We really enjoyed our stay at this campsite! We used our ACSI card, and everything went smoothly. Dogs aren’t allowed on the campsite shuttle, but there’s public transport that stops right outside the entrance. It costs the same as the shuttle and runs more frequently, which is a great alternative. The toilets and showers were always clean. We would definitely recommend this campsite!

We had a cabin with a mini kitchen and our own bathroom. The shuttle is to & from the campsite to a specific spot near town. The walk to town was close to the drop off. If you are getting the shuttle when you arrive from the airport or train station, you have to make your own way to that pick up spot. They do not pick you up at your arrival point. The pool is nice but VERY cold and they force you to wear a swimming cap which you have to purchase if you don’t have one. They don’t care if you only sit on the side to put your feet in, you have to wear one. Very stupid in my opinion. Let’s worry about hair instead of some people hygiene. The beach is not a sand beach. There is a rock area that you can sit or lay on. To get into the water you can either use the metal stairs going into it or jump off the rocks. Please note … it is a very long walk down & back up on a dirt trail that is winding & steep in some areas. The campground is large and there will be a lot of walking just to get from your cabin or tent to anywhere on site. It was nice with great views but just be prepared.
Had a wonderful 4 night stay in a Safari tent here last month. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget friendly alternative place to lay your head whilst exploring the infamously expensive Sorrento and Amalfi coast. It is a beautiful part of the world! The camp is rustic, basic even, but it does the job. It has some really wonderful views. Theres a great pool to swim or sunbathe by, and the shuttle bus into Sorrento is a godsend. Few points for improvement: We’d have loved if there was a golf buggy shuttle around the camp a few times an hour to get us back to reception, as the walk is more than a little treacherous from some areas, and definitely not suitable to anyone with mobility issues. The communal toilet and shower blocks were clean and functional, but some extra hooks to hang things would be helpful. The safari tent would’ve really benefitted from a bench or a table inside, and again, hooks to hang things from, as there were no surfaces to put anything on. Over all, it’s better than I expected for the price, would absolutely stay again, but a few small tweaks could improve things significantly.
The little comfort tents were the all we needed in our little stay in Sorrento. Everything was so clean and the shared bathrooms were spacious and close to our site. It was nice to have the option for a beach and a pool too! The Shuttle bus service was very convenient with pick up right in the city. Maybe a reminder on the booking before we arrived could be helpful as we didn’t see in the moment but nevertheless very efficient. If you like camping you have to try it at Santa Fortuna!
Very nice campsite with a view over Sorrento. Some spots have a direct view over the bay towards Sorrento. We also appreciated the shuttle service into town. The camping beach is a bit of a climb but there a quite a few fishes in the sea for someone who likes to swim with his head under the water. But there is also a pool which is much easier to reach. We visited in June and the campsite was quite relaxed. Probably very busy here in summer. Better check if there is a place available before coming over!
