We had a great time on our Lake Louise and Gondola tour! The scenery was beautiful, and the whole experience was really enjoyable. Sammy was an excellent guide and driver. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone had a great experience. We really appreciated his efforts throughout the trip. Highly recommend this tour!

We had an incredible day - going to Marble Canyon, Lake Louise, Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge (Banff town or Bow Falls), we did Bow Falls. Fabulous day of seeing such beautiful sites. What made it was our tour guide, Andy. He was so knowledgeable, fun and accommodative. It was a very busy day, but worth the experience. I would highly recommend this company. And if you have Andy as your tour guide, your will be extremely pleased.

Great day, very well organised, our guide Layse was engaging and knowledgeable. Lake Louise was fabulous, would highly recommend. Didn't go on gondola as it was so expensive and not included in the trip, but Layse spotted a herd of Elks instead, which was even better!!

Samuel was great! He gave us an amazing trip. Our moms enjoyed every minute of the sights and beautiful views.

What a day! It did not disappoint. Mark was a wonderful host. Had plenty of time at stops the we made along the way. The hot springs were amazing. Moraine Lake and Lake Louise were breathtaking. So happy I came a day early to enjoy this experience...thank you so much!!!

The tour and tour guide were fantastic!! We really enjoyed going to all these places since I wasn’t sure what to do on my own. My ONLY complaint was the van. Packed too many people in so it was uncomfortable sitting in the back with the wheel wells on each side. Should only have 2 people sit back there.

Had a great time. Meant to do the gondola but replaces to other lakes/hikes. Still worth the money and made it worth with. Pick up 7:30 and drop off just before 7pm so a long day but definitely would recommend. Guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. Provided facts and nice conversations throughout the day. Attentive to all, 22 people total. Atmosphere was good, didn't need to stay as a group. Good for solo up to large groups if able to stick to time frames.

Jay (our guide) was very polite and friendly as well as incredibly knowledgeable on all aspects of our trip. We had an incredible day and there are so many positive memories that we get to take home with us. Jay was professional throughout and we would definitely use this company again.

We had a wonderful day visiting Bow Falls, taking the Gondola and then going on to see Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. Our guide Sammy was great, he has a great personality and told us lots of interesting facts about sights along the way as well as the main things we visited. The bus was comfortable, and the pace was good, allowing adequate time to enjoy each location. I would have no hesitation in recommending this tour, we made some great memories and took some fantastic pictures. The trip has been a real highlight of our holiday in Canada. The whole process from booking the trip, making contact, being picked up and dropped off went very smoothly, we are grateful to the team and Sammy for a fantastic day!

It was my wife and I traveling on a western Canada adventure from Toronto, ON. We have covered Vancouver, Coquitlam, Victoria, Kelowna, Canmore and Banff Park, with Calgary left to go before flying home. Layse in bus #243 did a great job keeping her guests cheerfully informed and on time. The weather also cooperated with bright sun and a fluffy cloud mix most of the day. It was a little cool/cold at a couple of the stops, but that did not reflect on the tour company at all. This tour was a great way to see a number of highlights in Banff Nat'l Park (AB), plus Emerald Lake in Yoho Nat'l Park (BC). Layse apologized for her English language weakness a couple of times, but really there was no issue in understanding what she said, and I told her that. If there is any criticism at all, it would be that we (all the guests) felt rushed, especially at lunch in the very busy restaurant, plus there was not enough time to really take in all the beauty of Lake Louise. With the crowds of tourists there, there was no chance to walk/hike even a short portion of the Lakeshore Trail. The "rockpile" at Moraine Lake was amazing as was Johnston Canyon: Lower Falls. We would certainly recommend this tour to anyone.

Great tour, our guide Sammy was knowledgeable and funny. He kept the tour moving and kept us entertained! Lake Louise and Moraine Lake are phenomenal! My only wish is that we would have had 1.5 hours in Banff for lunch instead of just one hour.

Easy access to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Our driver, Sammy was very friendly, personable, and very entertaining with his narration of the area. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor.

Amazing tour and amazing guide !!

Our tour guide Jay was excellent. He brought a lot of insight on the history and culture of the area. He was polite and courteous. He ensured we all knew where and when to meet for pickup. My only recommendation is for Banf-Todo to invest in a larger more accommodating vehicle. We had a full van, and it wasn’t a very comfortable ride. Other than that it was a good experience.

This was a really great experience . The bus picked us up at a convenient spot. Our driver was fun and gave us many interesting facts about the places we were about to see.

I never realized how truly beautiful Canada was until this trip. Banf Park Lake Louise was my favorite spot. Our activities included: • Lake Louise • Moraine Lake - A lunch break at shops owned by Natives • Emerald Lake - Johaster Canyon • Downtown Banff. My itinerary was slightly adjusted by TripAdvisor, but they kept me informed in advance and made sure to accommodate my preferences. Our driver and guide, Samuel, was both funny and knowledgeable. This trip was worth every penny, and the experience will stay with me forever.

It was the first time we visited to Banff, but it was so rainy that we could not go to Lake Moraine. If they could provide us umbrella or rain coat, we could have experienced more pleasantly.

Would not have know where to go or how to manage traffic and parking. Our guide, Sammy was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny! The sights were stunning and the trip delightful!

Viator is an easy and reliable tour company. This tour we took was very comprehensive and gave us an excellent overview of the Banff area. Our tour guide, Ben, was pleasant and knowledgeable. We would be happy to tour with him again. The only negative to our day was the weather. Clearly not Viator’s fault !

We spent the day enjoying magesric beauty of Banff National Park. So much to see and so much to do. Ben, our tour guide, made sure he could show us as much as possible and we were greatful for that!

We had an amazing experience on our Rocky Mountain tour! The entire trip was beautifully organized, and we got to see some absolutely breathtaking views and beautiful lakes. Everything was well planned, and it was a great way to explore the Rockies without having to worry about the details. A special shoutout to our tour guide, Ben, who made the experience even better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kept the whole group engaged throughout the day. He shared interesting information about the places we visited and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the trip. You could really tell that he enjoys what he does. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and definitely a highlight of our trip to Alberta. Highly recommend this tour, and if you get Ben as your guide, you’re in great hands! 🏔️❤️

Ron was our tour guide Friday sept 4/26 Provided lots of information on the history he really made our trip amazing with his advice and tips he made the bus ride fun with his jokes We didn’t feel rushed at all we did get to see everything. we would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Banff, lake louse Thank you again Ron !

Ron our tour guide was easily the best guide we have had in a guided tour. He was funny and knowledgeable about everything. The experience was amazing and it was a pleasure getting to know everyone in our group. There was plenty of time to see everything you could want to see at every stop. Communication from the company was also fantastic. Felt very safe the whole time and had a absolute blast!

Tour was a great way to see Lake Louise, the Gondola and the only way to see Morraine Lake. Ron used plenty of humor and we really enjoyed it. We were not expecting the length of the tour - our info said 5.5 hours and it was closer to 8 hours! We did not mind because we didn't have to be anywhere after the tour. For us, we didn't need as long at the lakes but we enjoyed it - they are beautiful, despite the clouds and rain showers!

The trip has you staying downtown Banff for an hour for lunch which could be substituted for another experience...maybe Johnston Canyon? The Surprise Corner was a nice addition.

Great way to get to see so many iconic sites in Banff! Our guide was knowledgeable and sweet! Would definitely do it again - especially as a first time visitor to the area!

This is my second time to visit Banff. This tour is the best way to see Banff!!! Ben was a phenomenal tour guide.

A wonderful experience even though the first choice tour wasn't available due to people numbers. Our guide, Sammy, was entertaining informative and a good driver. I would choose him again. The outline of the trip could have been better. We saw Lake Louise and Morraine first in the morning which are leisure walking and colder climates and Johnston Canyon after lunch which is uphill walk in much warmer climate. It would be better if they were switched!! Plus the lunch place in the Village was a bus stop basically, there was not enough seating for eating and not enough choices of good places to eat. We chose Laggans which was ok but we had to stand in line 20 minutes and rush to eat to meet the bus in 45 minutes (20 minutes in line at washroom). I suggest bringing your own lunch!! Day ended in Banff town for 30 minutes to cruise through the beautiful shops and eateries that looked so amazing but we couldn't touch because we only had 30 minutes. This would be a great place to eat! Then we headed back to town with Sammy. He was great, so all in, it was 4/5. Thanks.

Was able to see all the popular destinations morraine lake, Louise lake bow falls gandola ride, all that was listed on the IT and our guide Tammy is very accommodating in all our needs and assisted me specially at morraine lake couldn’t have done it without our her.

You canceled our booking saying you don’t have enough people for trip which was planned and the send us with the bus with different locations the air conditioning was not working properly in our tour we never got any water bottles which was part our tour.

Excellent tour! Went with my two kids ages 5 and 9 and they loved it. It was a fantastic day! The only thing is I wish we had 2 hours for downtown Banff to shop and eat. That part felt slightly rushed. But Sammy the guide is funny and knowledgeable and made us feel well taken care of! The views and sights you’ll see are wonderful!

Laeasy is en excellent guide and perfect driver. We spent a unforgettable day. Breathtaking views multiple by head-spinning fresh air It's truly amazing experience! The only drawback of this trip was short time dedicated to gondola part. For extra 100ca I would like to spend some more time on mountain top.
