Rixos Montaza Alexandria

Honestly, this was one of my favorite hotel stays in a while, and I’ve stayed at many hotels! The rooms were clean and spacious, the beach was absolutely to die for, so clean and relaxing, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. There was also a great variety of services and facilities available throughout our stay. One of my favorite things was simply walking around the hotel. With all the greenery, peaceful atmosphere, and rich history, the place has such a special charm to it. I’d also like to specially thank Ahmed Abdelaal for his support throughout our stay. Whatever we needed, he was always there to help, always smiling and genuinely kind. He really made our stay even better! All in all, this was our first time in Alexandria and our first stay at this hotel, and it definitely won’t be our last!

special Thanks From Ms Rojana Receptionist She was welcoming and attentive. The check in process was smooth and didn’t take much time. The rooms were clean and nice, offering a great view that really made the stay more enjoyable. The golf car service was very useful and saved a lot of time moving around. Food and dining were also impressive, with good quality and variety that met expectations one of the best hotels you can stay at especil Salamlek palace is amazing. The views are incredible and they provide outstanding service

His attitude and attention to detail really made my stay even better. Thank you to the whole team for making my experience so enjoyable. The Food & Beverage team operates with remarkable professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. ​The buffet selection offered an impressive variety of fresh, flavorful dishes, ranging from perfectly seasoned local specialties to international classics. Every station was clean, consistently replenished, and beautifully presented. ​What truly elevated the meal was the service: the staff was attentive without being intrusive, drinks were refreshed promptly, and the culinary team went out of their way to accommodate dietary preferences with a genuine smile. It is evident that the management and floor staff take immense pride in their standard of hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-tier dining.
