Boyd was a fantastic tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about the entire area and we loved all the information he provided. Boyd is kind and compassionate and takes great care of his passengers.

It was beautiful especially Lake Louise. Jessy is fun and very patience with us. We were lost at lake Louise. Jessy called and waited for us. It was unforgettable experience for me. Love it

This was such a great tour if you have only one day to see all the amazing sights of the lakes and Banff. York was our guide and he was so helpful with navigating which paths to take for the nicest photos! I would highly recommend this tour!

This was a very good tour. Our guide Jessie (a male so don’t know if correct spelling) was polite friendly knowledgeable and took many photos for us. I would not recommend the option of Banff gondola at end of tour because there is not sufficient time to get to top then enjoy the experience. This was due to how extremely busy it was. I would rather only people staying in Banff do this. Be taken there by guide but make own way back to Banff as it turned out there were many shuttle buses we could have got. Jessie was most helpful in organising the booking of our tickets as we did not book prior to tour as we did not know what time to book gondola for. I felt there was insufficient information at time of booking tour due to what we experienced. As for Jessie he was an excellent guide

Booking this excursion is a must. Don’t do it yourself because of parking alone. Doing it this way takes all that stress of finding a place to park away plus you learn some history and interesting facts from your guides.

Today we witnessed the jaw‑dropping beauty of Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Emerald Lake, and beyond with our guide Kenneth aka Bigfoot. Not only did he guide us through the Canadian Rockies, he practically summoned the mountains to perform for us. Kenneth somehow strikes the perfect balance between educational, entertaining, and “wait, how does he know everything?” His storytelling is sharp, his humor sneaks up on you like a friendly Sasquatch, and his tips for maximizing each stop were so good they felt like cheat codes for nature. Thanks to Bigfoot, we didn’t just visit these iconic lakes — we experienced them like insiders. Better photos, better timing, better viewpoints, and yes… better jokes. Highly, wholeheartedly, enthusiastically recommended. If Bigfoot is leading the way, you’re guaranteed a legendary trip.

We saw some beautiful scenery, all explained and led by a great tour guide - Michael. He was enthusiastic and gave us tips for stops and pictures.

We chose this trip because of the point of interests and the maximum group size. The places we visited were Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge, Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, and Banff Town. From beginning to the end of the trip, our driver and tour guide, Boyd, was very attentive, professional, so knowledgeable, and genuinely making sure we had our best possible experience. The entire tour was enjoyable, stress-free, and truly filled with wonderful memories for us, thanks to Boyd and Rockies Journey. We had a great experience on our grand tour with Jesse. It was so nice to have the driving, navigating, and parking expertly taken care of so we could relax and enjoy. It was truly amazing. But if you chose the gondola ride know it’s very limited in time - but otherwise it is an amazing tour and takes the stress and worry off the traveler in getting to see all these beautiful places!

Takes long but we'll worth it. Make sure you use washrooms at lake Louise before going to Moraine lake. Pack your own lunch as every restaurant will have a long line.

Incredibly smooth travel. Very well planned and didnt feel rushed at any of the stops. York our tour guide was kind, punctual & knowlegable. He took the time to explain the highlights, guide us to the spots with incredible views/hikes. He even did a bit of a detour for us in town instead of making us wait for Gondola pickup grp.

Jesse was a very fun, energetic and knowledgeable tour guide. He took us to all the best spots for photos and now we have beautiful, memorable photos to look back at on this amazing experience. He was as very professional, patient, accommodating, and adaptable to everyone’s individual needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to see the best that the Canadian Rockies have to offer. The lakes are crystal clear and absolutely stunning to view. Being close to the mountains is absolutely amazing. Our guide Jacky was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up getting to go to the Banff Hot Springs for an hour when everyone else explored Banff Village and took the Gondola ride. This was shear luck because usually the Hot Springs are packed and you can't buy tickets ahead. We took the risk and it was absolutely worth it! We would definitely recommend this tour to everyone. Wear comfortable shoes and layer up because anything can happen with the weather!

Wonderfully fully packed day but a perfect amount of at each location to see and experience the beauty.

The tour itinerary was what we were looking for. Time alloted on each location is just enough to explore the place and have our pictures taken. Our driver/tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He tried to help each one of us to have our pictures taken and was so caring to give everyone umbrella because it rained a lot during our tour.

We had a great experience with Rockies Journeys. Cailyn (in the office) responded immediately to my questions and was able to tailor-make a journey to meet our needs. Michael, our tour guide, was delightful and very energetic! He told us about the places we visited, made lunch reservations for us, and even brought coffee, water and snacks with him. He had a great sense of humor. We saw everything we wanted and even saw three bears at Emerald Lake! All in all, a wonderful day!

There can be a little bit of walking involved if. You have mobility issues. Amount of time at each stop was just right. Our driver Ray was very good in every way always felt secure and he always explained what was going to happen at each stop.5 stars to Ray.

Excellent tour. A little tiering towards the end but well worth it. The views were amazing and not having to drive is a real bonus.
