Lake Louise, Moraine , Emerald & Banff Town ,Johnston Canyon Tour

This trip was just what we needed to see the beautiful Banff National Park in a short period of time. All the stops were good. I’m really glad we did this as an outing following a work trip. The only surprise to me was that it was in a 15 passenger van with very little room for the personal things I brought with me (essentially warm clothes, umbrella, etc.) Somehow I missed the description of the bus as a van. It also meant that my travel companion and I did not sit together through the traveling since we were one of the last to board.

Very nice scenery. Driver is very kind, caring and he helped taking photos for me. Lake Morraine and Johnston Canyon were closed,but the driver substituted for Marbel Canyon. The drive was safe and the driver was knowledgeable.

Extensive range of fabulous locations with just enough time at each to grab the splendour. Particularly wanted to do Johnston Canyon and not many operators add this in - worth a visit. Our guide, Parm, was helpful and friendly. Pick up in Banff could have been better as it was an early start and we were staying up at Tunnel mountain- a short bus ride outside of Banff - where several accommodation options are sited. An additional pick up point there would have been helpful.

This tour was amazing and we loved being chauffered around and not having to drive to all of these places. These lakes are breath taking and so worth the time and money to see and experience God's creation.

I booked my tour in Mid September 2026; got the confirmation and every. Yet, ạ night before the tour, í got the email informed me that Mỹ tour was cancelled with no reason. I tried to contact Viator and ạ lady was kind enough to arrange for me ăn alternative similar to the original. This one caused a lot of problems for me as they did not add my name and that of my husband in time for the pickup. When the driver came, he said our names were not on the list. We had to wait on cold, windy street for a while until the driver got a call from organizer. But later on, the tour guide ( Navine, or similar pronounciation) was very nice, drove carefully, thorough and made our tour enjoyable.

We had an amazing experience visiting this national park! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and every stop along the way offered something beautiful and unique to see. The scenery was even better than we expected, with incredible landscapes and plenty of opportunities to take pictures and enjoy nature. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They explained interesting facts about the park and made sure everyone had a great time. We felt comfortable, learned a lot, and truly enjoyed every moment of the trip. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area. It was definitely a memorable adventure, and we would love to come back again!

Well, worth the time and money. Cover a lot of ground good way to get first hand look at all the sites

Naveen is an excellent Tour Host and guided us well throughout the trip about the history and geography of the area and also helped in taking memorable pictures.

Excellent full on and varied day of impressive sights. The tour had the advantage of enabling drive up access right to the gates with no queues.

The sights of the tour were great but the communication and vibe of the tour were lacking. I got no confirmation or communication from the tour guide before the trip and had to reach out to them. There was very limited storytelling or facts about the area. I've taken many bus tours and this one was just okay. The tour guide should definitely work on being more engaging.

He did a fantastic job showing us around and making sure we got to see and experience some of the best sights the area has to offer. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and made the entire tour enjoyable and memorable. We really appreciated all the information, stories, and local insight they shared along the way. Their passion for Alberta truly came through, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great guide while exploring Alberta!

Must do trip when in Canmore and Banff!!! It will be tricky to do all the three lakes when you are staying in Banff or Canmore. This trip covers a lot of area in a day. Our guide Naveen was very knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. He filled us in on the local history and landmarks. An unforgettable experience. Thoroughly recommend!!!

We had an incredible trip. Was able to see many places in one day. With parking being restricted or difficult in some areas, I much preferred having someone else drive us around. The meeting area was easy to get to. Nick our driver was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the area and knew of the best places to get photos. We had a fabulous day overall. I highly recommend taking this tour.

We had a brilliant day. Aashish our driver was fun freindly and very knowledgeable. He got us joining in and laughing and there was a really good atmosphere within the group. The places we saw were breathtaking and it was such a comfortable and relaxed day knowing we were being taken care of. We got to see and do so much on this trip and would highly recommend it. A great tour hits all the highlights and takes the stress out of parking, transit and navigating the park. Everything was handled. Our guide even took photos of each of us at the lakes. It was a long but perfect day.

Loved the whole experience. Would suggest that you change johnston canyon to the morning excursion. By the time we got to it in the afternoon... I was too exhausted to do the hike

A luxury bus is not guaranteed. We had a 14 passenger van that was cramped and did not have a bathroom. Very uncomfortable for a 10 hour tour. There was more hiking than we expected. Our tour guide was very professional and spoke English but unfortunately we could not understand him because he had such a strong accent.

Naveen was such a friendly tour guide. Great experience seeing all the famous places in Banff. Only suggestion is that you change the order of johnston canyon to the beginning. By the end of the day I was too exhausted to make the trek.

overall experience was great. pickup could be better. separate lunch time for 45min could be skipped and added to the time for morraine/louise lake.

Tour is the way to go to see popular sites in Banff. Very crowded even after Labor Day.

Guide was great and lakes were beautiful. Pick up was chaotic with many people searching for their tour bus, could be better organized amongst the various tour companies. The title of our tour indicated Banff which was not included until after Oct 14. To ensure clarity as many on the tour thought we were going to Banff would be to not include in the primary title. Was indicated in the what’s included with an exclusion clause for Banff This was matrix tours

Beautiful visit of the mentioned itinerary. The sceneries were so beautiful. Our guide Aashish was very informative and friendly. He also made time to take our picture at the different location. We had a good crowd on the shuttle. Thank you very much. We will book more tours in near future. 😉

We had a wonderful experience on this tour, our tour guide Aashish was fantastic and did a wonderful job explaining each location's history and facts. We would highly recommend this tour and Aashish to those visiting Banff and surrounding area.

The sites visited were very beautiful. Be prepared for long walks and some moderately steep climbing. Unfortunately the information provided by Viator didn’t prepare us for, for example the type of shoes, how long the trip will take, terrain, weather expectation etc. Also the driver , Ashish was very professional. He did his best to provide some narration but it lacked some depth and should be improved.

Not enough parking in Canmore. Driver hard to understand his English. Not enough time at the Canyon to do lower falls and take pictures. Expensive too.

This was a great tour! A special thank you to Aashish who drove us to all the sights and shared interesting facts about the mountains and waterfalls. The drive to Emerald Lake was definitely worth it.
