The two locations were breathtaking and we had plenty of time to enjoy it. Pick-up and drop off were seamless and Edward our guide was very kind and entertaining.

The bus is not handicapped accessible, and where they are mandated to park is a good 200 yards from Lake Louise viewing point. Just for planning purposes! Great views! Moraine Lake was closer access for Walker to see the lake. Chris was a great guide !

Wow what a day, one of the best half day trips I have been on since arriving in Canada. Researched a lot of other trips to Lake Moraine & Lake Louise but didn’t offer the same length of time to explore both sites. Edward our guide for the day was fantastic, he really went the extra mile, taking our group personally to show us the best view points and took in an additional stop to allow us a view overlooking Banff. Good value for money and so well worth the trip, Edward helped make the experience so memorable.

It would have been nice to get notification of what kind of vehicle to look for. The first van that pulled up had the tour company on it but I was told I was on the next one which was a large bus with no identification on it and it was late.The tour guide called my name but never checked my ticket. The tour guide talked too much about bears and not about the history of the area. The length of time spent at each stop was good. The water and cookies were good. The ride back the bus was hot and the air conditioning was not on till half way back making the ride uncomfortable. At the end of the tour the bus died and had to be restarted twice and the third time it died we were dropped off a block away from our dropped off point.

Beware of tour time change. We booked this tour several months in advance. There were 3 choices. 8 am, 9:30am and 11am from Banff. We chose the tour specifically because it had a 9:30am time slot. The day before our tour, I get a text about where to meet, time, etc. I was in the middle of exploring and didn’t read it thoroughly until we were back at the hotel. The text said our tour was at 8am and to be there ant 7:45. I thought they had it wrong, and texted back. They CHANGED THE TIME and only bothered to tell me the day before!!! The reason stated was it was a better time slot and they couldn’t change the time in the app. No apologies for the late notice. In the end, we went. Lake Louise and Lake Moraine were beautiful. Edward was a great guide, very personable and funny but a little hard to understand with his accent.

Our driver Sam was amazing and did such a great job explaining where we were and what we were going to see. He was excellent at getting amazing photos of us all as well. Highly recommend!!

This tour is great and has far exceeded my expectation. When I first signed up, the package was sold as a pickup and dropoff service only. The price was lower than that charged by other operators. However, our driver Chris obviously went the extra mile; he was conscientious and helpful throughout the journey. He enthusiastically offered to take photos for us and gave useful advice in finding less busy yet scenic photo spots at Lake Louise. At Moraine Lake, he physically walked with the group to the Rockpile which meant so much to the guests. Would highly recommend it!

Moraine Lake was outstanding. So beautiful and glad we did it. The water really is turquoise -no filters! Could’ve used a little more time at Lake Louise. It felt a little short. But overall was a great tour.

Our tour operator did skip Johnston Canyon. I did complain to driver. He said need to read fine print. Either Maraine lake or Johnston Canyon.

We had such a great time on this tour, and a huge part of that was our driver, Edward. He was funny, friendly, and made the whole experience so enjoyable from start to finish. He knew exactly where to take us for the best views, including some incredible spots that weren’t packed with people. Those little local tips made a big difference and helped us experience both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake without feeling like we were just following the crowds. The snacks were a nice surprise, and Edward kept everyone entertained while sharing interesting information along the way. I also loved that it was only a half-day tour. We got to see two of the most beautiful places in Banff without taking up our entire day, which left us plenty of time to explore other things afterward. I would absolutely recommend this tour—and if you get Edward as your driver, you’re in for a fantastic experience!

Our tour guide was great and great sense of humor. Views were so beautiful. Warning if you have issues going up steps or walking up a steep hill this might be difficult.

Highly recommend trip but crowded when you get to your destinations.

Lake Louise and Lake Moraine are the most must see beautiful places to visit while staying in Banff.

The tour was fabulous and I was in awe of the natural beauty. Lakes Louise and Moraine are a must. A very special thank you to Edward, our tour guard, who realizing I had some difficulty with the hike, personally guided my steps.

Tony is our driver he is very accomodating, helpful and making sure that us as passengers are safety and guarded thanks to him and to the tripadvisor

If you want to do a hike along Lake Louise you will need longer than the half day trip. Otherwise I would recommend this experience to everyone. Seeing the lake in person was awesome!

Excellent service for half the price than other companies. They gave you 90 and 75 minutes at Moraine and Lake Louise + Water and Snacks. Other companies charge more for only 1hr at each lake. The driver was courteous and gave us good tips and information along the way

We loved Moraine Lake. Rent a canoe if possible. Very pricey @ $170.00 per hour, but you get the best pictures. Lake Louise was overcrowded and the hotel was closed to visitors.

It's been a long time since I last visited Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Today's itinerary was very relaxing and not tiring at all. Our tour guide, Sam, even took us to two additional scenic spots. He provided informative introductions at each location and proactively helped everyone take photos, making it easy to relax and enjoy a wonderful day trip.☺️☺️☺️

Not a great driver English not first language. Driving was not great either a lovely bloke but struggles with communication.

Our tour guide yesterday, Edward (Eddie), was absolutely amazing! He is by far the funniest tour guide I’ve ever had. Eddie made the entire experience enjoyable with his great sense of humor, positive attitude, and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time and felt comfortable throughout the tour. To Eddie’s boss: please be extra nice to him because he is truly a gem and an incredible representative of your company. The tour was just the right length and had enough time for a brisk walk through the lakes. We definitely loved the advice from our guide, Edward. He was awesome!

It was fine, essentially just a bus service and not really a tour. Driver was nice. Bus temperatures regulation wasn’t great- one minute blasting cold air, next getting too hot.

An unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience! We set off from Banff in the dead of night to catch the sunrise over Lake Moraine in person. Next up was an equally special stop at Lake Louise. William, our guide, was incredibly friendly and creative with his tips, helping everyone snap stunning photos and videos.

Edward’s tour was fantastic. I did quite a bit of research to find the best rated small group tour and this is definitely it. We went to Lake Moraine and Lake Louise with time to walk and enjoy both. Edward showed us the best photo spots and kept us smiling with his jokes. The whole tour lasted nearly 5 hours and flew by in a comfortable coach with amazing scenery. We even saw a bear which wandered across the road in front of our coach. Perfect afternoon and highly recommended

This was a great experience. We were able to visit Lake Louise and Johnston Canyon all in one afternoon. Edward, our driver, was awesome! He took us to all the great spots!

This was a great group to travel with.our guide and deiver, John was knowledgeabl3 and have a good sense of humor. He was on time to pick us from Canmore at 7.40a and dropped us back at promised time of 1pm.

This half-day tour of Lake Louise and Johnston Canyon was great! Tony, our guide, was very friendly and easygoing. He suggested we stop at JC first to avoid the crowds and recommended which trails to take with clear instructions. We loved this tour because it was manageable and we had time and freedom to explore. Tour was under 5 hours and we were lucky enough to see a bear! Highly recommend this short but rewarding tour!

The tour guide was such a kind and amazing person!! He was energetic from beginning to end, and took wonderful photos and videos for us at every spot. When I didn’t know how to get to the airport, he kindly helped me, which I really appreciated!! Banff was absolutely beautiful, and the amount of time we spent at each place was perfect. I was able to enjoy everything. I’m really glad I chose this tour — I had such a great time!

This was a wonderful experience and William is so gracious and accommodating! I liked that it was a bit shorter than some others!
