Hotel 11, Mod A Sonesta Collection

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel 11, MOD A Sonesta Collection in Calgary during a recent business trip. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very well maintained. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the airport and surrounding areas. The service was excellent throughout my stay, and the staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. I especially appreciated how comfortable and quiet the hotel was, which made it easy to unwind and get a good night's rest. Overall, Hotel 11 exceeded my expectations and made my business trip that much more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary, whether for business or leisure!

Reasonable price good customer service. Worth it for the price you pay! Great location near Calgary Airport with spacious rooms. We booked a two-bed room for 4 people on the 4th floor and had a beautiful view of the airport and road through the big window. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This is my new favorite hotel! Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and provided exceptional customer service. The hotel was spotless and even had fruit and snacks available for purchase at the front desk. Service in the restaurant/lounge was 10/10 and the food was delicious. There are many vegetarian and vegan options. Nespresso machines in the rooms, as well as water stations with still and sparkling water. The room was extremely clean with a steam shower and comfy robes. I felt like I was at the spa! Close to the airport with a free shuttle service and reasonable room rates. 10/10 will be back again and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel 11 in Calgary, Alberta. Despite being conveniently located near the airport and major highways, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. Their soundproofing is excellent—we never heard traffic noise and slept very well. The airport shuttle service was punctual and reliable, making transportation stress-free. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The restaurant on the first floor was another pleasant surprise. The kitchen stays open until 10 PM and the bar until 11 PM, which was very convenient after a long day of traveling. The food was excellent. We learned that ordering takeout is cheaper, as room service adds an 18% surcharge. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which was rarely crowded during our stay, making it a relaxing place to unwind. There is a jacuzzi as well, although the water pressure could be stronger. Overall, Hotel 11 offers great value, excellent service, and a comfortable, quiet stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient hotel near Calgary International Airport and would gladly stay here again.
