The tour guide Jay was great and we saw everything we wanted. I enjoyed the hot springs. We wished we had more time in Banff. The tour guide recommended staying there and taking a bus back to Canmore and we appreciated the recommendation.

Take a thrilling ride on the Banff Gondola, ascending 698 meters (2,292 feet) to Sulphur Mountain's summit in just 8 minutes. At the top, immerse yourself in sweeping panoramic vistas of six mountain ranges, the Bow Valley, and the charming town of Banff. Explore further along the boardwalk to visit the Cosmic Ray Station - a National Historic Site of Canada, and Sanson's Peak, where you can delve into the rich history of Canada's inaugural national park. (Your option of Banff Gondola or Upper Hot Springs/Gondola ticket not included)
Choose ONE either Banff Gondola or Hot Springs, ticket not included. Entry to the Banff Upper Hot Springs is on a first-come, first-served basis, with tickets can be purchased at the reception. Your admission fee covers a locker token, and swimsuits and towels are available for rent onsite.
Discover the beauty of Bow Falls, a captivating natural marvel in Banff. Towering at 9.1 meters tall, these falls showcase the unadulterated splendor of nature, with water cascading elegantly over rugged cliffs.
Surprise Corner is a spot in Banff where you can get a beautiful view of the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel and the scenic Spray Valley. It's a great place to take photos and enjoy the stunning scenery.
(Lunch stop at your expense) Explore Banff Avenue's shops and galleries, indulge in local cuisine, shop for souvenirs, and relax in the surrounding natural beauty for breathtaking towering peaks.
It's famous for its breathtaking waterfalls and stunning hiking trails. As you walk through the canyon, you'll be surrounded by towering cliffs and lush greenery. The trail leads you past several beautiful waterfalls, including the Lower Falls and Upper Falls, which cascade down into turquoise pools below. It may be replaced by Marble canyon in Winter
Popular for its clear blue waters and stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
Lake Minnewanka, just fifteen minutes from Banff town, is surrounded by majestic mountains. Known as "Lake of the Spirits" by the indigenous Stoney Nakoda First Nations. Strolls along the easy walking trail or boating on the lake are excellent options in the area. In winter, it becomes a breathtaking ice skating rink, often showcasing fascinating ice bubbles formed by trapped methane gas.

Andrew was Awesome! Great personality, vast amount of knowledge, funny and went out his way to please everyone. The views and lakes were beautiful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The tour itself was amazing. Our tour guide Laeazy was very pleasant. but made us feel rushed throuout the tour. She also asked for a fee at the end of the tour - even though we were giving her a tip anyway - the tour company advised that no tour guide should ever request a fee - would definitely recommend this tour
What a beautiful tour! Really enjoyed Johnston canyon. Jay was knowledgeable and extremely passionate.
Great. Scott was a wonderful, funny and informative host. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Great way to see a lot of places in Banff
Well organice good playing highly recommended
A little piece of everything to see. Great experience. Stops were timed appropriately. Tammy was fantastic.
Jay is such a very nice, friendly and accommodating guy! He is very knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor
The Banff Gondola was a fun experience and the view was gorgeous. Our tour guide was really cool. And I enjoyed the Johnston Canyon hike.
We did 2 tours w/ Banff To Do (too many places visited to list) & the guides were GREAT! On time pick-up, very professional & informative guides! Ben was GREAT! We booked via the VIATOR app & everything was seamless! Thank You for a GREAT Experience!
Tammy is a great tour guide host. She was very informative and very kind and helpful. Thank you Tammy!
If you want to skip driving in Banff, and want to visit Johnson Canyon, surprise corner, Bow falls, and gondola or hot springs, then this tour is perfect.
It was excellent apart from the cloud which obscured the Veiw at the top. Tour was well organised and tour guide very helpful.
Our tour guide Mike at Banff to Go was great. We enjoyed the tour to the Banff and lake Louise. Highly recommend.
Jaxson was a great guide. Leaned a lot of interesting facts on the tour. We had ample time at each stop to take in the views.
Well organized and enjoyable! Jay was very knowledgeable and kept us on schedule despite the road closures and additional traffic. Overall a great day!
We were told through multiple emails to be on time however that didn’t seem to apply to everyone. Our tour was held up from the start from late people or no shows. Also at lunch stop people were late which lead to the driver contacting dispatch and calling the late people. I feel if people are more than ten minutes late it should not hold up the whole tour. Our stops were shortened due to this. The gondola ride was very smooth due to the tour guide getting our tickets - this was good. The hot springs were closed - this apparently is a regular maintenance event - I feel we should have been informed as we booked months in advance expecting to have this experience. Our tour guide Louis was very informed.
The tour was very good, fast paced. Our tour guide Mike was very good and talked about the history of Banff and other places that we visited.
We had a great time on our tour with our excellent guide, Jay! My family had already visited the more popular lakes the day prior, so it was nice to see the other beautiful parts of Banff while guided by an expert :) We had plenty of time to explore at each of the stops and I appreciated how Jay made sure we didn't miss any chances to see wildlife! My highlights of the tour were seeing a porcupine at Johnston Canyon and the great views at Lake Minnewanka. I highly recommend booking this tour.
Our guide, Jay, was very pleasant and it was nice of him to share his love of Biology with us during the tour- teaching us about the various wildlife in the area. He stayed on route and on-time and was patient when we ran a little behind. He also gave great advice on where to go to have better views! Overall, this was a great tour of the town of Banff, not just the main lakes.
Wonderful tour. Our guide was great and gave us history of the places we were going to. We had enough time at each place and didnt feel rushed.
It was okay, it could have been better. I like the gondola, the secret corner and the Banff town. The guide is so cool and calm. He made sure that all the itinerary were met.
Mai was our guide - excellent host, guide. She was funny, knowledgeable and very friendly! We highly recommend her!
It was a great trip. It was well arranged. Peter is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend this tour.
Great tour. Peter was great. Thank you. Looking forward to using you again today for second tour! :)
A really fun trip with lots of time at each of the spots. Our guide Jay was great and was able to answer lots of questions.
The gondola has great views. Our driver Lou was very knowledgeable and nice. The lakes are very pretty
Tammy was our Guide. She was so knowledgeable, polite and so professional. She is sounds like born for to be a guide.
Banff to do - you guys are the best!! Our tour guide Peter was amazing! He provide facts and information throughout the tour! I will definitely recommend your tour company to my friends and families when they visit Alberta.
This was a great tour packed with lots of fun. Our driver was very knowledgeable and fun. The option for gondola OR hot springs is a nice option - but we did the gondola and loved it.
This tour is a perfect snapshot of Banff's iconic beauty! The Banff Gondola offers breathtaking panoramic views, making you feel on top of the world. Lake Minnewanka and Two Jack Lake are stunning, offering serene lakeside beauty and great photo ops. Johnston Canyon provides a lovely, accessible walk through a dramatic gorge with beautiful waterfalls. It's a well-rounded itinerary that hits the highlights, combining impressive vistas with tranquil natural escapes. A fantastic way to experience the best of Banff! To our incredible tour guides Sam: Thank you so much for an absolutely fantastic experience exploring the best of Banff! Your passion and knowledge truly brought each stop to life. Your insights, stories, and friendly demeanor made the entire trip so much more engaging and enjoyable. We learned so much and came away with truly unforgettable memories.
Great places to see. Clint is a local guide so he pretty much knew Calgary. Good history information. If you can walk to the upper Falls, kudos to you. Heard the view js stunning. We only made it to the lower falls.
The experience was wonderful and Clint was a very good driver and guide. The itinerary was terrific and we were able to do some hiking
Louie was our tour guide and he went above and beyond to show us such beautiful sites and to be sure we were having fun and were comfortable throughout the trip! He was more than willing to take fun photos of our group! It was really a great tour and I recommend him and this tour!
Beautiful sites and the Gondola was great with remarkable views. Peter was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable of the area.
This was a 10/10 tour! Our guide was amazing and super nice! It was only his 5ish day at the time of our tour and he was super awesome! If you want to see a lot of stuff in a day for a reasonable price, this is your tour! Highly recommend
The weather was not good today - rain, snow and cold in mid June however we had the best time of our trip so far. Ivan was a great tour guide and he assured the would love the gondola ride! As we rode up the mountain the snow was coming down fast. It was beautiful. At the top we got fabulous pictures and threw a few snowballs. I highly recommend this excursion.
Bann is so good in what he is doing. So informative and friendly. Highly recommend and of course we ll remember that horror stories haha
Tour guide was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure all were happy! She gave us ideas for the future also which made my girlfriend and I very happy.
Tami did a great job only thing to note is the hot spring is more like a warm swimming pool. Doesn’t fully give you the feel of being at a natural hot spring
The views were breathtaking and It was my first time going with a tour guide and believe me Rhonda was best, we couldn’t expect more. She was really nice throughout the whole trip, she also clicked our pictures, she taught us how to manage less time to get more pictures and see more views. Overall it was a 10/10 experience :)
If coming on Winter spikes for hiking are a must. The views are incredible but you need to watch the forecast before booking the gondola.
