Had such a great day with Vishal! He was super nice, took me to so many beautiful spots, and knew exactly where to go for the best photos. He even helped me take some really great shots along the way, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was how genuinely kind he was — at one point, he even stopped to help some travelers whose car had broken down. The tour was better than I could ever have imagined and not just because the scenery was spectacular. Vishal our guide was exceptional. He gave us so much information and personalized our visit to Banff National Park. I also have to thank him and the company for not canceling the trip even though it ended up being only my husband and me. Awesome Tour!!!! Oh my not sure where to start, this tour was so good, I can't imagine anyone wanting to drive around to all these destinations in a car searching for parking, Jugal was our guide every aspect was great driving, walking with us to find the best place for pictures, so polite all the time. Got to each destination and and he explained it and the best places to view. For lake moraine we joined up with another guide Vishal who walked with us to the rock pile taking our pictures and explaining the area very well. He was also helpful to my wife going over the rugged terrain. The time spent at each destination was perfect. I have nothing but great things to say about this group, it was an amazing time.
Our experience with Vishal was superb. His van was clean and comfortable, and he even had extra phone cords for charging our phones! I am currently going through a bone-on-bone situation with my left knee. He was very conscious of my condition and offered a helping hand on the trails when I needed it. He was very knowledgeable of the area and the sights to show us. We ended up being the only couple booked that day and when he found out we were driving up to Jasper the next day, he offered to modify the itinerary to include Yoho Park, as we could visit Bow Lake and other Banff sights on our drive to Jasper. I appreciated that thoughtfulness. I highly recommend Vishal. He is very personable and is a good conversationalist! We had a fantastic day and felt we covered a lot in our one day in Banff National Park.

Banff is an unforgettable experience and V took us for an amazing tour that was customized to our needs! He is super friendly, gave good tips throughout our tour, came along with us in our hikes and made sure we are safe while we are hiking. On our hikes he equipped us with insect repellent, hiking sticks, and most importantly bear spray. Also he pointed out the best washroom spots which I really appreciated. He also took us to see hidden gems like Marble Canyon which had less people there (must see). We went as a private group and it was perfect for people who want a personal experience. The van is also very clean and has AC, phone charging, and coolers.

I booked this tour after my original tour canceled on me with less than 24 hours notice and it might have been one of the best things that ever happened to me. Lucky is an understatement because this is exactly where I was meant to be. Vishal’s care and attention was the kind you’d get from a family member, not a tour guide. I had a few spots I wanted to hit but he made sure I got to see the best of Banff. We hit all the top spots. Given I was a solo traveler it was easy to navigate in and out of crowds so we packed in a lot. I was pretty tired by the end of the day, but I have no regrets. I highly recommend this tour company for your family, friends and solo travelers alike. They customize travel for you to ensure it meets your expectations. Bonus: while this was not a wildlife tour, Vishal spotted a goat, sheep and bear for me! I was able to see so many animals. Another bonus: Vishal also knows where to take the best photos so you get your own personal photographer too. I plan to come back in the winter and wouldn’t dare go with anyone else.
This a a perfect day to knock out lots of the major lakes, some hiking involved. The scenery’s are breathtaking! The small group tour is the best! Jugul our guide was super awesome and gave us lots of history and pointed out highlights. 100% recommended!! Don’t forget a raincoat, light jacket, hiking shoes, Prepare for all weather!! Ty Jugul!
