This was a great way to see the beautiful views of Banff National Park without having to worry about driving ourselves. There was plenty of time at each location to get those iconic photos! Stephen was a great host, very thorough and accommodating! The price was reasonable, we had a small group so the bus was not cramped at all.

Itinerary
Cascade Mountain is a mountain located in the Bow River Valley of Banff National Park, adjacent to the town of Banff.
You will see a serene collection of lakes reflecting the surrounding mountains. They can enjoy picturesque views, go wildlife spotting, and capture stunning photographs.
Castle Mountain (Blackfoot: Miistukskoowa) is a mountain located within Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies, approximately halfway between Banff and Lake Louise.
Only visit it from 2027/Jun/1 to 2027/Oct/12
Imagine standing before a crystal-clear emerald green lake, surrounded by majestic glaciers. This is the breathtaking scenery of Lake Louise! Located in Banff National Park, the lake’s waters shimmer like a jewel, reflecting the grandeur of the Rocky Mountains. Whether it’s hiking and canoeing in the summer or skiing and ice skating in the winter, this place is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.
Nestled by Lake Louise in Banff National Park, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise offers luxurious accommodations with stunning views, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and relaxation seekers alike.
The Lower Spiral Tunnel, located in Yoho National Park, is a marvel of engineering that allows trains to navigate steep mountain grades efficiently.
**Only visit when Moraine Lake is closed** Step into the world of Emerald Lake, and you’ll be amazed by its crystal-clear green waters. Located in Yoho National Park, the lake sparkles with an unparalleled green hue under the sunlight, like a giant emerald nestled in nature’s embrace. Surrounded by towering peaks and lush forests, this place is a serene and beautiful retreat. Whether strolling along the lakeside paths or engaging in activities like kayaking and fishing, you’ll find a sense of peace and joy here. In winter, Emerald Lake is covered with a pure white blanket of snow, adding a fairytale-like charm and mystery.
**Only visit when Moraine Lake is closed** The natural stone bridge is located on the south bank of Emerald Lake in Yoho National Park in Canada. It is a section of the riverbed of the Kicking Horse River. The flow of melted glaciers in Hawaii and the monitoring of sand hammers cut through the broken rock bed to form a natural "bridge".
Mt. Rundle could actually be considered a small mountain range as the mountain extends for over 12 kilometres (7.5 mi), on the south side of the Trans-Canada Highway eastward from Banff to Canmore with seven distinct peaks along the way. The third peak southeast of Banff is the highest at 9,675 feet (2,949 m).

Guide (Chris) was excellent. I would have liked each stop to be a bit longer (90 minutes at Lake Louise, 45 minutes at Emerald Lake), 20-30 minutes at Natural Bridge) but it was enough time, just rushed.
Your travel time to the lakes is about an hour each way. There is ample time to spend at each lake. Guides are extremely helpful. (Sal & Edward). Great being on the bus since parking is expensive and hard to get.
It’s about an hour drive, but you don’t have to worry about parking. The tour guides know where to go and give you plenty of time to get all your pics.
The bus ride was comfortable and our guides were funny and informative. John and Frank were our guide and driver.
Bathrooms are too few with long lines and the crowds are crazy. Hiking anywhere is line walking in a slow line of people
A super trip from start to finish. John was a super driver and host. Very knowledgeable. Perfect time spent at each location.
Edward our tour guide was phenomenal!! He was on time, took time to show us the best photo locations and took some photos for us during our trip.
Edward was an excellent driver and guide. We could not have experienced these lakes as we’d without him. He was very knowledgeable and also amiable.
It’s a one hour trip on water and 30 min for return in a bus. Don’t have too high expectations and you should be satisfied. Could have been much better experience if the group was less chatty. Wanted to focus more on the sounds of the surroundings
It was great experience. The guide was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Only issue that we had was that while picking up in the morning, there were lot of shuttles and buses in the parking lot and there were no signs or people to help us find the tour bus. It would have been good if they hang a banner or sign showing which bus to board.
This was a great tour and an easy way to see the parks without having to try to find parking ourselves.
Our guide Edward was great, the bus accommodated the group, we stayed on time, Edward offered options for those who were more active and those who preferred a less active experience. Lake Louise & Lake Moraine are magnificent!!
Honestly- part was out of our drivers control- there was an accident and we waited over 2 hours to get picked up. Others from the same operator were picked up before us, even though we had an earlier pick up time. That was frustrating. Our driver got into an altercation with one of the guests, which was initiated by the passenger- but still uncomfortable.
Edward was our guide and did an outstanding job. He is a great communicator, very personal and a great sense of humor. The snacks and drinks provided were a nice treat. He is an excellent hiking guide and very knowledgeable of the area. An upgraded van would’ve been the icing on the cake
The lakes are stunning and the guide was very energetic and great in taking pictures. The general atmosphere was amazing, also for solo travellers.
This was the perfect excursion for our family. We had our 2.5 year old and even she had a great time exploring! Curtis was a lovely and helpful guide! He took pictures for us at every stop. Definitely a great option if you don’t want to stay out all day, but still get some of the big ticket spots on your list! Stunning views at every stop and even through the entire drive. Highly recommend!
The tour guide was amazing. Lake Louise, Emerald Lake and the hidden bridge were amazing!!!!! It was a wonderful way to explore Banff and BC.
William was fantastic. He provided superior service and is a wonderful photographer:). If you decide to book a tour, ask for William, you won’t be disappointed.
William was a very helpful and entertaining guide. He took photos and videos and shared great information along the way. He did his best to try and find some wildlife for us to see! A 5star experience
It was a great time seeing these beautiful sites, William was a great tour guide as well as a photographer. Definitely would recommend this to anyone wanting to see what Banff has to offer.
It was a great time seeing these beautiful sites. With William as our tour guide, it was a great time. He is a good tour guide as well as a photographer. I definitely commend his work.
William is the most fun-loving guide! He was so upbeat and helpful. We really enjoyed the day and were so happy to join this 1/2 day tour of Banff area.
Beautiful. Scenic. Snow on the lakes. Timelines set by driver. Timelines not followed by many. Driver Tommy knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.
Sam was awesome!! He was very polite and took great care of us and wonderful photos. He did a very nice job.
The tour was well-paced, scenic, and perfect for soaking in the natural beauty of Banff. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a mix of relaxation and adventure in one day!
Tourist guide shared his knowledge about lakes and rivers, he paid efforts to provide alternative sources!
William was great. Very helpful, informative, positive, and great energy. Made the experience memorable and has a great ability to take awesome pictures and videos. Made the day go by seamlessly - would recommend the experience.
Our guide William, was extremely friendly and helpful... He was also very informative about spots we passed by as well as telling us other places we should visit
The one-day tour was absolutely worth it. The views were stunning and truly unforgettable. Our guide was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, which made the experience even better. We had plenty of time to take many memorable pictures. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth going!
My friend Mit and I had so much fun today. Chris was amazing and he made everyone on the tour feel happy and comfortable. Thank you Chris
It was good to explore lakes. Since we travelled in November, we visited to Nature bridge, Emerald lake and lake Louise and he is very helpful!
Make sure when touring in Fall to get a guide who provides crouptons. Tony was very informative, his English was sometimes hard to understand but he repeated until we understood.
We had an amazing day out at the lakes, Chris our guide did a great job driving and explaining the trip. Highly recommend.
The views of the lakes were indescribably beautiful! Our guide, Greta, was knowledgeable and professional. She made the tour fun with her likable personality. I highly recommend her tour.
Seeing the lakes was amazing. We had fantastic weather and they were even more magnificent in person.
The experience was amaizing, Banff are is beautiful. The vehicle was nice, and tour guide is friendly. Exccelent experience.
William was an exceptional tour guide for our 2-day Banff trip! His friendly and active personality made the experience truly enjoyable. He was incredibly accommodating, ensuring all arrangements were flexible and well-organized. William went above and beyond, helping us capture countless memorable photos and engaging us with great conversations. Highly recommend him for an amazing tour!
We enjoyed being with a smaller group in the van. Getting around to all the various wonderful sights to see without the hassle of doing it on your own was well worth the cost of being on this tour. Not to mention the value of having a driver/guide with you at each location telling you where the best locations to get great pictures. A
Sam was a terrific driver and guide. We had a great time and saw beautiful sights that we will remember always. JK Long Island, NY
This was a wonderful tour. Beautiful sights and the guide was very friendly and informative. Awesome
We had an incredible experience and felt that this tour was well worth the money and such a great way to visit Banff. Our guide, D was the best! Personable, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make our group’s experience memorable and magical. It was evident that he really cared about providing an outstanding experience and we loved talking with him and visiting his recommended spots at every location. We are so happy we chose to tour Banff this way and grateful for D’s dedication as our guide.
Great trip! Small size of group was very enjoyable. Our driver was very nice and knowledgeable and had the best spots for taking photos. Even though the driver spoke English he had a heavy accent and was hard to understand at times.
Overall experience was good, especially to see that many locations in one trip. However I would avoid the sit down restaurant that the tour guide recommends at the lunch stop- made everyone in our group that ate the wierd hamburgers sick. Don't think they use real beef in them as they tasted and looked wierd as was.
The only reason to take this business's shuttle is if all the national park shuttles are completely booked. This is not a tour with a tour guide, if that's what you're looking for. It's merely a shuttle service that can charge more money because there's few options to get to the lakes once the national park shuttles are sold out. The worst part was that none of the guests could understand what the guide was saying during the ride, either because of his accent or the poor sound system. I have to admit that the business annoyed me even before I was picked up in the morning because it sent a message to me via what's app and email informing me that "A suggested gratuity of CA$15 per guest will be collected at the end of the tour. We appreciate your consideration and generosity." When I asked the business whether the tip was mandatory, it responded by saying the tips were optional, "and a way to show appreciation for the driver's hard work." But, isn't it the business's responsibility to compensate its drivers for their "hard work," which consists of driving a bus for an hour, and then waiting around in the parking lot for 1.5 hours at each lake, and then driving the shuttle back to Banff?
Tommy was a great guide and took us to a lot of amazing places. He even took our family photo on almost every destination. It was a great experience!
We had limited time in Banff, so the three lakes tour was a great way to enjoy the spectacular scenery that the area has to offer. There was enough time to walk away from the busier areas, have some quiet time, and take some great photos. Chris, our driver and guide for the day, was excellent. He was attentive, kind, and considerate, with good local knowledge.
Our guide D was extremely friendly and helped us take beautiful pictures through the tour. Started off with Johnson canyon hike, followed by other lakes. Definitely recommend this tour if you want to see several places in a day.
had an amazing trip to Banff and Lake Louise! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and everything was very well organized. A special shoutout to our tour guide, Edward—he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire journey. He made sure we were comfortable, answered all our questions, and shared great insights about the area. This experience truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the beauty of the Canadian Rockies!
Overall, great experience. Well planned. Our tour guide Will was very professional and enthusiastic. Would definitely recommend this trip to others.
