We had an amazing e bike tour with Lucy!! Loved seeing all the beautiful sites in Banff. I’m not in the best shape, so having an e bike definitely made it easy and enjoyable. Lucy made the tour fun and answered all our questions about the area. Definitely a tour worth doing.

Great ebike tour with Grace. With ebikes, we accessed places we wouldn’t go on our own. The scenery is amazing and we saw lots of elk. We enjoyed this activity very much!

Wonderful e- bike tour. Bikes were excellent and our tour guide Corey was phenomenal. We had a beautiful evening (a bit chilly so dress warmly if temps drop!) after a few days of rain. We saw several elk and water fowl. Although the tour was 12 miles it was a breeze with the e assist.

People at the desk were very nice. But we realized that you don’t need to use this 3rd party booking company that adds a commission to make a reservation. Whether biking, fishing or boating, book it directly for less cost.

Didn’t give option of a smaller bike or even tandem or 2 seater … so had to sit out. Neighboring companies offered!

We had an amazing time on the E-Bike Tour in Banff National Park! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the e-bikes made it easy and enjoyable to explore more of the park while taking in the incredible mountain views. A special thank you to our tour guide, Callum, who made the experience even better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, sharing interesting facts about the area's wildlife, history, and natural surroundings while making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the ride. His passion for Banff was contagious and really enhanced the tour. This was one of the highlights of our trip, and I would highly recommend this e-bike tour to anyone visiting Banff. Beautiful ebike tour to Johnson Canyon. Michael was great. Easy ride and hike. Great way to spend an afternoon. It is only a bike ride out then van back, and takes the full 4 hours. Very safe and beautiful scenery

My husband and I had a great Nature E-Bike Banff Adventures tour with John. He was a wonderful guide, very encouraging in an understated way, inspiring confidence and so knowledgeable about the area including best stops for great views with lots of little nuggets of information which we found so interesting. I really appreciated never feeling rushed. The scenery was spectacular and the ride was really fun. Before we booked, I called to get a better idea of how difficult the tour would be for two 70 somethings and got great feedback so I felt more confident in signing up and so glad we did.

This was really fun! The bikes were great and our guide, Cam, was very personable and pleasant. We enjoyed the 2 hour bike ride and saw some really beautiful sites. Great way to get outside and enjoy the Banff scenery. Thanks very much to Cam for a fun day.

From the very beginning, everything with Banff Adventures was perfect. The day before renting the bikes, they provided us with all the information we needed — clearly and with kindness — and on the rental day, everything was smooth and easy. My husband and I rode e-bikes for the first time on our Banff Adventures guided tour with Ben and it was the most fun I’ve had on a bike ! Ben gave us great instructions and made us feel comfortable immediately. The bikes were very easy to operate and made riding a breeze! He was very friendly and informative on our tour. I would recommend this company for anyone wanting to fun way to get around Banff and see some of the sights. Everyone working there was great and made us feel welcome!

Mardi was awesome! It was so fun and easy to ride the bike. A lot of great information from Mardi! Ben was awesome, too. At first I thought we were going to have to cancel and at the last minute another solo participant came. He kept me in the loop and offered me options.

My partner and I signed up for a 2-hour e-bike tour through Banff, and honestly, it might be the most fun we’ve had on two wheels without falling over. Our guide Ben was a total legend—laid-back, knowledgeable, and just the right amount of outdoorsy without making us feel like we should’ve brought granola and a compass. The scenery? Straight-up postcard material. Mountains, forests, rivers—at one point I forgot I was pedaling and thought I was in a nature documentary narrated by Ben. The e-bikes were smooth, speedy, and made us feel like we had superpowers (or at least like we were way fitter than we actually are). Ben kept the vibes high and the facts flowing, with plenty of stops to admire the view, catch our breath, and pretend we weren’t winded. 10/10 would do it again—even my partner, who usually ranks “mild cardio” just above “tax season,” had a blast.

Great way to see and experience Banff. Our guide Darcy was terrific. He gave us a very thorough orientation for the e-bikes and he was knowledgeable on the sites we toured.
