I have no words to describe the bad experience I had with this accommodation. Months before the date of my reservation I confirmed if it was possible to leave my luggage before the check-in time which was at 4 pm and I arrived at 8 am, they told me that if I could leave it but in another hotel that was a 15-minute walk from the train station. When we arrived in Sorrento we walked to that hotel to find that it was closed for remodeling, again we walked throughout the center of Sorrento WITH SUITCASES looking for a place to be able to pay and leave them saved, until that moment the accommodation never responded to our messages. Important: if they had informed us that they could not store our suitcases, the itinerary of our trip would have changed and we would have arrived in Sorrento in the afternoon because we were not interested in making an additional expense to store the luggage.Once we paid and solved the luggage we had to wait until 4 pm for the check-in, we wrote to the accommodation again at 3 in the afternoon reminding them that we were already in Sorrento outside the stay and for the first time in the day after many messages the lodging responded saying to notify us when we were outside the place so that someone would open, we reiterated that we were already outside but we understood that we also had to wait until 4pm which was the check-in. That was the last message we received from the accommodation, we were left standing outside and it was 4:30 pm, 5pm, 6 pm and they NEVER answered anymore neither by booking nor by whatsapp, we are talking about an accommodation that was booked and paid months in advance and they never answered a message.We contacted booking customer service who contacted the lodging directly and gave him 45 minutes to respond, surprise! They never answered!!!! After paying extra to keep our luggage all day, we had to look for another place to stay at night.And it doesn't end there, at eight at night, almost 24 hours after our first message informing that we were already in Sorrento, they talk to me on WhatsApp asking "where are you?". The worst experience of my life, save yourself headaches and DO NOT book with them, you could lose whole days of your dream trip and it becomes a nightmare

Excellent location, very clean and friendly host

Excellent hotel for a comfortable stay in Sorrento. Really clean, modern and centric! The attention of the landlord Marino was perfect. He even let us stay until the afternoon so that we could enjoy our last day in Sorrento. I would recommend it to anyone.
