Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge

Beautiful stay at Jasper Park Lodge! I brought my mom out for a little getaway, and we both really enjoyed our time here. The rooms were beautiful, and there were plenty of great dining options at the hotel, which was especially convenient being a little outside of town. A special thank you to Erik, who drove us to our room one evening. My mom was really excited about the possibility of seeing an elk, and he went out of his way to spend an extra five minutes driving around to help us spot one. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable! Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality!

A special thank you to Jay at the Front Desk, who went above and beyond to make our family trip truly unforgettable. We also loved the new patio—it’s such a cozy and beautiful place to relax. The pool area was clean and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge during our family reunion. The setting is absolutely beautiful, and it was a great place for our family to spend time together. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and clean, and the grounds were perfect for walking around and enjoying the mountain views. What stood out most was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. A special thank you to Cassidy, who made a big impression on our family. On our first night, she took the time to show us where the pool was and explain some of the activities available around the lodge. The next day, when we went water biking on the lake, she was again incredibly kind and helpful. She even offered family games for us to borrow, which was such a thoughtful touch and led to some fun family time together. Our family enjoyed the lake activities, exploring the property, and spending time together in such a beautiful place. Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge was the perfect home base for our trip, and we would happily stay here again. Thank you to Cassidy and the entire team for helping make our stay so memorable! 😊

We just spent the weekend at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge celebrating my wife Hilary’s 40th, and honestly it brought us right back to our engagement trip here years ago. We experienced the same feeling of being genuinely looked after from the moment we showed up. The place is as beautiful as we remembered, and everyone we’ve dealt with has been kind, friendly and super accommodating. I really want to give a shout-out to Karyna, who ran our Glacial Plunge. She started by taking us into the meditation studio and walking us through what we’d be doing, so we knew exactly what to expect. Then she brought us down to the lakeside, got us into the eucalyptus barrel sauna, and then into the lake for the cold plunge. She let us go back and forth between the two at our own pace, never rushed us once. She made us tea, was flexible with our start and finish times, and just read the group really well. You could tell she actually cared about what she was doing and had a real passion for it. She took the time to connect with us and build a rapport, and that’s the thing that made it special. That’s what five star service actually looks like. It’s people like Karyna who make this place what it is. Thank you to her and the whole JPL team for making Hilary’s 40th something we won’t forget. We’ll be back.
