We did a private tour with our kids and grandkids. Our guide, Tushar was phenomenal. He knew the history, all the wonderful sites to see and was so patient and wonderful with our grandkids. He made our day! He also is an excellent photographer and helped us attain some great family photos. We had a great day and would recommend this tour to anyone looking. Our pickup and drop off at our Airbnb went without a hitch.

An unforgettable day with Anchit! My husband and I had a wonderful private tour of Banff, Yoho, and Kootenay National Parks with Anchit while staying in Lake Louise. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and accommodating, and he took great care of us throughout the day. He showed us some of the most amazing sights in the parks and took us to a lovely spot for lunch in Lake Louise Village. One thing we especially appreciated was the care he took getting pictures of us together. We joked that we got more pictures of the two of us on this day trip than we have in years! He was conscientious about finding great shots and even took videos, giving us wonderful memories to bring home. I highly recommend a private guided tour because you can tailor the day to what you want to see and how long you want to be out. Anchit made the whole experience easy, comfortable, and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

We had a fantastic experience with Vista Chase and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Our guide, Itiel, got in touch the day before to confirm our arrival time and everything was really well organised from start to finish. The vehicle was plush, spacious and very comfortable, which made a big difference given how much we managed to fit into the day. Our tour was wonderful! (My wife and I and her brother/sister-in-law) Our guide Anchit was friendly, informative and helpful as us 70-ish seniors navigated difficult steps at Moraine Lake. He helped my wife navigate the 100+ steps up to the lookout. The private tour upgrade was very well worth it as we had flexibility to skip a couple locations, (because we'd seen them), and stay less time or more time as we wished. That helped in a couple crowded places where we weren't restricted by a short visit and need to return to the bus. Our guide also picked us up at our hotel. We would highly recommend this tour, (and the private upgrade, if possible).

We did the 8 Iconic sites and the weather cooperated most of the day. Tushar was our tour guide and he was amazing. So informative throughout the day.

Amazing!!! From every detail, airport pick up/drop off, all views/hikes. We were a group of 6 and were treated like queens!! We were brought to the front of every place we went too! Luxury all the way! They had water and bear spray and Rahul stayed with us. He helped show us good spots and took pictures!

This is a wonderful way to see the sights in Banff. Our driver, ET, spoke with us to discover what we were interested in seeing so that he could customize the trip for us. He also knew all the best places for food and photos along the way as well. ET was very friendly and we enjoyed our day with him. Our only feedback would be that it would have been nice to have more information/knowledge about the places and the things we were visiting.

A luxurious small passenger van, a personable and knowledgeable guide, and breathtaking lakes and mountains, what more could you ask for? Itiel, our guide, was wonderful and very understanding of those who were slower or wanted to refrain from the 1 or 2 parts that were a little more challenging and showed us options that worked better (but didn’t hamper the others on the tour). All in all, such a great way to see so much all in one day. Plus we didn’t have to deal with all of the parking issues at the often crowded parking lots. Highly recommend if you want an easy way to see a lot in a short amount of time!

Vani was an incredible tour guide. Super accommodating and knowledgeable. The private tour experience was better than we ever imagined. The entire process was incredibly easy and Vani’s communication throughout was immaculate. Make sure to book this experience if you want to maximize your experiences within a day trip. Vani’s flexibility allowed us to customize our experiences for the day and we got to see all the locations and sights we wanted. This is the premier way to see all the wonderful sights without the hassle of parking, crowded shuttles/buses, and other stressors that may come up.

Where to even start.... 1. If you can afford the private tour I HIGHLY recommend this. You have the opportunity to flex your schedule based on what you personally want to see and do or based on the guides recommendations. (If you can not purchase Vista Chase Group Tour for this. Mercedes van offers maybe 12 seats which makes the tour more personable.) 2. Moraine Lake is highly protected and just the average car can not drive up to it. You will need to purchase a tour of some sort. For this part of our trip we got on one of Vista Chases shuttles. (We had a private tour. Our guide arranged everything for this. We simply got on the shuttle and enjoyed our day.) 3. The shuttle is immaculate! Leather seats, spacious, Mercedes, Complete luxury with a limited amount of seating. Which made it more personable than getting on a big tour bus. 4. The guide, Rahul, guided us and kept his eye on us the whole time. There was never a moment even while exploring that he didn't know where we were. Super protective of his guests. Not in an overbearing way but an attentive way. He was not intrusive but available. 5. Rahul can skip some pretty serious rocks! Very impressive and the water at Lake Moraine is as still as the night. It was a joy to spend time with him and see a personable side. Loved it!! 6. This tour was absolutely AMAZING!!! PRIVATE is the ticket so splurge and sit back and enjoy the beauty! 7. This day Rahul showed up in an Escalade. BEAUTIFUL!! Well kept, all the bells and whistles, CLEAN! Passenger controlled heating in the back. Luxury all the way. 8. Every person we encountered working for Vista Chase was so sincere and kind. This company truly cares about your experience and will ask how they can improve, is there anything we'd like to do different. So respectful of our experience. 9. Communication, Impecable!!! I received emails and direct contact information for our Guide and drivers as the company also offered free pick up and drop off from the Calgary Airport. 10. Very punctuale. They showed up ready to go, early and if there was a delay it was less than 5 minutes. I recommend HIGHLY!!!

My husband & 2 daughters were visiting Banff for the first time and booked Vista Chase for a private Banff tour. I had requested Liam as our private tour guide after reading some excellent reviews about him and he didn't disappoint with our private tour experience. Liam was knowledgeable, friendly, passionate, full of energy and accommodating - it was like going on a tour with a family member. Liam knew all the best spots for photo opportunities and we packed so much in our day, visiting lots of lakes and tourist attractions. Whilst on a bear spotting hunt, we were extremely fortunate to have seen 2 wolves. We had such a great time that we booked Liam again to accompany us for a trip to the beautiful Moraine Lake and hiked up the Larch Valley trail for some breathtaking views. The icing on the cake was seeing Mum Grizzly Bear with her 3 cubs, crossing the road near Lake Minnewanka. This tour was absolutely worth the money — honestly, even just for the van! 😂 The seats were incredibly comfortable and reclined, the van stayed warm and cozy the entire time, and Tushar was an excellent driver. I felt completely comfortable and safe throughout the day. I was traveling alone, and Tushar was amazing company. He was friendly, attentive, and also fantastic at taking photos! He knew some great spots that were a little less crowded, which made the experience feel much more personal and enjoyable. I also really appreciated how flexible the tour was while still staying perfectly on schedule. Everything felt seamless and well organized from start to finish. It’s a great way to see Banff without having to worry about planning everything yourself. I was especially glad I booked a tour because the parking lots at the trailheads were packed. Plus, you get to drive along some of the most scenic highways without having to focus on the road — I could just sit back, look out the window, and enjoy the scenery instead of trying to drive and take everything in at the same time. I had such a great experience and would absolutely recommend this tour, especially if you’re traveling solo!

I booked direct with Vista Chase so I knew exactly what I was getting as well as my expectations were met. In speaking with Rahul it was an easy decision to book all private tours. This review is for our private Banff tour. Rahul communicated exceptionally well. I was never questioning what was happening. We were kept up to date on every detail. The private tour was full of information. I guarantee we went places some people don’t even know about. It was amazing. The best thing about it was it was our day. Amazing tour! Very informative, knowledgeable, and entertaining tour guide. We were able to see all of the major attractions plus many sights that were amazing that we had not even heard of. We were even able to see family of bears, including three cubs. We would absolutely book this tour again with the driver we had.

Our day with Vani was educational, fun and filled with so many beautiful lakes, falls and mountains. I originally booked this as a small-group shared tour, but it ended up being a private tour. Our guide, Robyn, was wonderful. She loves nature and hiking, and she was extremely knowledgeable about the Canadian Rockies. She taught us so many interesting things about the places we visited, which made the tour even more enjoyable. Most importantly, she was very flexible and customized the itinerary to accommodate my mother, who loves hiking. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Itiel! He was easy to talk to, had our entire day thoughtfully planned, and knew all the best spots and times to visit. He struck the perfect balance between guiding us and giving us space to enjoy everything on our own. I jokingly told him that the only wildlife we had seen was a chipmunk, and shortly after, we came across a mama black bear with three cubs! It was incredible and something we will never forget. The scenery was out of this world, and renting a canoe at Moraine Lake was one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks to Itiel’s knowledge and experience, we saw and experienced so much more than we could have on our own. He took all the work out of the day and allowed us to simply enjoy one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. If you’re considering booking a tour, do it. Absolutely fantastic day. AJ was a great guide we customized per his recommendation and what we saw was amazing. Husband has new knee and he gave him options for some of the hikes or set a pace he could keep up with very considerate. AJ even had extra water on board for us which was much appreciated. We were happy to find someone that would pick us up and drop us off from our location which was quite far from the lakes. It was great to skip the lines for parking and entrance. We were able to spend more time in the parks. Tushar shared interesting facts and information about the area.

This private tour was well worth the money. We had two couples in a large van. We got to see so many wonderful spots throughout the day, both 'must see' spots and hidden gems. The itinerary was set, but we were able to adjust the timing at each stop to accommodate our needs and move how fast we wanted to go and see what we wanted to see. The tour guide - Michaela - was phenomenal. She was very personable and provided additional information about each stop. She also was nice enough to provide us with other tips and suggestions for the rest of our week in the area.

There is no better way to see all the places we saw on this tour! Itiel was our tour host and he did a wonderful job! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Booked to go to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Turns out, the other four stops — Johnston Canyon, Peyto Lake, Bow Lake and Mount Norquay Lookout — were equally impressive and a fabulous bonus. Medium-sized van with eight attendees was a perfect-sized group. Our guide (“ET”) was very pleasant and informative.

Our family just had the best time on our private tour day with Rahul today. Although we had a tentative itinerary for the day, it was raining in some places, but Rahul was very flexible and was able to adjust our itinerary so we could go see and do things in areas where it wasn't raining. We ended up going to 3 national parks in one day and saw some of the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen! Rahul also knows great photo spots and took many family photos for us. We are extremely grateful to have Rahul as our tour guide.

Arun was very informative and knowledgeable . I would recommend him for future tours. He made the day very easy, made very good restaurant recommendations and accommodated us with the rain, by shortening our walks at drop offs and pick ups.

The Banff / Lake Louise area tour was excellent. We stopped at all the main sites to see in the area at an efficient, but relaxed pace. Our tour guide Robyn was awesome.
