Ken was waiting for us with a warm smile and immediately made us feel welcome in Calgary. He got us to our hotel quickly while keeping up a great conversation along the way. It was the perfect start to our visit — thank you so much, Ken!
I love walking out of the airport and seeing someone holding a sign with my name on it - makes life (and travel) so much easier. Super nice driver and very helpful. On the return trip, we were picked up at the time we requested, the driver was friendly and helpful. Overall, just excellent service.

We booked pickup at the hotel downtown for drop-off at the Calgary Airport. Peter who picked us up, was prompt and always gave us an update on where he was. Thank you. When we come back in the future, we will surely book with them again.

Peter was waiting for us at the luggage carousel with a sign. He helped us with our heavy luggage and efficiently transported us to our downtown hotel. Would 10/10 recommend!
Our driver was early, although on the way took 4 wrong directions. Talk about the government in a bad manner and upset or political views. We were supposed to arrive in 28 minutes although, with his navigation it took over 48 minutes and were almost late for my wedding. Would not order again or recommend to anyone.
Friendly Driver met our party of four at the airport and loaded our luggage and assisted us into his transport minivan. Bottles of water was available for all (nice touch). Driver was equally helpful when we arrived at our hotel.
Peter was nice and good in communicating where to pick us up. It is our first time to YYC and not familiar with the airport. After we got out, he has a sign in his iPad with my name in it, so it was easy to find him. He was also our ride going back and he arrived in our hotel early and let us know that he is waiting when we are ready.
We had a very pleasant ride with our driver who had a sign with our name on it at the arrival area at Calgary International Airport after we cleared customs. He had a spacious SUV that was very comfortable. It was a quick ride to our hotel. It was terrific knowing we did not have to search for a ride with our luggage and my big camera bag. It was worth the piece of mind.
Our Driver, Peter, was 5 min early, polite, and courteous. It was a great experience to o start our trip....!
The driver met us right outside the international terminal and the car was close by. The car was very clean and the 3 of us were each given bottles of water.
