The Dorian, Autograph Collection

We had a fantastic stay at The Dorian! The hotel has a unique, elegant character that really sets it apart from your typical luxury hotel. The décor throughout is absolutely beautiful, with so much attention to detail. Our room was massive, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The large bathtub was a particular highlight! We also booked the romance package, and it was a lovely touch to arrive to treats and prosecco waiting for us in the room. The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown Calgary and within walking distance of plenty of great restaurants, bars, and attractions. Overall, The Dorian offers a wonderful combination of luxury, character, and comfort. It felt like a genuinely special experience rather than just another hotel stay. Would absolutely recommend, especially for a romantic getaway!

My wife and I came here for a stay-cation honeymoon after our wedding this weekend. Natasha set up our room and left us a heart of peacock feathers and some baking, along with a bottle of Prosecco. Our room was fantastic, with a nice view of downtown Calgary, a very comfortable bed, and amazing service from all staff. It made for a great relaxing place to go after our wedding. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to all staff who helped us in any way.

We stayed at the Dorian to attend the Magicians Table. The check process was easy and very welcoming. Govind asked about special occasions, we had missed a couple over the summer due to some health concerns, a birthday, anniversary and good work news. We were surprised at both the meal and return to our room with sparkling wine and desserts. We have stayed a few times and would highly recommend. Thank you to the staff for making our night extra special.

Stayed at The Dorian in Calgary and honestly it was great from start to finish. Also have to mention Shaheen, who took care of us at breakfast both mornings we were there. She was so warm and genuinely caring, remembered us the second morning, and just made getting up early for breakfast something we actually looked forward to. People like that make a stay memorable. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Calgary.
