Hotel looks nice from the outside and for interior, however the rooms are not well.maintained. some things are old and worn of and some doesnt work. In the room the rest was smell.of cigarettes. Breckfsst was not tasty, only few options instant coffee. Gym is not a hotel gym. It is in the same building however it is a commercial one thst opens as 12 AT NOON(sic)! and there are separate hours for man and women.

Lets start with the reception where the service provided is definetly 5 stars from Ms. Engy and Ms. Karim, very professional and caring to deliver the best quality of service. Rooms are big, clean and very peaceful Breakfast could be better not much variety Location is in the heart of downtown The only negative thing is the noise, you can hear everything happening outside the hotel which definitely will affect your sleeping quality rather than that its perfect

The housekeeping service was excellent every day, and a special thanks goes to Housekeeping Manager Iman Anwar for maintaining such high standards throughout the hotel. The food was another highlight of my stay. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The food and beverage service was beyond expectations, and I would especially like to thank Ahmed Zaki for his kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service that made every dining experience enjoyable. I also want to express my deepest appreciation to the incredible front office and reception team. Mira Yasser was extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks as well to Omar Mahmoud and Youssef Khaled at reception for their outstanding customer service, positive attitude, and genuine care for guests. They truly made my stay smooth, comfortable, and memorable. What makes Royal Jewel Hotel special is not only the luxury and comfort, but also the people who work there. Their customer service was beyond excellent and made us feel welcomed and valued throughout the entire stay. The room was spotless, very clean, comfortable, and well organized. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant, relaxing, and very well maintained.
