opportunity to go on a full day cruise with Sunrise Sorrento with our whole family (6 children and 6 adults). It was an experience we'll never forget. From the very beginning the team was responsive and it was easy to get everything scheduled. The staff was on time at the dock and they adjusted to our schedule but gave us excellent guidance on what to do and where to go, even down to making lunch reservations for us. I would highly recommend the team and would love to be able to do it again!

We booked a private tour to Capri in August 2025 , it was 8 of us on the boat. Boat was very nice , clean , luxurious, our skipper was very nice , accommodating to all of our needs, patient with our demands and knowledgable. We had a fantastic time with Sunrise Sorrento. We went to Capri for the day and had a great time. Our skipper Nello showed us all the places we wanted to see as well as had a lot of knowledge to share with us. We enjoyed it so much, we asked to do another day charter the next day. Our tour was wonderful and we owe it all to our skipper Simone. He was thoughtful and welcoming, and brought us to the Blue Grotto immediately, where we were able to get in with less than 5 minutes wait. He then took us to a calm and gorgeous cove, where we were able to swim for almost an hour - something my daughter absolutely loved. He even had little crackers to throw that brought the fish over and made snorkeling so fun! His knowledge and excellent boat driving skills made the entire trip relaxing and enjoyable. He recommended an excellent restaurant for lunch. Lastly, he went above and beyond (along with Gianluca, the driver arranged through Sunrise Sorrento) when I forgot my phone on the boat (since we left Naples today). We highly recommend Sunrise Sorrento to all!

We had the MOST amazing time with Fabio, aboard the Ilery, which was an upgrade from what we originally had booked! It was a beautiful boat with lots of room and amenities. Fabio was fantastic and shared beautiful stories of his life here in Italy. We really enjoyed learning all about the history. He made sure to stop at all the most important things, and we found Capri to be gorgeous. Fabio also booked our lunch at a lovely seaside restaurant, called Bagni Tiberio Capri. It was delicious and we loved eating right on the water. 100% recommend Sunrise Sorrento and Fabio!! We made memories that will last a lifetime!

We booked a private tour with Sunrise Sorrento to Capri and back, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped aboard, the crew—especially our captain and deckhand Stefano—made us feel incredibly welcome. We were greeted with refreshments including water, juice, and snacks, and even provided with towels, which was a thoughtful surprise since I had brought my own from the hotel. The boat ride to Capri took about 40 minutes, and we were fortunate to have perfect weather, making for a smooth and enjoyable journey. Along the way, the captain took us to the Green Grotto and around the iconic Faraglioni di Capri, offering stunning photo opportunities. Although we passed by the Blue Grotto, tours weren’t operating that day due to high tides. Once we arrived in Capri, it was everything I had imagined and more. We spent the day exploring the island, and when we returned, the vessel was ready and waiting to take us back to the mainland. The crew was friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour to friends and family—and I’ll definitely be booking with Sunrise Sorrento again on my next visit!

We went on a full day guided tour of the Capri coast. Our guide Simone was absolutely fantastic! Upon arrival he was very friendly and made us feel welcome. He asked us what we wanted from the tour and helped us plan an itinerary. He gave great suggestions which made the tour special and memorable. He gave us a tour of the beautiful coast and showed us all the sights, for example, hidden grotto’s & caves, Faraglioni rock formations etc. He offered us refreshments throughout the tour and gave us limoncello made by his grandmother, which was the best we tasted on our holiday. He recommended a great restaurant for lunch with beautiful views of the sea. The highlight of the tour was when Simone anchored the boat off the coast of Capri and we swam in the sea. It was heaven swimming in the stunning azure sea off the Capri coast – for a while we felt like A-listers. It was obvious Simone loved his job and was very knowledgeable about the islands. His warm personality made this trip a more special one. The next day I asked Simone to recommend a nice restaurant at Marina Piccola, Sorrento. Simone immediately messaged a choice of three restaurants with the best views and great food.

This company does everything the right way. Their communication leading up to the trip was perfect. Virginia got us to our location and onto the boat. Roberto and Stefano were our Captain and guides. We couldn’t have got two better individuals. They made the day so enjoyable. They allowed us to customize the day once we arrived to the island. Both are very knowledgeable about the history of the area and best spots for pictures and swimming. We will definitely be back and won’t change a thing.

Antonino was a great Skipper for us on our full day trip to Capri! He took the time to point out interesting landmarks and sites and educated us on the rich, beautiful history of the region. He made an excellent recommendation for lunch and was a great host for us through out the day. I highly recommend this experience. We hope to do it again one day with Antonino as our guide!

This is was the highlight of our trip. Luca was an awesome skipper. Our kids loved the blue grottos and swimming in the ocean. Lunch was on a private little beach, excellent food. We recommend this tour to everyone ❤️
