Half-day Tour 4x4 West Coast Of The Natural Park

Was a fantastic morning with a knowledgeable and skilled driver/guide. Thoroughly enjoyed seeing places we would not have otherwise found, and learnt a lot from Tiago. Perfect length of a trip, although we would have been happy being left all day at one of the beaches he showed us.

Excellent trip, Rob was friendly, informative and helpful. I would recommend it. Only marred by a couple of selfish, sullen and whingey New Yorkers.

This tour was disappointing, it was a 4 hour tour and about half the tour we didn’t see much while half the tour was scenic. The 4x4 was 28 years old and was not comfortable with 7 people stuffed in it. We we very much looking forward to an off road tour while only about 20% was off road. I would not recommend the tour it wasn’t worth our time investment.

This was a fantastic experience. The tour took us to areas of the country that we would have absolutely regretted not seeing. It was not only informative, but also entertaining. Ask for Tiago for your guide and you will not be disappointed.

We booked with Paula in the centre of Lagos, she was great! Good price and well explained. meeting point was easy, Thiago was excellent. Very experienced, confident and friendly. our other 2 travellers were a Belgium Mother and Daughter who were well looked after too. Thiago's knowledge of the Sagres area was second to none. Not a bad driver too! well worth the money. Will do another trip next year.

Went on this tour with my girlfriend and had a really fun time. Our guide Tiago was great and went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience. Would recommend highly.

It was a great experience. It's a great option if you don't have a vehicle in the Algarve because it takes you to places you wouldn't typically see. We even went off-roading, which was a lot of fun, and got to enjoy some hidden viewpoints. We didn't actually go swimming, though, because there wasn't really enough time.

Really enjoyable trip Thiago was an excellent tour guide he was very informative, and good fun and we loved it.

This tour is a great way to see places that you will never get to see on your own. Some off roading, but not that bad, that bring you to some great little towns and unbelievable coastline views.

The tour takes you places you couldn’t really get to with a rental car or Uber. The natural beauty is stunning and a must see.

Sanders was very knowledgeable about the area and history. He took us to some remote areas, which was great. I would recommend this tour.

This is a great trip to explore Southwest Portugal. We were with 2 other couples with Guide Sandro, who was an enthusiastic conversationalist and good driver and shared information about himself, the area's history, flora and fauna in English and Portuguese. We went to a beautiful trail and hiked about 1.5 K, chatting with our other trip mates while Sandro's drove to the other end of our walk. Then he drove us to wonderful vistas and a beach, giving us ample time to enjoy each spot. Really liked this excursion. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely tour together with experienced guide JP. It was really nice! JP was very knowledgeable and was able to tell a lot of stories about the area, culture and nature. His knowledge about plants was truly great and our children were delighted with his approach. We saw a beautiful beach and forrest area and were lucky enough to see a snake and turtle. Highly recommended!

John was a very cool Guide. He gave us an unforgettable Experience and was very funny and charming. I defenatly recommend this trip!

This off-road trip with "John" was beyond our expectations! Not only were we driven (just my husband and me) to beautiful beaches , vistas, through local towns and to a lovely path for a hike but John was extremely knowledgeable about the Sagres area. We had wonderfully engaging conversations and took amazing photos from difficult-to-reach areas. Could not imagine a better experience!

I really wish I could write a wonderful review of this but the company contacted me and canceled. They advised that the guide was ill and offered another day. Unfortunately the day they offered was the day I was leaving the area. I did receive a refund. I was really looking forward to the excursion.

We were definitely off-road for a portion of the tour and enjoyed the wild ride. We would have never visited these coastal areas without a tour like this.

Absolutely amazing and unforgettable afternoon/evening seeing the other side of Portugal. The wild and natural beauty of Sagres is unreal. Our driver was brilliant and kept us thoroughly entertained through the trip. The sunset with a nice Red Wine and a cake just topped off a lovely day. This was no doubt the highlight of our entire week in Portugal!

Great way to see Sagres and the amazing beaches around this area. Getting to the “end of the earth” and two somewhat private beaches for the sunset was just unforgettable! JP was such a fun guide too. I’d do it again ina heartbeat

We had the pleasure of doing the half day tour and we were not disappointed. Tiago our driver was excellent- knowledgeable and made the trip interesting with great driving skills. Tiago was a great host who made sure we were entertained and told us about the local attractions, history and we managed to go to some beautiful places, despite the fog! An excellent trip, highly recommended.

Our Tour Guide was amazing. He is very friendly. He explained everything to us, and he is very knowledgeable of the beautiful places we went to see. Good mixture of ride with stops to walk at beautiful beaches, forest, lighthouse. We highly recommend this tour.

Highly recommended trip to see places you wouldn’t normally get to as a tourist, with a knowledgeable local. The tour was well organised and there were plenty of stops, including one for coffee and cake! The walk in the forest was especially enjoyable, as was the surf beach and driving off road was fun if slightly alarming! John was an excellent guide and confident driver. We were a family group of 4 and shared the trip with a couple. The pick up and drop off went well. I was grateful to the organisers for allowing us to reschedule our trip due to illness. There was no problem with this and it was much appreciated.

We loved this tour! Booked it on a whim to surprise my parents with and they said this was their favorite tour we went on. John was a great guide, very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us many examples of the flora and fauna of the area, telling us stories and keeping us comfortable the whole time. Our favorite part was the off road “roller coaster” ! We saw so much on this trip we wouldn’t have seen otherwise !

Samuel proved to be an exceptional tour guide, characterized by his great sense of humor, humility, and extensive knowledge of the area's history and culture. He can answer any question about history, geography, fauna, flora, vegetation, or culture with ease. The tour itself was meticulously planned, featuring a short hike and visits to outstanding sites and locations. However, I was a bit disappointed that they directed me to their website rather than TripAdvisor, which offers a more economical option (I paid 71 euros for a half-day off-road tour while I see it’s 58 for a full day experience in here). I dislike feeling like I've overpaid compared to others for the same experience. To avoid paying extra, I recommend booking through TripAdvisor. Despite this, the trip was undeniably worthwhile. The off-road tour takes you to incredible, hidden spots along the West Coast, offering a variety of activities including hiking, beach walks, and cliff-top views, and a bit of wild rosemary and thyme hunting :D they know their stuff. It was awesome !

We really loved this tour, the guide was really fun and easy to chat with and shared lots of interesting information about the area. He took us to some great spots that you definitely wouldn't go to without a 4x4 and local knowledge. We were unlucky with the weather but still really really enjoyed it, would highly recommend 👍🏼 With it being a small group it was also lovely to get to know the other guests on the tour 🙂

JP Gamma was our guide. He was personable and very knowledgeable about the natural landscapes and the history of southwest Portugal. He took us to some breathtaking remote beaches and small villages over a full day excursion. Highly recommend JP....

Such a great adventure where you get to see parts of the coastline and cliffs that only an 4x4 can take you. Absolutely worth it. You see some gorgeous vistas and the evening sunset was spectacular. Our driver/guide Samuel was fun, knowledgeable and very respectful of my fear of heights.

Our guide JP was kind, patient, funny, relatable, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our West coast half day tour was perfect! He had lots of stories and facts about where he took us without it feeling scripted or boring. He made us laugh the whole time and the added feature to request pickup was fabulous. 100% recommend this tour and of course our new friend JP!

We had a wonderful morning with JP! We were fortunate to be the only couple who booked the tour that day, so we actually had a private tour. JP is a very pleasant guide who clearly does his job with a lot of passion. In addition to information about the beautiful nature, he also tells a lot about life in Portugal. The views were truly phenomenal! At one point, we were even the only ones present on a beautiful beach. If you're looking for a tour where you can also discover some non-touristy spots, this is highly recommended!

The view was amazing. The driver showed us very beautiful spots. We can only recommend an Offroad- Tour!!! It was an exciting trip and we saw the whole west cost.

The tour was incredible, the cliffs at Cape San Vicente and the surrounding beaches were impressive, the views were amazing. JP's company was very pleasant, a very happy person and it was a pleasure to talk to him.

Jon was a wonderful guide, funny and sweet to my 4 year old daughter. He provided a car seat in the Jeep for her. It was a fun ride with a nice leisurely hike/walk, and then adequate time for photo stops at the beach and at Cabo de Sao Vicente. If you want more time to explore each place, select a longer tour option.

What a great day with JP! He gave us just the right amount of information. He has a true passion for the environment. He knew every twist and bump on the dirt road which made for a fun ride and he has extensive knowledge of plants in the area. On the drive back to Lagos he gave us restaurant and travel tips which we applied to our activities the very next day! The national park and the viewpoints are stunning…Just more reasons to appreciate the beauty of Portugal.

Venturing off-road along the stunning cliffs was an unforgettable experience! John, our guide, was incredibly friendly and shared valuable tips for further exploration post-tour. The views were absolutely breathtaking.
