Awesome service, easy to book, no fuss, driver very knowledgeable and on time!

Helpful and most importantly understanding when my flight was delayed and rebooked and I had to reschedule the shuttle. They ensured to take my updates and get me help that next day.

My confirmation time was correct but somehow got changed from 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Have documentation for all of this. No one meet me inside to help with luggage as documentation stated. My meeting place changed 3 times. No instructions/id instructions for car or driver. I called the company to get the car/driver information. Very unsafe! UBER gives you the car description and license plate. They should do the same. The car gas tank was on empty and low tire sensor for a 2 hour drive. The client shouldn't have to go to the gas station before their drive. The car should be gassed up and in running order for the contracted drive. The company took zero responsibility. It took several emails for them to say "sorry for your dissatisfaction" but never for not being ready. The drivers are contractors and use the company cars. This is a small local company, I really wanted to support them.

Shuttle never showed up. Wasted a bunch of money on lyft to and from the crowfoot lrt station that I'll never see again. Currently contesting the ticket charge with my back as the company insists they showed up and even waited for me, so they won't refund me. This did not happen and I have the lyft receipts with time stamps to prove it. There are better options, STAY AWAY

Our driver , Manny was super nice and accommodating. He stopped at a convenience store for us. We also left a glove in the van after being dropped off at our hotel and Manny was so sweet to bring the glove to us!

We were a group of three traveling from all over and was supposed to depart Calgary at 12:00 PM. We shared with Manny and Viator that cancellations happened. Manny drove us without an issue 4 hours later to our destination.

Very convenient and worth every penny. There is a kiosk for A Best Travel (booked via Viator) in domestic baggage area that you can go to if you get your bags in record time like we did. Our driver was super friendly and professional.

They drove us all the way from the baggage carousel to our Hotel, water and snacks were provided. The guide was very friendly. We were so happy with the service we booked them again on our way back to the airport.

It was an absolutely amazing experience. Our tour guide, Manny, was really very nice and showed us a lot of beautiful places even outside the itinerary, and suggested various hikes to see more of the places we visited. If it wasn't for our guide, we probably wouldn't have visited so many places. This is a perfect package for the people who want to visit Banff roughly within a day. Surely will book this package, if I ever visit Alberta again.

Our Rider Manny was very cooperative and went to all the spots possible within a day. Very friendly guy and had great conversation with him throughout the trip as he explained the history behind the spots. Helped us in a lot of ways for entering the spots. All in all great service and worth the money as we didn't had to plan anything. He took care of everything. He also suggested us how to reduce our entry costs to various spots during the trip . Furthermore, Our journey was supposed to end at 8 pm but since we wanted to hit 2/3 spots more he was cordial enough to take us to all those spots we had planned. He also suggested us to go and visit the Stampede carnival in Calgary where he dropped us off. Not only that, my friend left his earbuds in the car so when we called him after he dropped us off way past 12 am in the morning he was very cooperative and dropped of my friend's belongings the next morning before going for his trip for the day. Couldn't have asked for a better guide in an unknown city. I've travelled around the world and found this kind of hospitality very rare where the agency doesn't rip you off or be this considerate. Best shuttle experience so far.

Joey collected us from Calgary Airport and drove us to Canmore and collected us from Canmore and brought us back to Calgary Airport. He was friendly and helpful and told us some information about Calgary. He had water for us and helped us with all our luggage. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know coming to Calgary and would definitely use his service again when I come back to Calgary myself. Also his car was beautiful and very clean.

Super professional driver and service. The driver actually came early and was already waiting for us in front of the hotel at the designated time. The ease of booking and open communication ensured everything went smoothly. I would definitely book with them again. The car was also very clean and the driver made sure we were comfortable during the entire ride. Even offered us water. The seats in the car even reclines if you want to sleep during the ride.
