there's no place for disabled people no restrooms or rooms They wouldn't clean the room unless we ask for several times a day and most of the lights didn't work the breakfast was nice and some people were helpful The room looked like it hadn't been renovated in a long time

Great hotel in the city center.. close to the Alex 2-floor bus stop.. The private beach is clean.. the staff are friendly ..and everything is nearby.. the breakfast buffet is excellent.. especially the coffee.. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back..

Today, my father and I visited the restaurant. Having just arrived from Canada, I wasn't expecting such poor treatment. Sheraton is known for its excellent customer service, not for the rude behavior we encountered. All we wanted was to order a few juices and coffees. The waiters were courteous and assured us we would only be charged for what we ordered. However, the restaurant manager rudely asked us to leave. I don't see why we should be forced to pay for a full buffet when we only wanted drinks. We ended up dining elsewhere, where the service was much better. I won't be returning to this restaurant. It's absurd that a five-star hotel wouldn't accommodate different payment options instead of insisting on a full buffet payment or kicking customers out. This experience was disrespectful and ridiculous.

The Hospitality was amazing, very professional and elegant staff. Food was exceptional, great menu selection and waiters/eses are so helpful and professional. View is lovely 😍. However the room was a little bit smaller for a double room but cozy.
