Banff (Canmore) To Calgary Public Shuttle

I needed to get from Canmore to the Calgary airport. I booked Vivian Green it was great. The pick up time was perfect. I was seated in a seat that suited my disability. The driver was professional and courteous, and I might add, a very good driver. I felt safe and secure was delivered directly to the airport. Such a wonderful service.

Fantastic service and directions were clear and concise. Driver was very friendly and handled all my luggage. Company followed up day before to confirm from which location I wanted to be picked up. Bus was comfortable and clean and advised of other pickups and drop offs during the journey.

Booked online a few months in advance. The shuttle was on time for our pick up in Canmore and dropped us off on time at Calgary airport. Driver was friendly.

The transfer from Banff to Calgary airport was quick and comfortable. The only problem was confusion over the boarding time in Banff. There was a large-lettered "10:00" near the top, and a very small printed 9:30 at the bottom. We missed our 9:30 shuttle, but were able to get on the 11:30 by calling Vivo Green directly.

Generally very good ; arrived 15 minutes late; the bus was full and difficult to get comfortable with my long legs. However, arrived in plenty of time for the plane.

Nice to have option of hotel pick-up in Banff, as it is a long walk to hotel. The shuttle ran about 15 minutes late, but the driver was courteous and provided a safe ride.

Our group of six (ages 6 to 73) arrived for the shuttle from Banff to Calgary and the driver didn't have us on his list. He called the company (Vivo Green) and they said they didn't have our reservation. The woman we spoke to used my first name, which I never gave her, so she obviously had our reservation but didn't want to admit to the mistake. The driver told us we were very lucky that he only had 8 passengers scheduled that day and the van can hold 14, so he could take us after all. I guess if he didn't have six seats available we would have been left high and dry! I've booked quite a few things through Viator and never had this happen before. At least we made it to Calgary. The trip itself was fine. No complaints there. This was much faster than one of the big coach buses so it's definitely the way to go.

Driver gave great service and kept us informed. We enjoyed the ride. The booking process online was easy.

Didn’t realised they dropped at railway station car park. Had no idea where we were had to try and get taxi to Downtown

The main thing I would recommend is a restroom stop somewhere on the 2 hour trip. Some people who are a little older may need a stop, especially if they are on blood pressure medications.

It is not cheap to get from Banff to Calgary by shuttle. It is almost the same distance from the Toronto Airport to Guelph or Barrie, etc., and there are buses for $13 to $20 etc. But for some reason, transport to Banff is in the 60 to 80 dollar and up range - (one way). That being said, Vivo was the best price, and our driver was very competent and pleasant. He was also right on time. Which was a relief after a very unpleasant On-It experience.

The only reason why I did not give five stars is because our shuttle was 20 to 30 minutes late. Other than that the driver was very nice and just a wonderful driver. It was great just sitting back and seeing all the beautiful sites!

Best way to get from Airport to and from Banff. It saves the Hassel of driving especially after a long flight.

Shuttle booked in April for my daughter who was celebrating her 21st birthday with her sister. Viator didn’t pass booking onto coach company. Both daughters left with no means of getting to the airport and no support. Ended up having to pay an additional 300 dollars to get daughters to airport.

It got us to our destination but the shuttle vibrated terribly so it was a bit uncomfortable and concerning

Have traveled with family and kids, end up paying additional money on taxi to reach my destination at Calgary even after it was booked for hotel drop off location. Driver end up in argument to contact Viator to get more clarity on booking information. Unpleasant experience and will NOT recommend to use this service. Very disappointed.

Professionalism of driver was a highlight. Bus clean and comfortable. Had reservation for pickup at 5:30 P.M. made through tripadvisor, but did not show. I called the service, dispatcher said was glitch in reservation, and scheduled for 8 p.m. pickup. Long wait, but the driver was great.

This was an airport service between Banff and YYC. Driver was on time and courteous. We arrived at our destination as scheduled.

I picked the shuttle from Calgary to Banff so this was the logical way to return back. Convenient choice at 2.30 or 5.30 pm. Timely pick up at the hotel. If you need to carch a flight take into account that Saturdays afternoon have a heavy traffic in Banff so plan with enough time.

Worst service ever, I am a local resident in Banff, I arrived at 8 at the airport, my flight was delayed a few minutes, the driver sent me absolutely no reference of where he was picking me up, (I had to write to his boss) at get to the car (on time) I ask him if he can wait for me a few minutes, he does not agree very much. While I'm waiting for my checked bag, the driver brings me my backpack that he had left in the car and tells me that he's not waiting for me because his boss was pressuring him. The only customer in the car had told me that he didn't mind waiting. They leave me stranded at the airport and don't give me the option to return the money. His treatment was very unfortunate and not very humane, when it was the last trip and he could have waited for me. The treatment has been humiliating. I recommend Banff Airporter (for locals it is the same price).
