I arrived late at the DoubleTree by Hilton in West Edmonton and was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite! The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and I was on the top floor with a view of my car from the window.
The TVs could be controlled through the Hilton app, and I had no trouble signing into Netflix, Apple TV, Paramount+, Disney+, and Prime Video on the hotel TV. The shower was big with plenty of hot water—exactly what I needed after a long day.
A great stay, and I’ll definitely be returning!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the mattresses were excellent, allowing our whole family to get a great night’s sleep. We stayed in a room with two queen beds, and the bathroom was spacious and well appointed.
The staff were readily available and happy to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. There was so much to choose from that I went back for seconds!
Overall, we had a great experience from start to finish. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel to others!
We stayed in the bi level king suite just recently. Loved the separation from the living area and the bedroom. Comfortable beds, clean, quiet. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, and everything you could possibly want in it. Service was great. Great pool to chill out in. Would definitely recommend Double Tree Hilton West Edmonton , looking forward to our next stay.
Restaurant and service was fantastic, great staff. Front desk staff are lovely and attentive. Newly renovated rooms are great. Cleaning staff needs to spend a bit more time on some details, carpets needed some better vacuuming near furniture, a hair and some soap residue in the shower and the desk was not wiped down. I opted not to have cleaning during my stay because I was only there two nights but I wish I would have to see if those things would have been taken care of.
Overall great place at a reasonable price in a good location with all the amenities.
This was a great hotel to stay at with family, the rooms were very clean as they have recently been updated. Has all the amenities one needs. The restaurant was absolutely amazing with great food and top notch service. Checked out the dinner theatre and we really enjoyed the show. Special thanks to the management who did a great job ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back.
