Had a fabulous stay at the Moose Hotel! Only stayed two nights but would have loved to stay more. The room was perfect! Loved the decor! Nice bathroom too! We enjoyed the hot pools and the views! Everyone was super friendly and helpful!!

Great location, central Banff. Reception staff ALL knowledgeable and helpful to us when we needed to book restaurants. Room spacious, great bathroom, fridge and balcony! Our room had two double beds in so we had one each. I would have preferred one king bed but saying that we both slept like logs 🤣 The roof top pool spa was amazing!!! Surrounded with spectacular mountain views, its just thee most breathtaking experience! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again!! ❤️

Loved our stay!! Centrally located and staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were well designed and the balcony was so loved! Parking is included. The rooftop hot tub is the best place to unwind those tired feet. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Moose from April 20 through April 27, and were quite pleased. We got a suite, which was well-worth the price. The front desk crew are excellent!, the room was comfortable, the rooftop pools were a delight on the snow days, and the hotel's location is excellent... right at the edge of the main "downtown" area, but quiet as well... and there's even a coffee shop across the street, where you can get a morning cappuccino and a muffin if you'd like. We also enjoyed their Pacini restaurant. The only thing I didn't like was that the shower had no grab bars. It turns out that they do have shower chairs they can let you have, but I didn't find out about this until our last day.

The location is excellent! Well within walking distance to the local activities, shops and restaurants with beautiful mountain views all around. The hotel staff were welcoming as well as helpful. The room was spacious, clean and cosy. We greatly appreciated the daily room service. The hot tubs on the roof offer a great place to relax after a day on the slopes with beautiful views. We really enjoyed our stay!
