I was disappointed with my stay. The rooms have very poor soundproofing, so it was easy to hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms. There were also a flies in the room. The key card frequently stopped working, which was frustrating, and there were no tissues provided in the bathroom.the elevator was out of order
The food was below expectations the brakefast was good and The pizza was good, but the pasta was very poor, and the French fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for a long time
Unfortunately, some of the staff were also rude and unprofessional. Overall, I don't think the experience matched my expectations.
I had a wonderful stay at Africana Hotel. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making my stay very relaxing. The hotel's location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious food. I truly appreciated the great service and hospitality, and I would happily recommend Africana Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay place
I’d like to sincerely thank the hotel for the amazing experience. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful. The service was beyond wonderful and exceeded all expectations. Everything was perfect, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.
Staff are more than amazing, so helpful, smile on their faces all the time. Food is tasty. They have the best draft beer 😎

Amazing stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
