Lake Louise, Moraine, Emerald Lake, Johnston Canyon, Banff Town

This was a great tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny! I just wish we saw Lake Moraine! But still a great time!

First time out west and Calgary abd Banff really was such a first time experience. Our guide was amazing and also had an amazing group. Lake Louise wss out of this world as much as all the others. Such a dream come true.

This tour was the perfect way to see Johnston Falls and the Lakes. Every one of them were breathtaking and the time allotted at each stop was just right. We appreciated the options given for the types of hikes involved (doable or a little more strenuous). Naveen was an excellent guide! He offered several times to take pictures of the participants and was very helpful in regards to instructions at each stop. His easy going nature was a plus in our books! A gorgeous day made this bucket list experience, one that we will never forget!

Aashish was our guide and was very knowledgeable about the mountains surrounding us and the sights we saw throughout the day. He shared insights but didn’t talk the whole time. We felt we could have used a bit more time at Johnston Canyon at the end but overall a great day!

Sanjeet was careful to make sure everyone with tickets boarded. He gave interesting info about the mountains and lakes. At each site, he made sure to guide us and explain options. When asked to speak louder for us older tourists, he was very receptive to request. I would love to take additional tours with him as guide. Mathilde

The lakes itself was exquisite! but considering the parks making millions of dollars, they could have better washroom facilities! its all "no flush" system, long lines, and some with no water or basin to wash your hands. take your own sanitizers and tissue. the tour was good. I would like to recommend to have their guides us underarm deodorant and mouth wash. in a crowded mini bus, its hard to miss.

Great for solo travellers. Didn't have to worry about getting permits or buying entry tickets as everything was included in the cost. Our driver / guide Naveen was great. Highly recommended

Plan on it being the full time scheduled and having plenty of time to enjoy activities and plan on getting in your steps

This was a great way to get to the sights without the driving and parking hassle. You get a decent amount of time at each spot and our driver was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very knowledgeable about the area and its history. Personable, friendly, easy to talk to. But most importantly an excellent driver.

It was a wonderful full day excursion with many stops and amazing sights. Enjoyed each stop. Felt a little rushed at Lake Louise need an extra 10-15 min if you want to do any hiking to see the views from above. Information provided by Sanjet our driver was great and he was pleasant and answered any questions anyone had. Worth taking a tour to see so many beautiful sights in this beautiful country. ❤️❤️🇨🇦

The driver was really good and very polite. There were just two things I didn’t like. First, there was no place to plug in our phones, which was really inconvenient. Second, on the way back, we had to change buses, and the second driver was a bit strange. He didn’t introduce himself or even say hello when he got into the bus.

Hits all the required points of Banff area. Aashish was very organized and knew a lot about the areas visited.

We were able to see a canyon and 3 different lakes. It was nice to leave the driving to the Viator guide. The sights at the 4 locations were beautiful and breathtaking. The guide Assis provided a lot of information as we drove to each site. He also very helpful with taking pictures for our group.

Very good itinerary packed with great views. It was very time efficient to visit those sites on single day.

Overall positive experience. Majestic scenery, incomparable nature. Negatives were the small access spaces to get to the small, tight fitting seats on the van and also the difficulty understanding our tour guide. But our guide was very helpful and accommodating.

I was really looking forward to this tour but it started out chaotic and the vans/ buses used were uncomfortable and cramped especially for a 8-10 hour day. The guides were late and arrived in multiple vehicles with absolutely no communication about how it would work. Most of the vehicles didn’t have the correct name on them either. They were cramped and we were packed in like sardines. My group was on the very last van, about 30 minutes late. Our guide didn’t have a lot to say the entire day and had zero enthusiasm about the things we would see. The lakes in the morning were gorgeous and we had sufficient time at most spots. The lunch spot was terrible and we only had 45 minutes. Fortunately the restaurant was used to people coming in in a hurry so we made it within the allotted time. But the food was terrible. The afternoon was fine but nothing as spectacular as Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. The Johnston Canyon was also beautiful. I would have been happy with the 2 lakes and the canyon for a half day tour. It was a very long day and the bus/vans were awful. Additionally, the itinerary was not completely accurate and only accounted for 5..50 hours and we were gone over 7 hours. I sent multiple emails and called trying to get information on the tour because the length did not match up with the itinerary. At one point someone told me it was inaccurate but didn’t offer any details. We ended up getting back over an hour late. There was an event (possible wreck) and we got stuck in traffic. After a bit the guide asked us what we wanted to do. Someone in my party suggested we turn around and not wait. Fortunately no one was verbally opposed to that so we turned around. Had our guide been a bit more enthusiastic about the day and places we were going, it would have been a better day even despite the type of vehicle we were in. I’ll be sure to confirm that on any future trips I book through Viator if I choose to use them.

This was an awesome way to visit 3 beautiful lakes and Johnstons Canton in 1 full day. You are allowed enough time at each to do some short hikes, eat or just chill.

Emerald Lake, Morraine Lake, Fairview Lookout and Johnston Canyon had amazing views. Our guide made sure that we were all having a good time.

What a great experience, to see so many places in one day and not have to worry about driving or parking. Our guide was very nice and a great driver. We had plenty of time at each spot. Traveled with a 4 year old and he did great! Couple of things to note: get to your pickup spot early especially if you are driving yourself there as parking fills up fast. We did our pick up at Canmore Visitor Center and since there are a lot of tours happening at the same time it’s kind of a cluster with parking and trying to find the right bus. Also the lunch stop is pretty hectic too so if I were to do this again I would pack my own lunch. Overall a great day, we really lucked out as it was the last nice day of our trip due to the wildfire smoke that came through for the rest of it. Highly recommend! Thanks for everything!

We got to hit a bunch of awesome locations in this tour. The tour guide was great, walked with us at some and took pictures for us! Myself, my mom, son age 10 and daughter age 11 it was perfect for them!

Aashish was our tour guide and driver. He made our tour enjoyable. He told us places to go to at each stop, asked if we wanted pictures taken and was very patient, considering each place was loaded with other tourists and they wanted pictures taken at the same spots. It was a great time and enjoyed the other people on the bus. I would recommend this tour to others if they are thinking about it. Thanks Aashish for a great time.

Absolutely wonderful day! Arun was an amazing driver/guide! He was a very safe driver and he was very kind at each stop by taking great pictures for us. Would highly recommend this tour. (It was a long day - about 12 hours, but that was fine by us as it meant that we had enough time and didn't feel rushed at each stop.)

This trip was FANTASTIC!! Our guide Aashish was punctual, friendly, informative and helped us maximize our time to the fullest. He gave clear instructions with simple explanations that kept us on track. Aashish clearly enjoys his job and made sure each individual had plenty of photos at each stop to capture their memories for a lifetime. I can’t recommend this tour enough; it was money well spent!! The nearby parking eliminated the stress of finding a spot which alone was priceless. Leaving the driving up to someone else gives tired drivers an opportunity to to sit back and relax while someone carries the burden.

Our tour guide / driver was Aashish, he did a great job taking us to all the places that were listed on the itinerary of this tour and shared interesting facts about them. He also took lovely photos for all of us! All the place we visited were breathtakingly beautiful! On the way back to banff town we even saw a large herd of Elk! I highly recommend this tour, especially since it includes the most beautiful turquoise Moraine lake which is not accessible for private vehicles!

We had a wonderful trip yesterday we enjoyed all of the stops, our driver and tour guide. Aashish was so polite. Great driver and very informative about interesting things about all of our stops. He made us feel very comfortable .He did such a nice job offering to take everyone’s picture and actually got some really great pictures. He is a great tour guide very accommodating .He is an asset to your company!!

We had a wonderful day touring Banff and surrounding areas. This tour was perfect as it took care of transportation and then gave us time at each place to explore. Aashish was our tour guide and he kept us all on schedule and got us everywhere safely.

Aashish was our driver for this tour. He gave us facts about different features along the way to each stop as well as background information about each location. He joined us on a couple of the stops and helped us take group photos! We were grateful to have booked a tour like this as we only had two full days in the Banff area, it would be unlikely to make it to all these stops on our own, especially due to the limited parking with peak season. Note that there are no outlets on the bus for charging as well as spotty cell service at all the stops, so use your phone spraringly to conserve battery if planning to take photos.
