my trip been changed by the driver and been merged to another tour which is not what I have planed for.

This travel is much better as the driver is ok unlike the September 25 as the driver is Rude and driving so bad no safety for the customers.No wonder there is no review. Please ensure the safety of the tourists and make sure that they know proper communications.Canadian Rockies were perfect but not the driver of Lake Louise not this Skywalk.

My booking was cancelled 1 hour before departure. The trip cancellation message was sent out at 0820 hrs and i received it at 0905 hrs when i was arrived at the waiting place. The trip was rebooked on the following day and it went smoothly with a hard working driver.

enjoyed the day and the variety of stops, Tour guide was very helpful and friendly. but my ticket said it was a 10 hour trip approximately. It actually was 13.5 hours. Yet the tour guide knew this. He was surprised when I showed my ticket with the itinerary I had to cancel dinner plans. would appreciate a better estimate of the time. would recommend with the warning about the timing

If you want to spend your day cramped in a small bus with no room to breathe, this is a tour for you. Besides getting you to different points of interest, don’t expect much else from this tour. Just think of it as a shuttle and not a very comfortable one. Also, if you happen to board on the last pick up stop, you will be stuck with whatever seats are left because it’s” first come, first served “ bases, so don’t be surprised if you end up on opposite ends of the bus with your partner and spend the whole day stock in a tiny seat in the back squeezed in between 2 strangers. Very poor experience overall with this tour operator.

Ram was an amazing tour guide + driver. He showed us many extra stops along the way for us to enjoy the views. He kept us entertained and was great with time management. Would definitely recommend booking a shuttle trip with Ram! The absolute best!

It is great experience book the Icefield tour which is extra. The tour guide Sanjeet was knowledgeable and drove the the tour bus very safely.

It was a wonderful trip. Our guide, Sanjeet, helped make this long journey less tiring and more memorable. He helped us quickly navigate unfamiliar areas, and we truly enjoyed many beautiful views, despite the cloudy and rainy weather. Sanjeet is also a very good driver. He drives the Matrix company bus safely. The trip was relaxing and very enjoyable. Thank you very much!

Overall was good , however did not follow what was planned , listed 2 stops at Lake Louise but only stopped once for 20 minutes not even 30 minutes , but spent 40 minutes at Peyto lake which was not needed , maybe even skip . Guide was nice but accent made it hard to hear and understand him . The stop did the waterfall was hijarious , small trickle down the mountain , didn’t need to see that . The Icefield and skywalk were great and best part of trip . Maybe spend more time at fewer places and then it would be great .

Good experience with our guide Sanjeet! two days ago, I was booking the same tour but I couldn't join it because of their system error, and they rebooked for me, so at first, I didn't have good expression of them, but overall, it was nice day at all.

We arrived at the meeting sight at 7:45 am. Returned at 10pm although this is lusted as 8-10 hours. Big difference . Exhausting , changed cabs both ways , no time to eat. Too much packed in . Many did not understand the need for an additional excursion purchase at the Icefields. The Icefields center was packed lines for food , tickets, bathrooms, excursion line up.

This experience was amazing and it was even better by having Ram as our tour guide! I would recommend to anyone that wants to get an amazing tour and would do it all over again. He is very accommodating and so nice to everyone, truly one of the bet tours i’ve been on. Also the places he took us to were so beautiful!

First of, the place, it literally was the highlight of our canada trip. The landscapes were so stunning all along... Now, coming to our guide, Ram is absolutely epic. He is so kind and accommodating..I 100% recommend him!!!

Our experience started out terrible. The rendezvous was very disorganised and difficult to navigate. Viator’s ‘no brand’ policy made it impossible to identify which bus, out of the many, was ours. We (my hubby and I) were finally herded onto an already overcrowded bus and driven to Cranmore. This part of the trip was very uncomfortable and seemed to take forever. We were then hurried onto an awaiting bus to continue our tour. It was at this point that our whole experience improved immensely. Our guide was exceptional and the bus was much more comfortable with suspension that absorbed the bumps. . Ram is very good at the job and nothing was too much trouble. We saw more of the Rockys’ than we expected to.

Very fun tour to the glaciers with a lot of stops in between. Ram was an awesome guide and very thoughtful and energetic throughout the whole trip!

An incredible tour and experience! We stopped at several of the most beautiful places I’ve seen in my life. Our tour guide, Ram, was amazing. Very knowledgeable, he pointed out the names as well as the heights of all the mountains on our trip. He kept everyone cool and hydrated, checking that the AC was at the correct temperature in the bus and handing out bottles of water. The highlight was stopping at the side of the road to see a black bear stroll around the bus and cross the road in front of us! Couldn’t recommend more.

My driver, Ram, really took care of all of us even though some trouble happened. He tried to do his best to complete the itinerary and make us happy. I really appreciate your effort and having me in your group! I would say that you have to book the Icefield Explorer in advance because it is definitely worth it!

The trip was spectacular! Big thanks to our guide, Ram. He was able to make us feel comfortable throughout the whole trip and make sure we have a good time. He would give the coolest fun facts and offer to take photos of you! Very attentive and warm-hearted. My pickup was at Calgary, and everything started smoothly. We went to Canmore first, then Banff town, to pick up more people. The first stop was Lake Louise, and we came at the perfect time 'cause it wasn't as crowded as it was on my previous visit. We then stopped on a lake viewpoint where he took this photo of me. I first told him that I don't like having photos of myself taken, but he was able to convince me by reminding me that it's for the memories. It turned out to be so lovely! Next stop was Bow Lake, which was very peaceful and serene. Then another gorgeous lake viewpoint, before we headed to Jasper for the Icefield experience. Ram guided us into the centre and made sure we were in the correct line-ups for our respective tickets. He didn't just leave us to figure things out on our own. The centre was chaotic inside and we were thankful for Ram's guidance. We had 3 hours to spend on our own terms in the Columbia Icefield center. I had chosen the Skywalk experience while others opted for the Glacier Adventure. We had enough time to explore everything and have lunch. 3 hours later, we all met up again, ready to head to our next stops. But while driving, Ram spotted a black bear on the side of the road and was able to stop next to it to give us a closer view! I'm from Northern Alberta, and I've seen plenty of bears myself, but the rest of our team was from other countries, and it might've been a once in a lifetime experience for them. Ram's attention to detail was impressive. And he was able to stop safely. After that, we proceeded to another viewpoint before we headed to the final stop, Peyto Lake. Peyto Lake was supposed to come earlier in our trip, but Ram was told that it was too busy. It then became our final stop instead, which was perfect 'cause the crowd has died down when we reached it. He once again took beautiful photos of everyone. And he personally guided us to the viewing decks, because there was no service in the area and he couldn't risk losing any of us xD I got lost while exploring one of the previous stops and he was thankfully only a call away. He was able to help. Nobody got lost in Peyto Lake! We all had a good time. Completing our trip, he drove back to our drop-off points. His driving is also impressive. Both careful and swift. I was the last person to be dropped off, and he made sure I was all comfortable for the rest of the ride. Ram was incredible. I've been on other tours before, and he was the best guide I've ever met! Just kind and amazing through and through. Thanks so so much to him, as well as the rest of the travelers I was with. Everyone was nice and pleasant to be with.
