Excellent Service and Beautiful Views We had a very pleasant stay at Palestine Hotel Montaza. The location and sea view are beautiful, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was also very good, with a good variety of options. What really stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, especially Mohamed Yehia from Housekeeping, who was extremely helpful and made our stay much more comfortable. His professionalism and kindness were truly appreciated. The only area that needs improvement is the condition of the rooms. They would benefit from renovation and some modernization to bring them up to the standard of the hotel’s excellent location and service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Palestine Hotel Montaza, particularly for the beautiful views, friendly staff, and excellent service.

Thank you ( Mr Eslam Soliman from front office . Mr Momen from front office).
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 9.5/10 A Wonderful Stay at Palestine Montaza Hotel Overall, I would rate my stay 9.5/10. The hotel is in a truly exceptional location within the beautiful Montaza Gardens, offering stunning views and easy access to some of Alexandria’s most iconic attractions. The only issue I experienced was with the check-in. I arrived at 2:00 pm, one hour before the official check-in time, but unfortunately I was not able to access my room until 45 minutes after the scheduled check-in time. This required me to contact Booking.com for assistance. That said, I would like to commend Mr. Amr, the hotel manager, who handled the situation very professionally. As a sincere gesture of apology and goodwill, the hotel upgraded me to an Executive Suite for my entire stay, which I greatly appreciated. His professionalism and customer-focused approach turned a disappointing start into a very positive experience. The breakfast was genuinely excellent, with an impressive variety of dishes from different cuisines. I particularly enjoyed the traditional Egyptian selections, especially the fresh fetir, served with black molasses and tahini, a real highlight of each morning. One of the biggest advantages of staying here is the opportunity to explore the magnificent Montaza Palace Gardens. I especially loved visiting Tea Island and the beautiful Royal Kiosk (El Sobba), both of which added a unique historical and scenic touch to the experience. Overall, despite the delayed check-in, the outstanding service recovery, excellent breakfast, spacious accommodation, and spectacular surroundings made this a memorable stay. I would happily return and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Alexandria.
I had a friend visiting Alexandria, and I recommended this hotel for her stay. I booked three nights for her with the intention of extending the reservation if everything went well, but unfortunately, that will definitely not be happening. The receptionist, Ahmed, was unfortunately missing the basics of hospitality. He did not provide a proper welcome or explain any of the hotel’s facilities or services to either me or my guest. Instead, I felt as though he was simply trying to complete the check-in process as quickly as possible without any meaningful communication. After I had helped my guest check in and was about to leave, I asked Ahmed if I could use a golf cart. He refused, saying it was only available for hotel guests. While I understand that policies exist, I was the one who recommended the hotel and brought this guest to stay there, so refusing such a simple request felt unnecessarily unfriendly. The room itself 337 was good, although it was set up with twin beds even though the reservation was for a single occupant. Overall, I am very disappointed. For a five-star hotel, I expected a much higher standard of hospitality and guest service. It is not the room that leaves the strongest impression, but how people are treated, and unfortunately this experience did not meet the standards I expected.
Everything was perfect, super friendly and helpful stuff. Food is perfect. One minor point; Toilets need to be renovated. I would like to thank Mr Islam from the reception for his flexibility and the support. Thank you Nourhan from the reception team, your attitude being super friendly and professional did add a lot to our visit. It was a business trip, but I would visit again for a personal vacation.
