Where do I start? Do not stay here for any reason! Was there with a large group for a conference. Couldn't check in until after 5 as claimed they didn't have any clean room!? Staff super unprofessional sitting in a chair on their phone out in the open. The food was abysmal- served food that was obviously reheated, reused, from other previous meals, served soup lunch one day and then same soup next day at supper Same desserts for 4 meals in a row Served roast beef that was literally roast beef lunch meat, buns were rock hard every day Always running out of food so everyone has to wait. Claimed they would lock the conference room after they cleaned it , but didn't and large amount of items were stolen. Bartending service was horrific and slow and very unprepared. Had no clue what drinks were. When they ran out of beer they went and got it out of storage room and wasn't even cold, it was warm Had to ask 4 different people over 20 minutes period for cream and took over half hour to get it Morning at 7 am when large group was checking out - no coffee made in lobby, no coffee at the breakfast buffet Rooms were not the cleanest, back of door had things smeared all over them, counter wasn't clean The office chair in the room was peeling so bad when you sat on it and got up the 'powered' from the 'stuffing' ended up on your legs and pants. I Would never ever recommend anyone to stay at this hotel for any reason

Upon arrival to Radisson reception desk Mr. NIKHIL give us warm wellcome. He accomdate us the room as we like it. we wore a family of 4 two room booked. Nikhil make sure we are next room of each other the same floor. We asked an hour late check out due to we booked downstairs spa. Nikhil accomdate our late check out understand our stuations. We came to Calgary Thanksgiving to spent with family and mr. Nikhil warm welcoming and extra acoccomdation difently my trip to Calgary will be from now on stay Radisson Calgary Airport. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

We came here for 2 week stay and we had 2 rooms. Kulwant did our rooms so perfectly. The housekeeping services that she provided was exceptional. She goes beyond and made sure that our instructions were perfectly amended. Radisson is really lucky to have employees like kulwant ! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

We visited Calgary earlier in September to attend a wedding and stayed at this hotel. The service was exceptional, especially by Sharan at Front Desk, amazing!!! She was helpful in sorting out some booking issue that we had on our end. My family enjoyed the pool as well as the fitness centre. The breakfast buffet every morning was great although I would have liked to see some change in the menu. Regardless, the staff was courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here next time I’m in Calgary.
