We recently had the pleasure of coordinating a wedding at the JW Marriott Edmonton ICE District, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jordan Finkbeiner and the entire JW Marriott team. From the planning stages through to the wedding day, Jordan was absolutely exceptional. He was incredibly responsive, accommodating, professional, and always willing to find a solution. With so many moving pieces involved in a wedding, having a venue contact who genuinely cares about the couple’s experience and works collaboratively with the planning team makes such a difference — and Jordan truly went above and beyond. On the wedding day, Jordan and his team were attentive, proactive, and incredibly supportive. No request felt like too much, and their willingness to work alongside our coordination team helped everything come together beautifully and seamlessly. As a wedding planner, I have the opportunity to work with many venues and venue teams, and exceptional service does not go unnoticed. Jordan, thank you for being such an incredible partner and for everything you and your team did to help make our couple’s wedding such a success. We truly look forward to working with Jordan and the JW Marriott team again in the future. Highly recommended!

The entire property is exceptionally well-maintained, and the rooms and facilities are immaculately clean. A major highlight of our stay was the staff; their behavior was incredibly respectful and attentive. The lounge offers a fantastic variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location is highly convenient, providing easy access to numerous outdoor shopping areas.

We stayed here for our baby moon. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond. Starting from the valet, to the front desk, and all the way to the pool and restaurant areas. This stay was unbelievable and we couldnt be happier. Special shoutout to the greeter at valet (I didnt get his name but I know he has 2 boys and one is in university), Emily and Bablynaire (sorry I probably spelled your name wrong Billionaire). Everything was perfection. We appreciate the gift and card you gave us as well, it made things extra special. Also, we had our 3 year old with us and you made the trip special and comfortable for him. He loved the access card you gave him and would literally sprint into the elevator to use it. We had our baby boy on May 28th a few days after our stay. We will remember this staycation forever. Thanks to everyone!

I hardly ever write reviews, but this hotel deserves a rave review! Although the room was smaller (narrow) than expected everything else was wonderful. The entire facility was clean and well taken care of by the staff. The staff was amazing and everyone was so friendly. Especially Elizabeth at the front desk. She want above and beyond to make us feel special during our stay. We appreciate the thoughtfulness from all!
