It was a pretty standard tour. I understand that there were quite a lot of participants (24 people), but compared to other tours, the guide didn't really offer to take photos of us or make much of an effort to interact with everyone. It felt like they were more friendly and attentive toward certain people rather than the whole group.

Andy the tour guide was informative, insightful and funny.
--Andrew was our tour guide. He was cheerful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable-- a perfect combo for a tour guide! He gave us good information about our options at each stop which helped us get the most out of the tour. --All of the sights were gorgeous. I don't feel the need to elaborate on that. You'll see for yourself! --We did pickup in Canmore. The lot is free parking, which is great. --For our Oct 31 tour, our destinations consisted of: Marble Canyon, Lake Louise, Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge, and Bow Falls. --Other than Marble Canyon, all the walking was minimal elevation change/stairs. --The steps on the trail to Marble Canyon were icy enough that I took a few (controlled) falls. I'd recommend taking the guide up on the crampons (Andrew warned us there would be compacted snow and ice, and offered the crampons, but silly me didn't take them). I would certainly recommend this tour to anyone coming to the area! Just take the crampons 😅😂
Ben showed us some awesome places throughout the Canadian Rockies, while being friendly and interesting.

Great day all round. Sammy picked us up promptly in Banff for the start of our tour. The rest of the day went as planned and we saw some amazing sights like Lake Louise, Marble Canyon, Natural Bridge and Emerald Lake before ending in Calgary. Well worth the money.
First time going to Banff and had contemplated renting a car vs a tour package. Very glad we didn’t rent a car. Would’ve been about the same price. Took all the stress of planning, parking, and driving away. Instead we were able to take naps and enjoy the scenery. We had a choice going on a Sunday vs Monday and we chose Monday for less crowds. Ben the guide was great and knowledgeable. His UK accent adds credibility too. Highly recommend.
Felt a bit crammed because of the multiple sites included. However the tour delivered what it advertised and the tour guide was quite nice.
This tour hits three of Banff NP’s top attractions. You need to book a tour because access is limited or restricted to personal vehicles. They give you enough time to do some hiking. Tammy was our driver/guide and she was great. The tour stops for lunch in Lake Louise Village. It’s enough time for a grab and go. The local grocery store had great sandwiches, chips and drinks. Do this trip, you won’t be disappointed.
This was the best tour! Our fantastic guide Ron made it extra special! The views are breathtaking.. you won’t regret booking this tour!
It was such a nice experience, we have seen the iconic Lakes around Banff, had appropriate times to see as much nature as possible and had the opportunity to quickly grab some coffee / Snack in between. Our tour Guide Tammy was so nice and gave us really good recommendation and Information about the park ☺️
The trip was nothing short of completely spectacular. Our driver/guide, Ben, was fantastic. Loved every single stop, such incredible beauty. Ben gave us sufficient time at each place. It was a bucket list dream come true for me to see the gorgeous Lake Louise and Banff. They did not disappoint! The other stops were absolute bonuses, so amazing. Thank you, Ben, for the fantastic trip.
We had a fantastic day trip and really enjoyed the overall experience! Our guide Andy was excellent — friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day enjoyable and interesting. I was initially a little disappointed that we visited Takakkaw Falls instead of Johnston Canyon, as I had really been looking forward to seeing Johnston Canyon. However, after thinking about it, the change actually made a lot of sense. There simply wasn’t enough time to experience Johnston Canyon properly and see everything it has to offer, so Takakkaw Falls was a good alternative and still gave us the chance to enjoy some beautiful scenery. The only other downside was that the bus was quite old and could definitely use an upgrade, but this didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. All in all, it was a wonderful day out, with a great guide and beautiful sights. Definitely a 5-star experience overall! Highly recommended.
Long trip from Calgary. Guide good but lenient with repeated latecomer.
Such a great way to see Banff! Not having to fight traffic or parking is well worth the money. Our guide Jay was so knowledgeable about the area and about the wildlife in the area. He was just a nice guy too!! We would totally choose to use this service again!
Top tour with excellent Ben :)
It's a good one. It was a great excursion but I resent the fact that you are making me write this much on the review.
It is a long day but well worth it. We really appreciated the size of our tour group and our tour guide Tammy was amazing.
Great day trip, liked stop made for lunch
Tammy was our guide and was top notch! Informative, friendly, great personality, offered to take photos at every stop. Went to all the best stops. Lake Moraine was our favorite but the hike up the stone steps was a challenge for me. Highly recommend taking this tour.
We had Tammy as our guild…. She did an amazing job. The tour itself was great, We enjoyed all of our stops. On the last stop at Johnston Canyon we could have used an extra half hour but overall we had a great experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Jay was a knowledgeable and informative guide. Friendly and could tell us all about the wildlife, mountain’s and local history. I would recommend this tour to anyone.
Despite the weather—- rainy and cold, Jay made the best of our tour! The sites were beautiful and he took extra care and Made every effort to make sure we saw it all. Thank you Jay!
Hao was an absolute standout as our driver and guide for our TripAdvisor-booked lake trip! From the moment he picked us up, his professionalism, warmth, and extensive knowledge instantly put us at ease. He navigated all the routes smoothly and safely while sharing fascinating insights, local stories, and tips that made the experience so much richer.
We enjoyed seeing the sights and learning a few things along the way. A tour or shuttle are the only ways to see certain places, unless you are staying at one of the camps or hotels. Be aware it is a long day. The bathrooms are usually pretty nasty. I suggest bringing your own toilet covers and wet wipes. Some exceedingly rude people leave the seat in a disgusting mess. The food, and anything else you might want to buy, is very expensive. For example, a hot dog is $12.95. It might be a good idea to bring your own food. There are long lines and crowded conditions in most places for food and the pit toilets. The scenery is truly amazing. It is worth seeing. Our guide, Andy, did a good job. He kept us accurately informed about what to expect. He was polite, respectful, and congenial.
Very seamless and relaxing way to experience some of the beautiful scenes of Banff National Park. Jay was super nice and informative. We enjoyed his calm demeanor as he took us from spot to spot. I’d say the tour length was just right. We spent about an hour at each place which felt like enough.
Excellent! We enjoyed so much, and we got an excellent day!! Great driver and timing!! Congratulations
We went on this trip yesterday and it was brilliant! It had really well planned itinerary and locations but it was our guide Andrew that made the day, Really great energy and could reel off facts for the whole journey Highly recommended!
My wife and I scheduled the all day Lake Louise/Lake Morraine trip which included other stops including Johnston Canyon. We are so glad we did the full day tour as after seeing the main attractions in the park we have flexibility for the remainder of the week on additional things we want to see. Our tour guide Tammy did a great job not only giving history information on the various points we were stopping at but also provided important tips to make each stop more efficient with the time we had there. I highly recommend
This tour was amazing. Our guide Tammy was awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. The lakes were spectacular, just like in the brochure. The weather was perfect. It was a small group of lovely people. I had the best day.
Omggg our tour guide, Andrew (Andy) was absolutely amazing! He is hilarious and super funny! We talked so much and learned so much from him. We love you, Andrew and can’t wait to see ya again.
Tour was incredible! Our guide, Layse, was amazing and informative! Thank you for an unforgettable experience
Liked everything except the “lunch” stop. We did not get a chance to see Johnston canyon but went to marble canyon instead and liked that experience
What a great day touring Banff! Went to Moraine Lake, Lake Louise and Johnston Canyon. The stops were timed perfectly and the guide was well-knowing and witty the whole trip, which made it a great tour.
Jay was a Fabulous Tour Guide & Driver!!! He was informative as well as sensitive to the passengers needs. The tour was Great! It should be #1 in 2026 as well as 2025!!!
We had the most amazing day with our tour guide, Andy! He was absolutely incredible—so friendly, knowledgeable and informative, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. The tour was fantastic from start to finish, and Andy really went above and beyond to make it such a memorable day. We couldn’t recommend the tour highly enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I thought we were supposed to have a tour guide and we didn’t. The driver gave us little information. Also she took us to a place where we’re supposed to have lunch and the place was busy and she only gave us 45 minutes. We ended up bringing our lunch and ate on the bus.
Layse was absolutely amazing!! Thank you so much for a fantastic day!
A great day out! Fabulous scenery. Scott was an excellent guide and driver.
We toured with Scott in early August and had a blast! We had debated renting a car to get out to Banff ourselves, but after taking the tour, we realized this is the best option. Areas like Moraine lake are not accessible unless you are in a tour bus, so you would miss out. Additionally, the park is ENORMOUS and would be really challenging to navigate if you hadn't been here before. Scott did a great job telling us how to maximize our time and sharing facts and anecdotes about the area. We had plenty of time at each stop to see what we wanted, and Scott gives walkie-talkies to keep in contact about time. It's easy to modify for how much walking you would like to do. For the lunch, we went to Lake Louise Community. I was concerned about the options because I am gluten free. Laggan's bakery had plenty of GF options, including chilis (beef and veg), butter chicken, brownies, and fried items (the fryer was not working when we were there). Overall great experience! We were exhausted at the end of the trip, but feel like we maximized how much we saw in a limited amount of time.
We are so glad to join this tour to visit Banff. We can relax and no need to worry about parking in this busy season. Our tour coach Ron is just amazing and very funny. He is excellent in time management and can make sure he can take us to visit all the places as planned with reasonable time. We had a great time, wonderful trip and this is highly recommended!
It was an awesome experience. Really appreciated our driver and guide, Layse. She is delightful and made the whole day wonderful. Would definitely enjoy having her as a tour guide again
Be careful before you sign up for this tour because the tour information is misleading. The itinerary they show on their tour website makes it appear you will be going to all those locations mentioned. You actually have to do some digging to see what you actually will go see. For our tour on July 28th, we didn’t see Emerald Lake, the Natural Bridge or Vermillion Lakes. To me, this was pretty shady marketing. Our tour guide didn’t really know what tour he was giving and came off pretty unprofessional. If you do some digging, we were supposed to go to Vermillion Lakes, but our tour guide seemed a bit clueless on the tour he was actually giving. Our tour guide was late to our Canmore pickup location, got stuck shuttling two tour groups at the same time during the first three tour stops because another tour van broke down, so we had to waste extra time just waiting for our tour van to come back. With the extra time we had to wait for our tour van, we got shortchanged 30 minutes at the Johnson Canyon tour stop. My recommendation is to not sign up with this tour because you can actually see all the locations we ended up seeing with a less expensive tour.
Louis was wonderful! He added so much to our trip. Beautiful sights—had such a great time!
We had a wonderful time in Banff. The bus was comfortable. We covered all the important sites (Lake Louise, Lake Moraine, Lake Emerald and Johnston canyon). Gray was our guide and he was very informative and helpful. Also, he knows the best spots for pictures.
We had an awesome experience! Andrew went over and above! So much knowledge was learned. The pick up was so convenient as it took off from our hotel. I would highly recommend this trip!
Tammy is amazing. We had so much fun at every stop.
Angela was nice and kind with everyone.
There is a good bit of hiking/ walking, though not mandatory. Its a full day stopping for lunch in an area with several choices.
The tour was fantastic. We loved our driver and the places we visited. The organizers run into a bit of a vehicle issue but it was resolved right away and our tour was only delayed for 1.5 hours. Even then, the driver accommodated us and ensured we still had enough time at all of the locations, even if it meant she'd be home much later than expected. She was wonderdul and dedinitely went the extra mile to make sure we had a wonderful day.
