Calgary Yyc Airport To Banff Hotels (Shared Shuttle Bus)

Simple to book, easy to find at the airport, pleasant drive to hotel in Banff. Great service for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

The driver/tour guide was very informative, helpful and friendly. He watched out for his passengers on the hikes. We just loved the destinations that were included in the trip. A real highlight of our holiday.

Shuttle service made a last minute time change on the reservation upon landing at airport which delayed us over 40 min. Wished we would have been notified a day ahead of time.

The ride from YYC Calgary Airport to our hotel in Banff was very comfortable. It was a ride share but it wasn’t crowded and the driver arrived on time, he was courteous and played 80’s music which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this company during your travel to Calgary.

It had a few stops in cities along the way to the airport. Driver very responsible and will ensure you make the bus.

Very accommodating. They allowed me to get on an earlier shuttle that was available. It cut my way time at the airport by two hours.

You get what you pay for. I relied on TripAdvisor to steer me in the right direction and that did not happen. The service got me to where I was going, that’s about the best I can say.

you get what you pay for. I would’ve given it five stars, but the windows were very dirty. This is the most economical way to get from van to Calgary. Our driver was on time polite. The van was old. It could’ve used a good cleaning. The worst part was that the windows were dirty. This was not one day dirt. I strongly suggest that every morning they clean the windows of the van. Then I would give it a five.

They canceled our shuttle an hour before it was supposed to takeoff and didn’t help find an alternate travel option. Would not recommend.

We had a great experience! I am a quad amputee traveling with a wheelchair. We had reservation on a 2:00 shuttle but they got us and all our bags and the chair on an earlier shuttle with my siblings. Superb service and caring about me as a guest. I appreciate it so much! Thank you! Please thank the staff who took care of me on July 30th at Calgary airport.

Bus was a little late but great communication through text and email letting us know of the delay. Driver was great. Comfortable drive.

It is a good service at reasonable price. Drivers were friendly and drove safely I had an issue with the dispatch. My departure was at 4 pm. I was at a pick up point at 3.40. Van came in at 4:09 and my name was not included in the pickup. I was quite annoyed and demanded that they make arrangements otherwise I will miss my flight. They did make arrangements and all went well. My advise is to give yourself a bit extra time and to Viator dispatch - double triple check your passengers list.

If your flight doesn’t arrive on time, and you have to wait for another shuttle, it could be a few hours.

Despite a late start, due to heavy traffic in the city., the driver was vrry kind and efficient. Drpped us off right at our hotel in Banff.

The ride was 30 mins late. She claimed there was a delay because of an event in the downtown. I asked other operators- they said they didn’t experience any delays The driver was nice and the ride was safe

Horrible. Forced to give one star Never showed up. Never text message that was running late. I was lucky, another company at 6:30 pm felt sorry for me and just put me on their transport bus. I was very lucky the people on that shuttle took care of a single senior female and made sure I arrived at my actual hotel

Our flight was delayed due to bad weather at Calgary Airport, so we missed the bus. The ground operator rebooked us without any fuss. The shuttle bus driver was also very kind.

Friendly professional service.

He was timely and we got to our location quickly. The only downfall was we had to wait for the shuttle after the one we booked due to mechanical issues, but that wasn't the driver's fault. He was nice and got us there safely.

My wife and I had a very comfortable ride from YYC to our hotel in Banff. The driver/guide Charles was super helpful and informative along the way. In addition, the administrative staff at the airport, May, made our trip more pleasant.

Dair was a great host and took us around Banff to see all the highlights. We learned a lot on our tour thanks to Dair. I am looking forward to visiting Banff during the summer next time.

A couple of improvements. The shuttle left 10 minutes late. I had a bag and a snowboard bag. I was asked if I had paid for two bags, I wasn't sure and it was not clear when booking that I needed to pay for an extra bag. They should make this clearer when booking. After we left we stopped somewhere in Calgary for a pick up, we waited 15 minutes. Then we stopped in Canmore a town before Banff a 10-15 minute detour. I thought I had booked a Calgary to Banff that would take 1.5 hours. not 2.5 hours. Lastly, the windshield had an opening and from time to time wind sound would come in. Most people are better off taking the bus that takes less than 2 hours direct to Banff from Calgary airpot and buying their tickets at the airport.

My plane arrived earlier than I thought it would. My message was answered quickly and courteously and without any fuss I was able to take an earlier shuttle. Thank you so much for your flexibility!

My trip was canceled, I had to book with another company and pay extra -- since my original booking was made way ahead and was cheaper, it looks like the company's records are a mess: in spite of canceling my trip, I got an email asking to evaluate my trip

My son’s flight was delayed overnight and didn’t get in until after he was supposed to take his shuttle. They were easy to work with and put them on the later shuttle. The only thing that I would recommend is that they update their website for their actual hours.

We had an excellent experience with this service. May was gracious enough to accommodate us despite the fact that it was just me and my daughter riding the van. Dube was very informative of the area and dropped us off in front of our hotel. Overall, I would recommend ABest X to those who want to visit Banff but do not want to rent a car and deal with the parking at most sites.

The drive from Calgary International Airport (YYC) to Banff generally requires approximately 90 minutes under optimal traffic conditions. I strongly recommend this service due to its affordability, convenience, and the opportunity to enjoy scenic mountain views en route to Banff.

The mini bus was easy to find at the airport just outside the exit. The driver was friendly and helped with our luggage. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. We will use this service for our return trip from Banff to Calgary.

Shuttle didn’t show up. After the allotted pick-up time, a representative called me and said they were sorry, it was their fault, and they would get me a ride. An hour+ later, a driver from another company came to pick me up and informed me that they do this when there is only 1 traveler— not worth their resources to take me, so they pay a 3rd party to do so. I am appreciative that they did get me to where I’d paid to go, but frustrated that it was 1.5 hours later than expected.
