We arranged for airport transfer pickup from Banff fairmont Springs hotel to calgary airport because our tour dropoff didn't matchup with our flight departure. This was the best decision we could have made. We were contacted a couple of days ahead of our departure date with confirmation of our early pickup and followup texts updating driver name, contact information and pickup time. Our driver Pete Canada was waiting for us when we came off the elevator, Fifteen minutes early! We couldn't have been happier. Pete was a great driver. He made us comfortable and the ride was both relaxing and informative. Too bad we were on the road at 3am. We would highly reccommend this service to anyone on a tour. Several people in our group would have opted for this service, if they had known, instead of paying for an extra night inCalgary!

Excellent Early Morning Shuttle Service We booked an airport shuttle from Banff to Calgary, and Peter was an amazing driver. He picked us up at 2 AM to ensure we arrived on time, and despite the icy road conditions, he got us to the airport safely and smoothly. We needed to depart Banff for the Calgary airport much earlier than any of the standard shuttles run. Our driver Peter was great! He was at our hotel ahead of our 2:30am pickup time. He had plenty of room for our ski bag and luggage. The vehicle was very clean and the whole process went really smooth. We would use this service again!
Peter was a terrific and patient driver. He was waiting for us as we pulled together our family of 5 (a little tardy) and yet got us to the airport in good time. In addition, he waited while we retrieved an item that had been lost at the airport on the first leg of our journey. Highly recommend this shuttle service!
The driver, Peter, did a very nice job. His communication was very good. We texted in advance of the pick up and he adjusted times accordingly with both our flights and how long it would take to get through customs. Would definitely use him again.
We sued this shuttle from our rides from Calgary to Banff and back to the airport. Peter was so friendly, prompt and full of knowledge of the area. He even let us plug in our speaker to play music as it's a 1.5 hour ride each way. Very reliable. Highly recommend!

Great service! Our flight got delayed for about 3 hours and the driver was in constantly communication with me via SMS to make he would pick us up at the correct time. When we finally got there, he was super nice and drove us to our destination. He also gave tips about Banff and what to do in different seasons. Highly recommend his service.
Our group had a great experience with Peter. He was communicative, on time, and a safe driver. Our incoming flight was actually 3 hours delayed and he kept track of the delays in order to pick us up on time. Peter was very accommodating!
