Ben, our tour guide. It was very casual and laid back and really set a nice tone for our group. He tailored our needs best. He could was punctual, professional and informative. Everything a tour guide should be. It was a bonus that he really loved his job in doing it here in bannff.

Andrew was amazing very friendly very funny, amazing time we had thank you. would highly recommend. Will do again with my other children
Beautiful and majestic .. shuttle was full make sure you book ahead of time !! We love it! Beautiful experience and checked off my bucket list. The tour driver was nice !!
We had a great experience with our tour guide! Very knowledgeable and friendly :)
We really had a good time. Our guide “Ron” is such a fun guide and will make sure that you will have a lot of knowledge about every places we’ve pass by and that we we enjoy and make the most out of our time in this tour.. we will surely comeback and will definitely book again with them. Thank you.
A long day but well worth it. A lot was crammed in to the one day. Tammy was a first class guide and driver.
The lakes our beautiful and the stone bridge was tremendous. With the lower water levels in the fall, you could really see the power of water & sediments.
We had the most incredible tour with Ron! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The pace of the tour and the stops were PERFECT! As we went in between stops, Ron gave lots of history of Banff. He truly was a highlight of our trip! We can’t wait to come back! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. GREAT bang for your buck. Last time we were here we toured the lakes with roam transit, this far surpasses that. Do yourself a favor and book the tour with Ron. -Ron’s new North Carolina Friends :)
Tammy was awesome. She was a good driver and has informative information and facts about everything along the road and the whole tour. Thank you so much for also being our photographer!
Our guide Martin knew the area very well. He gave us as much time as possible at our stops and was happy to help as he could with requests. Highly recommend this adventure!
very nice and packed good itinerary lakes are colorful and magically beautiful worth visiting banff downtown 30 min is not enough
We had a fantastic day out on this tour! Ben, our tour guide, was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the day both entertaining and informative, while giving us plenty of time to enjoy each site without ever feeling rushed. The weather wasn’t the best, but Ben remained positive and upbeat throughout the day, highlighting the beauty of each place despite the rain. His enthusiasm really helped make the experience enjoyable. We would highly recommend this tour, and especially Ben as a guide!
We learned a lot from Our guide Ben. He also has a great sense of humor. Though the weather brought showers and even sleet for a short time, we enjoyed seeing the beautiful Lake Louise with the famous Fairmont Hotel, Lake Moraine with the impressive rock pile and log jam at the edge of a beautiful lake with the snow capped mountains as a great backdrop. We also enjoyed the Emerald Lake and the Natural Bridge at Yoho National Park. Ben also provided opportunities for the tour members to have some shopping at the town of Banff and others went to the Bow park waterfall/ cascades. Ben also offered to take pictures for us on the many scenic spots we visited. Great time for us!
Thanks so much to Ben for an absolutely fantastic day - although the weather wasn't perfect we had a great time. Ben did some of the stops in reverse which helped avoid some of the crowds which was much appreciated. Ben was able to keep the group running smoothly so we got the maximum time at each stop. Would recommend!
Sammy was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and entertaining. He made the long drives very entertaining, filled with great insights on Alberta, Banff, and the lakes.
Great opportunity to see sights you may otherwise not explore. Jay was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable! Although we enjoyed the tour, unfortunately the online description didn't match the reality. The site indicates : meals included, it didn’t, Luxury bus- the vehicle was too small for the number in the group, we were cramped. Tips included- it wasn’t.
It was amazing. Tammy was very knowledgeable & we saw all the highlights in Banff & Yoho National Parks
Fantastic experience to our tour from Calgary to Banff. Comfortable seats. Brilliant guide Ben, who has explained everything so nicely.
Had a great day exploring lakes in Banff National Park and seeing so many of the top sights. Ben was an amazing guide. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and really accommodating throughout the day. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and everything was well organised without feeling rushed. It was a full-packed day, but we still had plenty of time to enjoy each stop. Definitely a great way to see the lakes around Banff and would highly recommend!
The best part of my trip for sure- I greatly appreciated how knowledgable Ben was but also how he balanced giving us information and letting us explore on our own or watching the gorgeous scenery on the drive. Thank You ben!
Tammy was amazing! She made the experience very enjoyable and eliminated any confusion with her clear tips for every stop.
It is a small group tour (24 people), in a comfortable mini bus. The itinerary was good and our driver made some adjustments to the order based on crowds and timing. The guide was good and gave us fun information as well as facts.
Wonderful experience! Jay our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. Much better than driving ourselves as the parking at many sites was very limited.
Enjoyed all the stops. Managed to see quite a bit in one day. Our tour guide Ben was very well informed and did a great job.
Fantastic experiences, good amount of time at each stop and knowledge guide, Ben. Overall great experience.
Great trip, our tour guide was very professional. He showed us the best spots with a beautiful view. Highly recommend Banff to go Agency.
Great way to see the big lakes of Banff and Yoho National Parks. Seeing the Natural Bridge was great. We had a cloudy day, but our guide Layse was the sunshine!!
Amazing tour! Great guide and wonderful locations! Would book again in the future. Our guide was AMAZING!!!
Friendly tour, knowledgeable to know some details, perfect view and wish to see again , nice time schedule to view all spots .
We had a tour guide named Sammy who was very humorous. On the day, he held a very visible neon green sign with the name of the person who booked the tour (our pickup was Downtown Calgary, if you have different pickups then they will pick you up along the way). I suggest you buy some food you like before going onto the tour, they do have lunch break for us (start time was at 7:30am, lunch break near 11 or 12?) I found myself snacking on stuff I brought before lunch break so I suggest you either eat something beforehand or bring some food. For 2 people, we brought 2 subs and a few cans of soda. At the lunch break area, there is a few stores to buy food at - Look up Trailhead Coffee at Lake Louise Dr, that's where our group had lunch break at. The tour itself was nice, the pros are that you get access to areas that are generally no-car entry allowed, so one of the areas (forgot which one) had an 11km walk or bike only to the lake(?) Cons were, you do things at the tour schedule, so there's that. I wanted to rent a canoe but there wasn't enough time to do so. The tour is nice if you only have like a day off due to work or just checking out a few places while you're in Banff/Calgary. My partner and I liked the tour and felt it was worth the tour fare to see the lakes. As we have seen the lakes already, the next time if we decide to go back will be on our own time, not with a tour as we want the freedom of time to do what we want without being bound to the tour schedule.
Audio system in van could be improved.
I had such a great experience on this solo trip to Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Emerald Lake, and Johnston Canyon. Even though I was traveling alone, I never got bored. There was always something beautiful to see and enjoy at every stop. Everything was well organized and, most importantly, everything was on time. The schedule was easy to follow, and I never felt rushed or worried about missing anything. It was such a fun and stress-free way to see some of the most beautiful places in the Rockies.
What an amazing day!! Cannot fault this tour one bit, we saw everything we wanted to see and thank you to Layse for such an incredible day. Constantly making us laugh and joining us at the locations to take photos for everyone, would book this tour over and over again. So easy not having to organise parking and shuttles etc, we just turned up and had the best day in the Rockies ☺️
This was an awesome experience and our tour kind was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. The pickup location was very convenient - it was a nine minute walk from the hotel that I was staying in. This tour allowed me to see the most iconic and breathtaking attractions that Banff is known for. I highly recommend this excursion.
Everything was on time, the experience was well planned and nice. The driver and guide was quite good
This experience is a must. It takes you to beautiful places you would have to get a shuttle for anyway on some of them. Our driver was Jay and he was excellent. He had a lot of knowledge and pointed out a lot of things we probably would not have seen on our own.
The tour was well constructed with lot of things to see. The sites were incredibly beautiful. Ben was very good in explaining all the sites and its features. He also gave us tips on restaurants and other facilities. Considering the number of tourists and economic benefits generated by the natural sites, we felt that Park services were inadequate for the number of people. Surely some of the exorbitant prices charged by the hotels, restaurants etc. should flow into better infrastructure like providing adequate restrooms, chairs and tables for eating, adequate parking and better roads leading into the sites.
This day trip was perfect for our 1 full day to explore the highlights of Banff National Park. Our guide Gray was awesome! He’s very knowledgeable about the park and gave us great tips on where to go for photos without damaging the park and the surrounding areas. Enough time to explore all the places in the itinerary. Highly recommended!
Lovely park, enjoyed it better than Lake Louise and Banff.
Did all the itenerary and then some! Driver/guide Ron was so knowledgeable and entertaining!! Most of all he kept us safe during the whole trip. Thank you!
Layse was an engaging and enthusiastic tour guide! She shared facts and history tidbits throughout the day and took great photos of our family. She engaged with our kids throughout the trip. She informed us clearly of the time limits at each location and spoke multiple languages for our entire group. Highly recommend her as a tour guide!
The most amazing tour of the main lakes and waterfalls in the area. Breathtaking, picturesque views of the Rockies. Andrew our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was an excellent driver as well. If you are short on time and don’t want to waste time parking and walking, then this is the best option for you.
This is a fabulous day trip from Calgary. Ron our tour guide was exceptional. He cared about his passengers first and foremost. His commentary was amazing and attention to every detail was commendable.
Enjoyable, we took sandwiches and snacks to avoid the lines at Lake Louise Village. Smaller van was nice
This is the best one covering all the three lakes. This also covers Yoho and the beautiful drive across the roads and Banff town. It would be great if post Bow falls, half an hour stop at Banff town could be included.
Highly recommend this tour. My tour guide, Jay, was excellent. He explained everything really well and tried to show us as much as possible.
I had a great time on the tour. Our guide was super friendly and gave us lost of information. I felt super safe and welcomed as a solo traveler. Tht walk was fun short and easy. Was a little snowy when I went but some half decent walking shoes and listening to our guides advice of walking not the snow not the ice and I had no problems. He was lovely giving us recommendations for food for lunch. And taking photos of me. As well as answering all our questions. The natural bridge in yoho is very cool and has the blueist water I've ever seen. Emerald lake was amazing super green and cool to see the difference colors glacier lakes can be.
My family and I had a great time in the tour yesterday. Our tour guide was very nice and friendly. My only feedback was that it was 100% not appropriate for the tour guide to mention politics on the tour. He mentioned how there were people coming to Canada to "flee Trump" which many people started to discuss when they were off the bus. A lot of the people on the bus were put off by that comment and he lost credibility with our tour group pretty quickly into the experience. The tour had many different walks of life on the bus and different races - It just wasn't appropriate to bring up any politics. The people from different countries were confused why he would even bring that up in the first place. Overall, would have been a really good experience if politics weren't mentioned. That just made a lot of people of color on the bus feel very uncomfortable for the rest of the trip.
Ron was an excellent tour guide. We all loved his dad jokes and humor, but he really informed all of us about the history of the beauty of Banff. He did an excellent job telling us what to visit at the stops and made sure everyone was having fun and being safe. This tour went over and beyond our expectations! Thank you, Ron and company!
Best tour we have been on. The smaller bus is so much better than the bigger ones. Great value for the cost. We boarded in Canmore. Tami was a very attentive tour guide, providing great local and point of interest information. We had ample time at every stop and Tami helped most of us with photo taking. So many beautiful vistas to see that were included in this tour. We spent a fantastic day. Would recommend this to others and will do it again with our future out of town visitors.
