They contacted us a little over an hour before we were supposed to be picked up and said they would need to delay our pickup an extra hour due to mechanical issues. I asked if they could somehow pick us up on time because we landed early and they made it happen. We hopped on their partner shuttle and made it to our destination on time. The ride was clean, quiet and efficient. Would use again. Thank you!

This company does not communicate very well. I tried contacting them on multiple occasions via email to arrange drop-off points, but no one responded to any of my emails. The company and driver were also quite stubborn and unaccommodating. All passengers were already seated on the coach waiting when we were told a last-minute passenger was arriving from the company's partner organization. She had a puppy in a carrier, and this seemed to be a major issue for the driver. Rather than honoring the agreement made by the partner company and simply checking with the other guests to see if anyone had concerns or allergies, the driver refused outright to let the passenger board. My wife, another passenger, and I offered to change seats or hold the carrier ourselves, which we ultimately did. Still, the driver spent about 20 minutes standing outside the coach like a petulant child, repeating, "I'm the driver, and I refuse." We eventually got going, along with the passenger and her puppy, but the entire situation was ridiculous.
Trip was on time and safe! Love it! Will ride again! The instructions were clear, I was able to find the meet up location easily.

Communication before my trip was great, hence the 3 stars, but the shuttle broke down before my scheduled time and I had to cancel and book with another company. I’m expected to have a refund and hope that comes through.

I've booked through Viator for 30 years. First time having an issue. Fairy Shuttle was hired for our transportation. Hours before our scheduled time I reached out asking if delayed can we transfer our tickets to their next available. I was told yes let them know upon arrival. We received a call from the Fairy operator. We were told instead of a reschedule they would tell their driver Nathan to wait since he hadn't left. We immediately ran to the shuttle. My husband was told by the driver to hurry up. My husband immediately apologized explaining our plane was delayed but this did not stop the driver's childish berate towards him. He told my husband we should have rescheduled. My husband tried to explain the operator of his company told us she would have him wait instead of rescheduling. The driver ignored him saying "bro this is all your fault so stop talking". Ther is ABSOLUTELY no excuse to speak to a passenger this way. Even though my husband was understandably angry he apologized to the passengers for being late and having to listen to this interaction. Picking up from an airport delays are expected. Being chastized by the driver should not be. Extremely disappointing.

The lady at the counter walked me outside to the shuttle bus pick up. That was kind of her. The driver Henry is a nice older guy, but I think he should not be driving at all. He kept tailing the cars in front of him, drove on the shoulders of the road 5 times, and brakes at the last second. I felt unsafe. Worst driving experience ever!
This was a well priced, convenient option for traveling from Calgary airport to Canmore. My plane was delayed and it was a bit of a hike from my arrival terminal to the meeting spot, but I was called by the company to confirm my arrival. Shuttle was comfortable. I’d definitely use them again

The vehicle's pull-out step did not work. Myself and the partner I was traveling with needed to use the step for mobility assistance. It was very difficult to get into the vehicle. There was a sign inside the vehicle for free WiFi and it was not available. This would have been a nice service to have since we had almost a two hour ride from Calgary to Banff.
Depending on where you’re baggage claim area is you might have a long walk to door 4/5. We came in at door 17. But the service we received was wonderful. Red was very helpful. We were dropped off right in front of our hotel.😎

A horrible experience. We missed our trip out to Banff due to weather/flight delays. I called to transfer the booking to our pick up for trip back to the airport. I tried to call the day prior and the morning of and no answer on the phone. I left multiple messages. It was snowing so hard when we walked to the pick up spot, they did not show up to pick us up. I called & they answered! One hour on phone trying to get another shuttle with no solution. No taxis, no ubers. We finally got a Brewster bus to come get us. We were late for our flights, had to spend a night in Calgary. Problems went on from there. DO NOT BOOK BANFF EXPLORER THROUGH TRIP ADVISOR!

5/5 experience. Henry was our driver and he is the man. Informative, helped everyone load their bags, and had WiFi available. When I come to Banff again I will book here.
Shuttle was late. Car rhat showed up was too small to take all the people that had booked for that time. They had to call for a bigger van. It took another 30min for the van to show up. All and all, we lost one hour waiting for this to be solved. Bad planning. And the van that showed up barely had room for everyone’s lugfage and skis!! Never again.

A very convenient and reasonably priced way to get to Banff from Calgary airport. The vehicle was very comfortable and free wifi made the trip fly by. Kudos to our friendly driver Dan for getting us to our destination on time, comfortably and safely.

The problem is this reservation for the shuttle through Viator is actually with another company. There was zero explanation on the website or the ticket where to be picked up. The Calgary airport is huge, which I didn’t expect. So I had to ask many people working there where they picked you up and no one really knew. Pretty stressful The driver was great. No issues there.

There was a desk in the airport arrivals for Banff explorer with precise information and we could wait there inside the airport building and be picked up. There were about 10 people in the large van. The driver (Dan) even waited for 20 min for a couple whose flight was delayed (with consent of us and the other passengers). Drive was smooth, and we were dropped off at our accomodation. There was wifi, but no charging points.
Dan was an incredible driver and really made sure we were all comfortable and well looked after! Alongside driving perfectly we got to our hotel so smoothly and was a great trip all round.

Dan is very kind, but speed is too fast for me. I don't understand English very well, but he talked to me a lot to communicate.
