I booked this a few months prior to my trip. I never got any text or email to confirm. A week before the trip, I still had no confirmation so I re-booked thru Viator. Last day of my trip, I get a confirmation so now I’m double booked. Tried calling and texting but could never reach anyone to cancel. So now I’m probably charged. Very poor communication.

Driver drove at great speed (approx 138kms in 110 kms zone) with Mobile Phone in hand. Pax were visibily shaken on arrival in Banff.

Timely pickup in Banff and delivery at Calgary airport with a good driver - though the minibus was very full!

An hour late and terrible drivers. I would not book with the service again if I could help it. Nice people at the airport desk though.

The ride was quick. He stopped and picked us up and we were on our way. There was two stops before the airport. Took about 1.5 hours from Banff.

More information required as to where to meet the driver as it turned out it was at the back of the hotel in a car park, we were waiting out the front - luckily someone spotted us and told us to go round the back. The van was pretty cramped but did the job.

Affordable shuttle to Calgary form banff! Other shuttles cost way more. They should do a better job labeling the van and this ticket name as many passengers had trouble locating the van.

I booked this shuttle last minute for me and 3 friends. The driver showed up on time however on arrival he insisted on charging us an extra $10 per person for our ski bags which was not previously stated on Viator or the confirmation email i received from the company. The driver acted in an unprofessional and confrontational manor when i said that we shouldnt have to pay anything extra. He then complained having taken the smaller shuttle bus either our luggage, which is not in our control at all. The next time i travel to banff i will not be using this company.

Shuttle never showed up at the designated location, I was there a whole 30 minutes early too!!!!!!!!

Our departure time was moved up one hour the night before or we had the option to go an hour later. Then the van transmission overheated about half an hour before we got to the airport. Luckily it restarted and we did arrive but the van was clearly not in good condition. This was a partner service to Fairy Bus. Sheesh! Should have spent a bit more I guess.

We were 30 minutes early waiting for the Fairy shuttle. There were many buses and shuttles coming and going from the lot and we were looking for the one that looked like the one on the ticket. Also asking other shuttles if they were the Fairy bus as well. We waited 15 extra minutes after She should Have been picked up and had to get my daughter to the airport so we had to drive her- it took three hours- taking an entire day from our holiday. I wish the driver would have counted the passengers and then come to the bench where everybody was sitting and asked if anyone was going to the airport. Because their van was not marked at all. Total day wasted.

Shuttle was running late and was partly why we missed our flight out of Calgary. That caused us to have to spend money for extra meals and a hotel stay.

Banff Airporter apparently contracted out with another transport company, which led to some confusion at pickup. I was not informed of the change so I was looking for a shuttle marked "Banff Airported". Luckily the driver found us and explained the situation but a heads up would have been helpful. Also, more detailed location information would have been helpful. The hotel had two entrances and a lot. Aside from all that, the driver was helpful and quick.

We had a great ride. Dubi our driver was very friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed his conversation. We forgot to go to the pickup location but Dubi made sure to pick us up on Banff Avenue across the street from our hotel. I'd highly recommend your service.

The shuttle never came to the pick up area and when I called they lied about it all. We ended up having to get a cab for $350 and almost missed our flight. We will never use this site again.

The driver was very helpful and considerate. Apparently they are able to pick up at alternative locations which is good to know since we could have travelled a shorter distance for the bus.

The driver exactly on schedule, so don’t be late, viator’s service is excellent and easy to contact any time, I was mistaken order my journey and they help me, now I still waiting my refund as their email said that it will taken 3-7 days. I travel with viator’s service on July 14, 2025. Hoping today they will do the refund as they promises. Thanks viator.

Simple and easy. They’re flexible in picking me up from my hotel instead of the listed pick-up point, which was convenient for me to not lugging my stuffs around.

Didn’t show up. Rebooked on a later bus, which was not OK for our travel schedule. You should have rebooked us to an alternative bus company.

Driver is friendly and professional. I waited in front of our hotel instead of the meeting place, something I must’ve misread, but he was nice about it even if he had to turn around. Also, the price for the service from our hotel to the airport is the most reasonable one compared to other companies I’ve looked into.

We did not make the return ride with the Fairy Bus and had to book with another company. The day before departure I received a call from your company saying that they had to change our departure time and that they “were sure this was not an inconvenience”. Well it was a major inconvenience so I booked with another company. Funny thing is that after I told your company that I had booked with someone else I received a phone call from your company 10 minutes later saying that seats were now available at the original time. What a coincidence! Anyway, very poor service.

First , the driver was late , and we had to call him to inform him that we were waiting for him, He drove very rashly and he stoped for gass ,that he did not fill, lastly he was negotiating with some fellow pasengers to drop them dowm town for 30 dollars, that i beleave he took as they were with him aftet he droped us at the calgary airport. he also droped a passenger some where on the way to the airport. Didnt feel safe and had to remind him twice that he had to drop us at the vancouver airport first as he was planing to drop some passengers downtowm first. Please note. will never book this company.

Excellent service, excellent driver, excellent company. The driver picked us up first and at the next pickup, the couple were no where to be found but the driver waiting about 15 minutes for them.
