This hotel is a gem right in the city of Sorrento. It is close to all the action in the city. An elevator that takes you down to the port and the train station are both just a few blocks away making it a convenient place for jumping off to other day trips. What I especially loved about this hotel was the service and cleanliness. It is clear that the staff are very proud of their service and it shows. We were greeted with chilled prosecco in our room. Our room was cleaned every day and we also had turn down service every evening. The bathroom was immaculate with accessories replenished every day. Breakfast was included and it was the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen. Words can't describe it. So, I've uploaded pictures. Loved the made to order eggs and coffee drinks, too. The atmosphere of the hotel is also lovely with lots of art sculptures adorning the walls. This was the best hotel of our 2 week trip. I highly recommend Maison di Conservatorio!

What a beautiful gem right in the heart of Sorrento. I was on holiday with my daughter and we had the most amazing time. Hotel rooms are really spacious and very tastefully decorated with all you need. Very quiet but right in the centre of everything . Breakfast was absolutely delicious with extra special touch from Josephine and Marianna what a sweet beautiful ladies. I stayed in many hotels over the years but this one is right on top. Thank you again hope to see you soon in the future😊
The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were always very kind and helpful. The location and breakfast were also wonderful. They put candy in my room every day, and even though I left the hotel before 5:30 am, they gave me coffee and water to take with me. When I come back to Sorrento, I will stay here again, and I know I will come back.
This hotel is listed as a 3 star hotel but punches way above its weight class! Main highlights: - Rooms were very spacious, updated, and comfortable - Breakfast was delicious! Fresh fruit, vegetables, and customizable eggs were highlights. The coffee was quite good as well. This was included in our stay which was a bonus - Location was excellent. We were roughly 5 minute walk to the ocean and the main hub of restaurants Overall, the value was incredible! If we come back to Sorrento, we are certainly going to try to stay here if rooms are available!
Spent five nights in this hotel last week. The hotel is situated in the heart of the town, and is convenient for both the station and the port for the ferries. Our room overlooked the street so we could hear traffic noise. From the website we had thought it was closer to a pedestrian only area, but there was a road with a reasonable amount of traffic directly in front of us. When we asked for a quieter room, there was nothing available that night, but they did a good job of looking into it for us and offered us a room on the same level as the restaurant for the future nights. Having looked at that, we ended up deciding to stick with the one we had as it was bigger and felt roomier, and we figured we would get used to the traffic noise, which we did, since they have good shutters on the windows and we had white noise apps on our phones. On the first night, we were very cold as we only realized on getting into the bed that there is just a sheet on top, not a duvet inside it. There were not blankets or duvets in the room and it was midnight, so we figured we would need to wait and ask the next day. When we mentioned it in the morning they said there should have been a blanket in the room, so they clearly missed that when making up the room for us. They also said we could have called the night duty manager at any time in the night but we didn't think they would have gone to get us blankets at that time. They fixed the issue quickly that day so all was fine that night. On our last night we tried the Prosecco from the mini bar but it was flat and tasted like vinegar. I took it to the front desk to explain and they gave me another bottle, but although less flat than the first one, it was clearly not fresh as it still tasted strange. The large bottle they had put in our room when we arrived was fine but the mini bottles are a different brand and I think were pretty old. I called reception and they agreed not to charge for the bottle. A few moments later, someone arrived with another bottle but we were leaving for dinner so said we didn't want any more. There was some confusion as the woman didn't speak any English so she had to call someone else to translate. Not a huge deal, but just delayed us getting ready to go out. The toiletries in the bathroom are all in plastic pouches (although they do show they can be recycled) but using larger refillable bottles would elevate the look of the hotel bathroom. We were given a small square of soap for our stay but again, a liquid soap in a bottle would have been nicer. Breakfast was good, especially the ladies who cooked and served it. All in all, a hotel in a good location, which could be improved much more by doing some checks on bedding, and changing out items in the mini bar regularly. The staff were always very happy to fix any issues and did so quickly, but it is just a little frustrating to have to bring these things to their attention each time.
