My driver was Red, who also had driven the bus on my Lake Louise/ Moraine Lake tour! We had such a great drive getting to know more about each other. Red is super! On the tour he called me to make sure I was on the bus and today he drove me to my hotel's front door instead of the airport. I definitely recommend this mode if travel from Banff to Calgary - and be sure to ask for Red. You will love him!
The driver Joey was punctual and polite. The car was clean. It was a comfortable no-hassle private transport. Highly recommend it.
Our driver, Bonifacio, was a very pleasant person and excellent driver! He arrived a bit before the agreed upon time and got us to the Calgary airport safely and quickly. We very much appreciated the door to door service and would gladly reserve this type of ride service again!
Very enjoyable experience. Joey was fantastic, and made the drive very pleasant he pointed out interesting facts about the route, and was very personable. This was the second time we used this service this trip, and were very pleased both times.
Just make sure you get the contact information for the driver ahead of time and once you do that everything is quite smooth!
Joey was there early for our airport transfer and greeted us in the hotel lobby. Safe and relaxing drive from Banff to Calgary.
Really great experience with this shuttle service! They were on time, reached out as soon as they arrived, and waited for us. Super reliable with great communication—would definitely use them again.
This was a fantastic experience !! Got to the airport hassle-free. The driver, Rex, was very kind and played great jams !
This ride was amazing. On time. I was concerned because it was really hard to find a shuttle before 9am. And this shuttle was available at 3am. Competitive pricing. Professional. I recommend him.
Very good service, Joey was excellent - very straightforward pick up from my hotel in Banff to Calgary Airport in the early morning. Had plenty of room for my luggage and other bags, very comfortable ride. Thank you! If I come back to Calgary / Banff again I will absolutely use this service again!
With a 3:45 AM pick up - they were on time! A cheaper charge would have made it perfect! Free even better.....
Ahman showed up right on time for the pickup and had us at the airport exactly at the time that was scheduled, and the drive there was extremely pleasant. Great experience!
Joey was great. Picked us up early and gave us a nice smooth ride!! Nice to have private transportation. Would recommend.
Great service for a great price. They were very responsive to my emails even late on a Sunday night when we had a very last minute delay for our flight.
Arrived 10 minutes before scheduled time and got me to airport in time even when having to go around unexpected traffic
Another great experience from this company and a big thanks again to Mr Jeff who safely dropped my friends to YYC from Canmore.
I got a confirmation before my transfer date. They also provided me with the driver information. My driver was super nice and had a lot of great stories to make the trip more enjoyable. They picked me up right in front of the Banff Springs Hotel lobby and took me to the airport for my exact flight. Highly recommend and was a great price compared to others.
The shuttle was very convenient with wifi! Our driver was accommodating, helpful and extremely kind. It was a very comfortable ride with our family! Will definitely recommend Banff explorer to my family, friends & colleagues!
Excellent service The original ride was cancelled due to vehicle failure but they provided options to pick a time or go with a different provider to the airport At the end they even sent us a vehicle to specifically carry me and my brother only to the airport due to unavailability of other providers ! What a great and kind service The help desk was very helpful and informed us immediately The driver was very polite, clean and skillful !
It was an amazing experience, very accommodating and kind staffs. We highly recommend to avail their services, you will for sure not regret it! Overall, we are very happy with it! 😊❤️
Great equipped bus, our whole party fit along with our copious luggage. Friendly staff, driver. Would highly recommend
I can definitely say Joey was wonderful above expectations, very understanding that i was bit far from the meet up he was thoughtful enough to pick up me for my convenience 10/10 🙏🏻✨
We had a great ride to Banff from Calgary. Seats were super comfy and the ride was very smooth. Would love to book again in the future.
I travelled with Joey and I had a pleasant trip. Comfortable car, safe driver and excellent conversation. I highly recommend this service to anyone traveling across Alberta.
We were brought to the most beautiful sites in Bannf. The tour guide/driver Joey was very knowledgeable about the places we went to. He was very patient with us and even took our pictures and they were good. Over all, we had a wonderful experience. When we booked hm for the airport transfer, he came early and was very helpful. Above all, their vehicles we used were new, very clean and very comfortable to ride in. I would defnitely book them againwhen I return. Highly recommend them as well.
