Its striking glacier-fed turquoise waters and dramatic mountain backdrop create an unforgettable experience. Due to Parks Canada vehicle restrictions, guests booking the Cadillac Escalade will transfer to a licensed shuttle for access to Moraine Lake. Guests travelling in our custom Mercedes Sprinter enjoy direct access without a vehicle change. During the off-season, access to this lake is restricted, and this will be replaced with Bow Lake and Peyto Lake.
Located in Yoho National Park, Emerald Lake is renowned for its vibrant emerald-green waters surrounded by pristine forests and rugged mountain peaks. Enjoy a peaceful walk along the shoreline, admire the stunning scenery, or relax while taking in one of the most picturesque lakes in the Canadian Rockies.
Carved by the powerful Kicking Horse River, Natural Bridge in Yoho National Park is a rock formation where rushing turquoise water sculpted a limestone arch over centuries, framed by forest and mountains, remaining one of the Rockies' most photographed landmarks.
We walk along elevated catwalks built into the limestone canyon as you follow crystal-clear waters to the spectacular Lower Falls. For those wishing to explore further, continue to the Upper Falls for even more dramatic canyon views. Keep in mind your day will extend at least 1 hour, or you can skip some locations. Johnston Canyon is one of Banff National Park's most popular and accessible hiking destinations.

**Winter only, Replacement for Takakkaw Falls 10th October to 31st May ** Set along the world-famous Icefields Parkway, Bow Lake offers breathtaking reflections of Crowfoot Glacier and the surrounding Rocky Mountains. This peaceful glacial lake is an excellent stop for photography and provides a quieter alternative to some of the park's busier attractions.

We are a group of 8 with a few seniors in group. We are very happy with our cheerful guide/driver, Tushar, who looked after our group well, gave us some introduction to the places we visit, and even served as our photographer. Overall, it was a good experience, from arrival transfer, to a two day private tour, and departure transfer.
Our family of four just returned from a wonderful week in the Canadian Rockies, including 5 days of private tours with Vista Chase/Banff Elite, where we visited many places spanning 4 national parks: Banff, Jasper, Kootenay, and Yoho. Starting from a few months before our trip date, Priyanka was super helpful over the phone and email helping me plan our trip. I had let her know some places we definitely wanted to go, and not only did she plan an itinerary with the places I listed, she also suggested other activities in each of the areas, so we got to go to some amazing places that I didn’t even know about. Rahul was our amazing driver/tour guide, picking us up in a nice spacious, clean vehicle each day. Rahul is a very knowledgeable tour guide and was able to adjust our itinerary to work around the rain, which was the only way we got to do everything on our list, despite there being many rainy days while we were there. It’s almost as if Rahul magically controlled the weather, because even if it was raining hard where we started, by the time we arrived at our destination, it was no longer raining there. This knowledge he has about the constantly changing weather in the Canadian Rockies and reading the clouds is truly invaluable. Furthermore, Rahul also knows about great spots to see beautiful views at the popular lakes, which are away from the crowds, and as a result, he was able to take many beautiful family photos for us at all of these places without any people in the background. Rahul is also just a kind, caring, and helpful person, carrying my hiking poles for me when I wasn’t using them, running ahead to get in line for us so we wouldn’t have to wait in a long line when we arrived, etc. He really goes above and beyond as a tour guide! One of the best perks about being on these private tours is not having to drive ourselves and waste a lot of time waiting for parking spots at all the popular spots in Banff and along the Icefields Parkways, since their commercial vehicles allow them to go to a special parking lot. And because we were on a private tour, we could stay as long as we wanted at each location, as compared to the big group tours where they only stop for a short time at each location for people to get out to snap some photos and then get back on the shuttle. If you’re looking for a flexible, customizable experience to see all the beautiful sights in the Canadian Rockies, I highly recommend Banff Elite.
I would highly recommend going with the private tour! It was so much nicer to just get dropped off at the sites and not have to worry about parking or the crowds and where to park. Arun was a great guide and offered recommendations as well went along and little tid bits of information through out.

The tour was great, saw many beautiful sights from Jasper too Banff, with a spectacular guide to match. Tushar was our guide and he was great conversationalist, a humble photographer, and a good comedian. Originally we planned to see Emerald lake for our final tour but he made the executive decision to show us Takakkaw Falls and im glad he did cause that was a beautiful sight and i think better than seeing another lake. He kept things fun and enjoyable and would recommend him to everyone.
