Banff Gondola Hot Spring And Lake Louise Day Tour

I heard through the grapevine that the hot springs was closed. I emailed Viatour the night before to see if that was true and to find out what they were adding on in its place. They emailed me back late that night (so I got it the morning of the trip) saying the hot springs were closed and no need for my bathing suit and towel. If I hadn't reached out to them, I wouldn't have known. It wasn't very professional in my opinion. You purchase your own ticket for the gondola and that was cool. I would recommend the gondola ride. My tour guide was very sweet, but I had a hard time understanding him with the accent.

We were only in Banff for a day and 1/2 and wanted to see a lot of places. I found this tour on TripAdvisor and signed us up. The tour was incredible, the sights amazing but the best part was Ram, our guide and driver. Ram communicated well, provided lots of trivia, really made it fun. He has a great personality and is a wonderful man. I highly recommend this (or any) tour with Ram! The other travellers were awesome too! We enjoyed everyone!

Naveen was our guide with Matrix and did an excellent job of keeping us informed along the way. He was knowledgeable about the history of the area and extremely safe on the road. We loved the Banff Gondola boardwalk and Hoodoo stops, but were disappointed with Johnson, 2 Jac, and Lake Minnewonka stops. The stops there were at crowded campground areas, way too commercialized.

Was disappointed to find out that we were not going to Lake Louise even though that is what I signed up for on the web site. Our driver said that it was not listed under the “what’s included” however, It was on the itinerary. I paid for something that we didn’t get to do.

Garry was an Amazing guide and driver. Can’t ask for a better experience. There was a mix up with people booking on viator and getyourguide, but not Garry fault. The company just has to not advertise the same tours on different websites with different itineraries. But Garry made the best of it and we got basically everything we asked for.

We had planned this trip with another tour group and they cancelled. They also only offered either the hot springs or the gondola. This company offered both! We got so much awesome stuff into one day! It was amazing! Naveen was a wonderful tour guide and made sure everyone stayed hydrated! We had a wonderful time!!!!

We would rate our tour a 10 out of 10. Our tour guide Naveen, was so friendly, informative and fun! He always made sure we knew facts about our stops. He went above and beyond to make my husband's and my birthday a great one. I would book again and again, but only if Naveen is our guide.

Rah, our tour guide was excellent. Attentive, polite and conscientious. We were only interested in the gondola ride, but participated in the Banff hot springs stop and waterfall stops. The hot springs stop was a waste for us as we did not have swimming suits to go into the springs pool. The gondola was good, views spectacular, but about an hour too long. The falls were picturesque

Pickup was a nightmare. It would help if the tour name was displayed in the front window of the relevant bus. There were a lot of people and a lot of buses and no one knew which bus was which tour. Our tour was supposed to be gondola and hot springs but it wasn’t made clear that we had to book those things separately. We might as well have taken a bus from Banff in the first place. This ‘tour’ was just a bus ride. Guide was very helpful though.

It's a nice experience to go to this place, especially we have a nice and kind person like REM.thank you brother see you next time.

It was a great experience! Our driver, Sanjeet was great too. We couldn't booked the Gondola ride online so he lined up with us to make sure we could get and enjoy the Gondola ride. Overall the tour was worth it and hassle-free.

Good experience overall. The hot springs portion could have been shorter while lunch could have been longer. Too many people getting food in Banff town, lines are long or restaurants didn't have tables available. Ram the guide is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing experience exploring the Canadian Rockies! The gondola ride offered breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains and was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We had an amazing trip to Banff with Matrix Tours & Travels. The Banff Gondola ride offered spectacular panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. Johnson Lake was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. Two Jack Lake was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water and breathtaking mountain reflections. Lake Minnewanka was one of the highlights of the tour, offering incredible views and a relaxing atmosphere. The entire itinerary was well organized and allowed us to enjoy each destination comfortably. The transportation was clean, comfortable, and punctual throughout the trip. It was an amazing experience. I’m so glad I made a last-minute plan to visit Banff during my Canada trip. It’s one of the most beautiful places on earth. One or two days simply doesn’t do Banff justice — you need at least five days just for Banff National Park. Our guide, Naveen, was amazing and super helpful. He explained every spot in detail. We started off in Banff and were taken to many places which we wouldn’t have known about. Navid, our driver and tour guide, was so good, helping to organise our Gondola tickets. He was happy to rearrange the schedule to suit the passengers - if someone wanted to stay longer in one place and didn’t want to visit the next, he was happy to oblige. Navid had a great knowledge of the places he took us too, and the surrounding areas, names and height of the mountains, how the different lakes got their names. A great day and highly recommended.

I had great time. The tour were met and timely manner, our tour guide driver Naveem is outstanding. His very accommodating, go for extra mile like taking nice picture, He is respectful and thoughtful to the needs of his guests. I recommend this tour , Naveem is the best.

This was mainly a driver that took us to a lot of places. he provided some details and was accommodating and changed up the itinerary to fit the guest on the bus. We enjoy are stops but wasn't 100% what I thought we were getting. Again, after reading the details it made a little more sense to me.

I don’t think there is anywhere else in the world where you will get to see nature like this in all of its pristine glory. Between the aquamarine, glacial lakes, the mountain vistas and clean air, it really can’t be beat. What made it truly special was our guide Naveen who was good-natured, funny and attentive the whole time. He really made the entire trip feel like an adventure amongst friends!

Our tour with Aurn was absolutely incredible, truly the highlight of our entire trip! He was very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind, and we felt completely taken care of the entire day. Aurn made us feel at ease, and the laughs never stopped. Each moment was memorable, from the breathtaking Banff Gondola to the peaceful hot springs and the unforgettable beauty of two Jack lake, every stop felt special in it's own way. We also loved visiting the roaring beauty of Bow Falls, our leisurely stroll along Banff Avenue for lunch, some shopping, and sightseeing. Our stop at Lake Minnewanka to dip in our toes and taking pictures at the Banff sign was a wonderful end to our perfect day. Our favourite moment was walking the boardwalk and roasting mashmellows at the top of the Gondola, the views were breathtaking. We will absolutely be talking about this day for a long time. Amazing guide, very accomodating.

Arun our guide and driver was excellent. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional in his dealing with our group. He actually catered to each of our needs even individually where required. I highly recommend him as your guide. His driving skills also are excellent!

This tour takes you through 2 national parks. I loved the variety of scenery and activities. The day I took the tour it was snowing. Our guide handled driving in the inclement weather wonderfully.
