We had an absolutely wonderful day tour with Banff Madtours on September 9th, visiting Johnston Canyon, Lake Louise, and Moraine Lake, with two fantastic bonus stops at Bow River and Cascade Point. Every location was beautiful and memorable! I travelled with my 91-year-old mother, so we were especially grateful for the exceptional care and attention from our two wonderful guides, Lam and Joey. They took care of us throughout the entire day with so much patience, kindness, and thoughtfulness. They made sure my mother was comfortable, safe, and able to enjoy every part of the trip. Both Lam and Joey were extremely knowledgeable and gave us detailed and interesting explanations about the history, nature, and scenery along the way. They also constantly helped us take photos at the most beautiful spots, capturing so many wonderful memories for us. The tour was very well organized, and the bonus stops were a lovely surprise. We were truly impressed by their professionalism and, most importantly, their genuine care for their guests. Although it was one of the most affordable tours available on the platform, the quality of the service was never compromised. The photography service was another wonderful surprise. The photos taken for us were so beautiful that everyone in our group lined up to have their pictures taken! We booked this tour after reading the great reviews, and now we completely understand why so many people recommend BANFF MADTOURS. Our guide, Lam, was fantastic from start to finish. He was very friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about everyone in the group. He also has a great sense of humor, so there were lots of laughs throughout the day. During the drive, he shared so many interesting stories and historical facts about Banff National Park, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and the Canadian Rockies. It made the scenery even more meaningful because we understood the history behind what we were seeing. What really sets this tour apart is Lam’s photography. Everyone wants beautiful photos when visiting a place as stunning as Banff, and Lam went above and beyond to make sure we all got them. We probably asked him to take hundreds of photos, but he never looked impatient or rushed us. Instead, he carefully chose the best angles, adjusted our poses, and even waited for the perfect moment to avoid crowds. You can really tell he enjoys helping his guests create lasting memories. The funniest moment of the day was when people from another tour group saw Lam taking our photos. They were so impressed that they actually came over and asked if he could take pictures for them too! We all had a good laugh, but honestly, after seeing the results, we completely understood why. This tour is incredible value for money. It felt much more personal than a typical sightseeing tour, and we left with not only unforgettable memories but also so many amazing photos that we’ll treasure forever. We’ve already decided to come back this winter to join Lam’s Ice Bubble Lake tour, and we can’t wait. Terrific experience! As I was doing just a me/Dad and 2 young daughters (ages6/9) I wanted to actually Speak with the company doing the trip rather than Getyourguide random provider. Called Banff Madtours directly, they answered All of my questions, had a Very easy pickup location and the Tour was superb! My Daughters absolutely Loved it!! We had so much fun. Very smooth experience from booking to every destination of the tour. Lam as Operator/Tour Guide responds to inquiry so fast. He is also our official photographer and knows the best spots and angles to achieve picturesque result. He cracks jokes to keep the travel alive and informative. Yesterday was very happy and lucky to meet Lam, a young, enthusiastic, and energetic tour guide who showed patience and warmth to guests of all ages from various countries. He led us to experience the beautiful lake views, and the thoughtful provision of water and umbrellas on the bus (although we didn't use them). His professionalism and attention to detail left us with deep and pleasant memories. Besides a five-star recommendation, we will also introduce friends to follow Lam's footsteps.
