Golden Ocean Marina Hotel

Rooms are very dirty. The room key cards don’t work and they claim that we are putting them near our mobiles. They never change the bedsheets for a whole week. The breakfast is very poor in taste and collection.

🚨 Do NOT Stay Here – Worst Hotel Experience Ever 🚨 This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the property was already a disaster. There was a strong, unpleasant odor in the air, and the lobby was literally swarming with flies — an immediate red flag. Despite charging premium, high-end rates, the reality was appalling. Our room had a toilet that didn’t flush, a jacuzzi stained with rust that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and an air conditioning unit that didn’t work at all in the middle of summer. The staff’s response was just as bad, if not worse. No one apologized at any point. Instead, they acted as though I was overreacting. Every complaint was brushed off with condescension and dismissiveness. I had to fight just to be moved to another room — only to discover that most of the same problems existed there too. For all four days of our stay, the room key never worked, and the door knob was broken. Every time I needed to enter my room, I had to call someone to let me in — completely unacceptable. I asked repeatedly to speak with a manager from day one, but they avoided me the entire stay. Only when we were checking out did someone finally appear, casually mentioning the hotel was “going into renovation.” If the property is unfit for guests, why are they still charging full price as if everything is fully operational? The food was bland, forgettable, and not worth the price. But the worst part of all was the staff’s attitude: dismissive, condescending, and at times outright mocking toward legitimate complaints. This hotel is absolutely not worth your time or money. Overpriced, poorly maintained, and run by staff who show no respect or care for their guests. Save yourself the frustration and stay anywhere else — this place should not even be open to the public in its current state.

I stayed at Ocean Blue Hotel in Marina and it was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The bathroom was filthy, full of hair everywhere, and the hygiene level was absolutely zero. The service was non-existent. Even worse, the door to our room didn’t work, and the staff had to climb in through the balcony proving how unsafe the place is, since anyone could do the same This hotel is a complete disaster and I would never recommend it to anyone

The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean, the view is amazing, the only comment is that u have to cross the street for the pool and beach other than that there's an amazing restaurant in the hotel called gossip they have amazing service and excellent food, the rooms are old furnitured but not the worst in was normal. I had a great 5 days experience at Golden Ocean
