Hello! We really enjoyed our breakfast. The place was beautiful, and so was the food. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Food quality and presentation were 10/10, the baked goods were really good, and they refilled everything continuously. We would love to come again!
We had a very good stay overall. The staff were excellent: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is very convenient, close to the Citadel of Qaitbay and the Bibliotheca Alexandrina. The rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served, has a spectacular view, and the hotel’s historic atmosphere adds a lot of charm. It faces the square where Cleopatra’s Needle once stood. As the hotel is in the heart of the commercial area, there is quite a lot of traffic noise. This may be an issue for guests looking for a very quiet stay, although it did not bother us. We did have a water leak in our bathroom, and our children’s room had an unpleasant smell that became worse on the last day. These points should be improved. Apart from that, everything went very well, and we especially appreciated the staff, location, rooftop view, and historic character of the hotel.
Beautiful Belle Epoque hotel at the Corniche with original atmosphere of that time. The terasse overlooking the Sea is stunning at every moment of the day. The service in the restaurant is warm, generous, professional and pays attention to your needs. Tables are beautifully set. The rooms, with high ceilings, could be modernized with more plugs, a table, more storage space in the bathroom and a higher quality selection of tea n coffee. Overall, we felt very welcomed.
The service is the best one in Alex I think. Christina is wonderful, all the people here are wonderful and friendly. Also I lost my lightning cable in the room, and they very quickly found it and return it to me. The dessert here is also very nice. The only disadvantage is that due to the historical building, the sound-proof of the room is not so good. But besides it, everything is perfect. Thank you again for the staff here!
Honestly, the place was absolutely amazing, especially at night the vibe was on another level and the singer was incredible. The food was beyond perfect, seriously one of the best dishes I’ve ever tried! It was even better than I expected. The staff were super polite, respectful, and very welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. And the view was really beautiful too. Overall, such a lovely experience, and I’d definitely come again!
