he staff are extremely polite and respectful, but there is a lack of professionalism when it comes to handling guest comfort. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room on the 11th floor, and there were renovation and maintenance works on the 12th floor right above us. This caused significant disturbance due to drilling and construction noises throughout our stay, with no prior notice or alternative solutions provided by the hotel. We hope management takes these notes into consideration for the future.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. My room was on the 11th floor, and it was very noisy throughout the entire night because of the nightclub on the rooftop. It was almost impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. There was also no kettle in the room, and to make matters worse, my room card suddenly stopped working in the middle of my stay. The breakfast was another major concern. Some of the food, including the fruit salad, appeared to be expired, and after eating it, I had severe stomach discomfort that continued throughout my 14-hour flight. On top of all that, I was questioned about items from the bar even though I had never touched or consumed anything from the bar. I found the way this was handled extremely rude and uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. With the noise, poor food quality, room issues, and the way I was treated, I would definitely not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

Mohamed the restaurant supervisor at night is the rudest person. Truly made me and other guests feel very unwelcome at the hotel. He should not be a leader at any establishment whatsoever. Needs a course in customer service and guest interaction. Will be shortening my stay because of horrible interactions with him and don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Furthermore, elevators are super slow and lags 9 times out of 10. Annoying marketing video in the elevator so loud and gives you a headache. WiFi doesn’t work properly. Rooms have no balcony’s. Mold around the window and in the rooms. Hot and humid halls throughout the entire property. Way better hotels in the area for same if not less price. Go elsewhere

Rooms can be small but clean, and well-maintained. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Gorgeous sea views from some rooms. No pool. Very noisy especially during the weekend. Good location
