Our guide was D funny humorous and a great photographer. Knew the right spots to stand for the good picture shots always took our pictures for us. He was very knowledgeable and we learned so much about each place we visited. He even had snacks and bottled water for us. He recommended a restaurant for us in Banff town. We did feel a bit rushed at times and wished we had more time Especially for lunch. The rest if the stops we had plenty of time Thanks D for the great day you gave us. We made friends and we all enjoyed our day.
We had tour guide D. He was just an Amaizing person who went far beyond his job description trying to show to us the best place of sightseeing. He always assisted us with taking the best views of pictures he even treats us with special Cookes. Very nice professional kind and friendly smiling young man.

The tour guide is extremely nice and professional. The spots we went to are quite nice, maybe it will be even more marvellous during the summer when the lake is not frozen but overall the tour is very well planned and we enjoyed it very much.
The 2 days Banff Tour was amazing. We had a tremendous time during the tour especially our tour guide and driver William. He was a good tour leader and has a lot of hidden spots which made our pictures more various and great. My friends and I were recommended him and his company to lead your tour. We might come again next time and definitely we will reach him to be our tour guide and driver. We enjoyed our time in Calgary.
We had an incredible experience on our trip, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing tour guide(William). We had a wonderful time. William was so attentive and packed a lot into our day. We went to 3 National Parks and the gondola ride at the end of the day was a nice highlight. Walking on the ice at Lake Louise was another favorite. He took pictures of us and sent them to us at the end of the trip. Going on a weekday in the middle of January . There was just three of us so it felt like we had our own private tour. Highly recommend. William was excellent.
Had a great afternoon driving around Banff and seeing all the stunning sights it has to offer! Banff Journey were able to offer me a customised tour as I had a morning flight, Tommy was very friendly and informative, taking the time to take some great photos for me.

The Gondola may have been the single most mind blowing experience we've ever had on a tour. Seeing a rainbow from the observatory as opposed to from below at ground level was a truly religious experience (and I'm not a religious person).
We were picked up scheduled and our guide tried, in vain, to alter the schedule, he wanted to take us to the hot springs first but we all, 5 of us, said no. The Banff tour part of the excursion didn’t happen as our guide just dropped us off in town for 2 hours! The hot springs shouldn’t have been plural just one pool and rather disappointing. The Banff gondola and sulphur mountain far better. The Lake Minnewanka part for too short
Sadly, this tour was cancelled due to too few people. I was looking forward to the Banff Gondola and Hot Springs. If I am back in the area, I will try again. They did offer other tour options.
The tour guide Guru was excellent, great driver, clearly explained all items of the tour, pickup times etc.. He was accomodating for specific requests from tourists. The tour guide also accomodating in other ways, sound volume, van temperature.
Lake Minnewanka motor boat ride was so good and it was a scenic lake. We did eat at Zaika restaurant in Banff town. Amazing Indian cuisine and then shops were amazing I had a great time with kids
Viktam was my guide. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. He gave us enough time to explore all the sites and I never felt rush. The gondola ride was the highlight of the tour.
Travelling to various destinations was easy and very comfortable. The driver, William was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. He is so attentive and very knowledgeable on where are the best places to go to eat and shop. Highly recommended as we have some old people with us. We had joined the one day tour on 1 May 2024. This travel experience is really bad. The tour guide is not professional enough and did not care our needs. The tour is behind schedule and we cannot approach our tour guide during the trip. He is busy on driving, talking with other customers and on phone. We always keep waiting waiting and waiting. The tour did not worth this price. Really disappointed 😞
Going up to the Sulphur Mountain via gondola was a great experience, especially the walk to the Sanson Peak with 360 degrees of stunning views.
The views around Banff town are really amazing Two-Day Tour by Tommy & William Take us to see many attractions and private attractions took a lot of photos, The point is that both guides will take pictures! This time is the Winter Banff - there is a chance in the future in the summer will also consider the tour of Banff Journey
Nachdem die Tour eigentlich ausfallen sollte, hat uns die Reisegesellschaft einen persönlichen Fahrer und Tourguide zur Verfügung gestellt, der den ganzen Tag nur für uns beide da war, uns mit einem TESLA von unserer Unterkunft abgeholt und dorthin zurück gebracht hat und alle machbaren Änderungswünsche in der Ablaufreihenfolge möglich gemacht hat! We were at Lake Minnewanka, on the banff gondola; and the tour is worth a lot (the scenery is amazing, we had the chance to see some wild animals from inside the on-bus {on the way} and every stop was spectacular. We went in June and it was not crowded, nor was it hot, so my tip is seen in layers, so the day is getting warmer takes off the coats and not so suffers from the cold, morning made in several days 3 to 4oC).
