Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, Johnston Canyon Banff National Park

My itinerary was changed with 24 hours notice but this trip covered most of what I wanted to see. with the exception of Johnson Canyon. The minibus was on time and the driver was very funny and professional. The minibus however was uncomfortable and felt too small and cramped, and in the back seat seat it felt unsafe and claustrophobic.

Amazing scenery, great transport, small group, direct access, very pleasant, informative guide. Expect some hiking that is a bit challenging and there's lots of walking if you choose to enjoy all the sights but it's well worth it! The van was tight with 14 passengers and somewhat different to get in and out of for physically challenged people. Otherwise it was great trip and Curtis was a wonderful guide who takes great pictures!

Had a great time at this tour, everything was smooth and our guide was very helpful, sharing knowledge of the area and also helpful instructions! We returned to Calgary on time also! Recommend!

The tour was amazing! It was a great introduction to Banff and its popular attractions. We were very lucky to have good weather and a great guide! Shoutout to John for giving us enough time to explore each destination and overall good time!

What a fun day I had yesterday! Greta was my tour guide and she was amazing. She told us so many hints that I know I never would've known had she not told me. Even things like, "make sure to go to the bathroom here because the toilets are cleaner than the next place," just made the day go by much more smoothly. I also have to say that taking a tour to these places was great because some places aren't accessible without a professional tour or shuttle and others cars have to park further away. Overall, I was thrilled with the tour and tour guide. The price was reasonable as well!

Everything about this tour was amazing. Sam our guide was full of energy from start to finish. He was extremely informative and made the day for both of us. The lakes and the views were incredible and this is a day we will never forget.

Had an hour in Johnson canyon, hour in lake Louise and hour and half in moraine. But had hour and a half in a not so nice lunch spot. Really could have suggested bring a packed lunch and add more time to the lake stops. Guide was a lovely chap but such a strong accent it was difficult to understand a lot of what he said sadly. Would we do this again - yes for sure / but without a lunch stop. TBH moraine lake was so crowded there are nicer lakes to see. But we did it.

Excellent day out. Our guide, Curtis was lovely. He was very knowledgeable about all the places we visited and also pointed out some interesting things en-route. It was a long day but very worthwhile. Lake Moraine and Lake Louise were both beautiful.

Great and bundle tour offered by Banff Journey tour company. Those who want to cover best and main tourists spots of Banff in a single day - that's the tour which you want and it's good to travel with all age groups. Our tour guide "Sam" was great and he enjoys his work. He did take beautiful pictures on good spots on the locations included in our itinerary. Tour bus was comfortable and offered snacks and water as well. I would surely suggest this tour to people who are coming with family or as a couple.

The tour was well organized and our tour guide, Raymond, went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Raymond was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We even lucked out and saw a bear along the way. Moraine Lake was my favorite. Raymond could see I was having difficulty going to the top of the Rock Pile to see the best view of the Lake. He personally escorted me up, letting me hold his arm while we ascended the rock steps to the top, encouraging me all the way up. I will always be grateful to Raymond as Lake Moraine was amazingly beautiful and he made sure I had the opportunity to see the best view. I highly recommend this tour to all.

Experience was generally good. However, the time allowed in Banff town was too short (15 minutes). There was no trip to Banff National Park. I was under the impression that we were also to go to the Banff National Park.

I was notified that the original tour I had booked was not full enough and I was requested to join another group. That tour turned out to be wonderful. I liked that it was a small group of seven. It was more intimate and you got to know the people that you were on the tour with. They provided little snacks and water during the drive before and after lunch. Our tour guide was extremely friendly and very informative and just an all-around down to earth young man.

When visiting Banff National Park and you need a guided tour look no further than here! Our guide William was very friendly, prepared, and very knowledgeable of the area. He also took the time to take photos and videos for everyone in our group! I would recommend this company to everyone!

It was perfect and accommodating! Ask for William, he did an excellent job taking us to Lake Louise and Johnston Canyon. Great guide, great photos! Would definitely book with him again!

My friend and I had a great time in Banff! Edward took such great care of everything. From start to finish, he did an absolutely amazing job. He was very attentive to every detail, and even though the weather was cold, he drove very safely and prepared warm drinks for us, which we truly appreciated. The tour was perfect and never boring for a single moment. If you’re visiting Banff, I highly recommend booking this tour for at least one day!

Very nice trip with a very nice guide It was great and beautiful and we have seen some animals. Finally we had time to go up on a mountain and admire the town by night

The tour was such a cool experience to see many of the sights near Banff. We especially loved our tour guide, Tony who went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. We got to see elk right by the road near lake Minnewanka. Highly recommend this tour to families or couples.

This is a wonderful tour but so very, very, very busy. Far too many people. Pick a time of year that is off season. We only had 2 days in the area and this was the only way we could see these 2 lovely spots. We tried to drive into Lake Louise but were promptly told to leave and book a tour as there was no parking. The same was true for Johnston Canyon. Wall to wall people. Very hard to move, line ups to see the falls. If ever I get the chance again I will definitely go again but during the off season. The mountains and overall scenery is breath taking!!!!!!

One stop shop! If you’re wanting to see the main attractions in Banff and don’t want to worry about parking pass, park permits, best travel routes, etc, then this is the tour for you. Ross was our tour guide and did a great job of giving us best hiking tours and fun facts on the drive. It does make for a long day though so come prepared. You also don’t get the best options for lunch so I recommend eating a big breakfast or bringing your own snacks.

Guide has made sure the trip is smooth and explained all the details about the places during travel.

The bus was a perfect size, the stops were great. Enough time at each stop as it was a really full day. The sights were unreal + the lakes took your breath away. Our tour guide Greta was fabulous!!!

Wonderful experience by wonderful tour guide William. He was helpful and gentle which made the trip became unforgettable. Moraine lake is the one of my best lake visited in Banff with superb blue water in the lake and exordinary Mountain View. Hope I can visit here again and I will definitely choose banff joinery for my trip.

The pick up is actually across the street from the Delta Hotel. It was a bit challenging to find. Guide was competentt and pleasant

Covered a lot of ground and saw some of the best places within a day. The guide also knew the best way to avoid crowds at the most popular places.

Tony was a fantastic tour guide! He picked us up right from our hotel in northwest Calgary, which was super convenient for our group of 7. He made sure we got to see all the major spots, which was exactly what we were looking for. We spent about an hour at each lake, had a one-hour lunch stop at Lake Louise Village, and made a few more quick scenic stops afterward. The pacing was perfect — just the right amount of time at each location. Highly recommend Tony for a smooth and well-organized trip!

Chris our tour guide was friendly. The trip was a great introduction to Banff National Park. A couple of things that could have made the tour even better. The pick up was chaotic with a number of operators picking up from the same point. A board with the tour company name in the bus window would have been helpful and a flag or umbrella to make it easier to identify who we would be travelling with. Because of this we set off late. Chris microphone didn’t work properly so it made it hard to hear what he was saying, it didn’t help that some of the other clients were talking loud when he was talking which was disrespectful.

The weather is goood~ Our tour guide Edward is professional and caring. One of the special part of the trip was hiking on the snow. My family and I enjoyed the tour very much.

Brilliant service. As I misremembered the flight date, I have to arrive at Calgary Airport at 18:00 to catch my flight. The tour guide helped me to arrive the airport in time. The whole journey is pleasant and considerate. I’d highly recommend it to anyone-~

William was our tour guide and driver. He was very knowledgeable about the places we visited and he went out of his way to show us the best possible views of these attractions . It far exceeded our expectations and I would thoroughly recommend this tour to see all these amazing places. William also was happy to take photographs for us, provided water and snacks and dropped us back to our hotel.
